These slippers are very comfy! It was quite an ordeal finding the ones that worked for me. I tried the Ansley but they were too tight in the toe box, yet my heel slipped out. So I tried the Dakota - the fit is much better, but not perfect. Ugg needs to make half sizes! The 9 is too small and the 10 is too big. I will be going with the 10, but I must return because of a defect inside the shoe. Once I get the right pair, I am sure I will love them!

I received these slippers as a gift. I've only worn them twice but they are so tight! I am normally a 7 1/2 so I got a size 8, but they are still really tight all over - especially in the toe on top and on the sides. My foot is average and narrow and I generally don't have this problem with other shoes. I'm hoping that these slippers stretch soon! They are very warm and comfy otherwise, although the top doesn't cover the top part of my foot enough. I was hoping more of my foot would be covered.

I could have used half a size larger. I read the reviews and they said they had stretched out but so far mine have not. Now I wish I would have gotten the larger size.

Great quality. I'm normally 8 1/2 but with several other Ugg boots I am an 8, so I ordered 8 in the Dakota. They felt much smaller than the other Ugg boots and I would say true to size. I am thinking I should have ordered 9 instead. After 1 day of wearing they do seem to be giving a little, so I am hoping the stretch a little more? They don't have the comfy removable insert, and the tag gets in the way so I will have to cut it out. But I'll keep them!

Love them, but had to return for a larger size. I'm a true size 8 in everything, but had to curl my toes into these; not even close.

True to size and comfy. I removed the insoles put my othodic in and put the furry insole back on top of it. Good to go. Wear them everywhere!

These slippers are the most comfy I've ever had. It's like heaven when I put them on. Even with the insulation, I'm enjoying them in the summer too. I am size 8 and a half-nine. They only come in full sizes. The nine was too big. I wish they came in half sizes. I squeeze into the 8 but it works. Love them!

Nice slipper/shoe. Size runs small!!! I bought two pairs for my daughters in their normal shoe size, but had to return them to go up a size. Very comfortable.

I bought the Dakota Mocasins as a Christmas gift for a friend. She normally wears a 7 1/2 and I got her a size 8 and they fit her perfectly! So I would suggest getting a half size bigger than what you wear. I was so relieved I didn’t need to exchange them. According to her, they are super comfy, she loves them.

I bought this pair for my Mom in a size 8; she normally wears a 7 1/2 to 8 and they fit perfect. My husband bought me same pair just with the blue leather string which was exactly what I wanted, but when I put them on I thought that the top portion felt a little tight so I went back to the store to try on the size7 display and the heel did not stay on at all so I kept my 6. Again I tried to wear them a little around the house but was still a little concerned with the fit. So I made a 3rd trip back to the store and did not try on the display model and was surprised to find out that the top portion was tight here. End result: I kept my size 6 because never in my life have I bought a size 7 and the sales lady told me they would stretch a little. I love my size 6 and glad that I didn't go a size more than I really needed to. Love all my Uggs.

Very comfortable, but not a lot of support (not good walking shoes). Fits more like a slipper. Be sure to order up as they run small. I wear them around the house and the occasional errand. Good winter shoe for FL: they are warm but not too warm and the shearling keeps your feet comfortable.

Warm slippers - I had to try 3 pair to get a workable size and color for these slippers. I wear an 8-1/2 but 8 felt cramped and 9 too large. I did not like the blue lace on the dark brown model and ended up with a white pair that I hope will stretch as I wear them.

Like walking on air - These shoes are amazing! So comfortable and look great. The sizing is similar to the Ugg boots, order down a size and they will stretch to your foot as you wear them. I wear them outside, but only when it's dry, the sole does get wet easily.

Great slipper/casual shoe - My daughter and I both love these shoes. They are a little snug at first, but after a couple of wearings they form to your foot and you won't want to take them off. The only drawback about the slipper (and the reason that I only gave them 4 stars) is that they have a funny smell which seems to come from the sole. Otherwise, they're great!

Ugg Dakota - I have been wanting a pair of uggs for the winter. I purchased these after trying on my step-daughters. I thought they would be good for the house and cute enough to wear out. Hers were from a department store and the quality was different from mine. The gathering around the front of the toe and sides was not as great on mine and left me feeling like I would have been better off buying from a store. I do like the shoes and wear them often because they keep my feet warm.

Great pair of flats - I wear a 7 1/2 some times 8. Since these do not come in half sizes I got the 8. They are a little big but not noticeable nor uncomfortable. So far, they are holding to my feet very cushy too.

The most comfortable shoes EVER! I bought my daughters these shoes for Christmas and I CANNOT get them to take them off. They are the most comfortable shoes EVER!

Purchased as gift - I bought these (beige/pink combo) as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law, who has a pair of Ugg boots and loves them. She was really happy to get them - I thought the pink lace was a bit bright, but she was pleased with look and comfort. The sole is definitely sturdy enough for limited wear outdoors, but she said she'd probably keep them as indoor slippers only. She's a true size 7, with a pretty narrow foot, and she thought they fit well, though that might change with more wear - She had to remove her thick winter socks to fit her feet comfortably. All in all, great shoe - I'm going to look around for a pair for myself!

Warm and Comfortable - I love this shoe. I really like all the Ugg's but this one is great! It's very warm and it's actually good outside because of the rubber sole.

Good Ole Reliable Ugg Cozy Comfort - In Central New York it gets very cold and these keep my feet cozy and warm. I love the rubber treads, which allow me to trudge around outside in them. I also think they are timelessly attractive. The negatives: They can be too warm indoors and my feet sometimes sweat in them. They are a little longer and narrower than I'd like, but if they were less narrow they'd fall off of my foot because of the length. The rubber sole is pretty narrow, which gives my pinky toe the feeling it's been forgotten. The laces come untied frequently. The good qualities outweigh the bad. For the most part, they break in well and end up a nearly perfect fit.

Really Cozy - Wow, these are really cozy! These comfortable slippers do not give you much support, but they do the job when it's freezing outside. Ugg Dakota should only be worn as slippers or just out for a quick run to the gas station. They seem to fit to the true size. I would recommend them for only slipper use.

Very warm and cozy - bad for walking - Very warm and fuzzy! Perfect for cold New England. But no support in the shoe. Fine for a quick walk to the drug store, but not good for a dog walk.

Great, with a little assist. I have a pair of Ugg winter weather boots that I adore, so I ordered these slippers. They are adorable and the fleece feels great. But I wear an 8 1/2 and had to order a nine, which slipped in the heel. I added a gel insert which did help for the most part. In general, they are very sturdy and comfortable.
