I purchased these in the pewter color, and I love it more than the photo. It is a dusky gray color, hard to describe, but gorgeous. I average a size 8 in women's shoes. Generally an 8 in sneakers (8½ in Nike), and a 7½ in dress shoes or heels. I got these in an 8 and I am very glad that I did not size down. When I first put them on I was scared-getting my foot in felt like they would be too tight. But once my foot slid in, they fit snug but perfect. Then, after a few hours, the wool has mashed in a bit and they felt like they were built for my foot. They are the most cozy slippers that I have ever owned. Ugg never skimps in padding or quality. I am very happy with my purchase.

I order a pair of Dakota for my Daughter, I order her size but they didn't fit. I called customer service. I conveyed my dilemma to the operator and two days later, I received the correct size and color. Thanks Zappos! I will shop here again. I wish they had more sales!

Slipper extremely warm and comfortable. Only negative is that after a few wearings the heal tends to slip off. Stylish and great soles - very quiet. No squeaking when walking.

These slippers are very well made & worth the cost. Be aware though, that they run very small. I had them on a shoe stretcher for 48 hours. I was surprised since Ugg usually run wide.

I purchased the gray. Looks great with every lounging outfit. Neutral and chic. So warm. My regular ugg boots are size 7, but read with the lining these tend to run small, so I purchased in size 8. Fits perfect, and able to wear socks with so not too tight.

The mocs will feel snug at first, it takes a couple of weeks for them to stretch out. If you are a half size, order down.

I've always loved Ugg, but since I moved from Chicago to California I didn't find as much of a use for my beloved boots. I decided to go with the moccasins so they I could wear them more throughout the year. I love how they look with leggings, to complete a more casual look.
