The Ugg Dakotas were all Zappos said they would be. I wear a size 11 and have a very difficult foot to fit,wide toe box ,with a very narrow heel. The heels are slightly big,but with any sock,they are more comfortable than any slipper I've ever worn. This is my first pair of Uggs,but won't be my last. I do not really feel any arch support. I have very flat feet and have to wear orthotics in all my shoes. I do not expect slippers to have arch support. Zappos has the best customer service I've ever experienced!

Soooo, I have wanted a ugg slipper for a long time. I own a pair of tall ugg classics, short ugg classic boots, ugg blayres and now the ugg dakota. It took me a a bit of trying and returning before I got the right fit. I first ordered the ugg ansley in size 10 and they were so weird. They were snug but slipped off my foot when. I walked. I hated that. So I traded them in for a size 9 in the Dakota which was WAY TOO tight. I am between a size 9- 10 depending on shoes and I know uggs stretch bit this was painful. So I returned them for a size 10 and perfect! They are so warm and cozy. I love them way better than the ansleys. I liked the look of ansley better but they were too low in the heel or something. The Dakota is a much.better fit. I've read lots of complaints about the ties coming undone but ugg must have listened because the ties on my dakotas are fastened down. Love them!!!

Great looking shoe! Wear an 8 bought an 8.

Bought them for my wife for Christmas, had to return for a size larger. Definitely order above your actual size especially if you ever plan on wearing them with socks.

I wear a size 8 in the Ugg Classic Short, so I ordered an 8, based on mixed reviews on fit of the Ugg Dakota skipper. Got them and immediately knew I needed the 9 as they hurt my foot and I knew I needed more length. Sad because it's winter and I want my new slippers, but of course Zappos has the best customer service and is sending my new pair right away!

I love ugg's Dakota 's I have worn them for years and they are always a great gift for family and friends!!!! Bought 3 pairs in a short amount of time one for me, and 2 Christmas Gifts ! We all loved our UGG 'S Dakota !!!! When new colors come in will be buying more!!!

These are cute and warm! If you want your foot to look thin, these are the shoes for you but they are perfect for running in and out of places and not having to worry about taking your slippers off to put your shoes on.

I wear these as house slippers, and I should have winterized them because they have gotten really dirty from stepping out onto the porch and going down into the basement. The color I have is tobacco, but it must have been a special edition because the leather string/bow is orange. They're kind of hideous, but they're comfortable and warm as heck. Since they're lined with wool, they're more bulky than your standard moccasin loafer, and can make your feet look a bit large, but I don't really care. In winter, warmth and comfort > looking cute.

Second pair owned and as comfy as the first. True to size.

Ordered these for my daughter for Christmas. Her normal Ugg size (Bailey Button and Bailey Bow) is a 9, normal shoe size 10. Ordered these in a 9 and she couldn't even get her foot in them! We are in the process of exchanging them for a 10. Hopefully the bigger size will work out for her. Love Zappos customer service!
