I bought the Dakota red and Dakta orange moccasins during the recent sale. I have had another pair of Dakotas for many years and they're still going strong! I like the red for the Christmas season (I wear these outdoors) and the orange moccasins for the Cleveland Browns football games. I got an orange pair for my daughter, too. She loves them! Her boyfriend wants orange moccasins, too (Cleveland Browns fan), so Ugg get some made for men . I prefer the Dakota because it it is made more like a shoe - has more suede built across the top of my foot. Keeps my feet warmer.

Love all the color choices! I wear these so much, I often leave the house without realizing I didn't change shoes. These shoes look like driving Mocs and I wear them most of the time! Especially in a house with hardwood floors! My back would be in bad shape if I didn't wear good shoes that provide cushioning! These run true to size but I usually buy a half size larger for comfort/winter to wear with thick socks. LOVE they come in half sizes. Several new designs and colors are a fun twist on a classic shoe!Join the frequent buyer clubs to get great discounts!

I wear them so often and no matter the season my feet are happy. I like that they are making them a bit different every year or so. My favorites had elephants in them. I would love to see them in a lavender color. I bought the light pink ones once and unfortunately I ended up needing to clean then often. Also maybe a Dakota II coming???

I bought a pair of the Dakota slippers 8 to 10 years ago - and loved them! I don't know how to clean the interior of them, so a few years ago I ordered the Ansley because it does not have a leather tie. I could never keep that tie tied and replaced it with a ribbon. I really did not like the fit and feel of the Ansley and found myself wearing my old Dakotas again. That is - until my cat decided to urp a hairball right smack dab inside one of them. ugh! I ordered a size 9 in the Dakotas and I'm returning them today for a size 10. If I were wearing them as shoes and with no socks, they might be ok, but they do take some effort to get on, so maybe not! A size 10 should be much easier to slide into --and they will stretch a little over time, but I don't mind that at all for slippers as it makes them easy to just slide into and go. The hidden message in this post is that the slippers lasted for 8 to 10 years with a high rate of usage. If only I knew how to clean the interiors - - - and of course, there is the issue of the cat! :)

I bought these shoes for casual winter days and I love them. They are super comfy and hold up well. I even bought a pair for my sister and mom who love them as well. Fits true to size and a must have.
