I absolutely love this bag! It's definitely made of good quality leather and you don't have to touch it to recognize that. I would highly recommend this bag. I am only putting a 4 stars to the comfort because I thought it might be a little bit (only a little bit!) heavy compared to my other handbags. But overall, it's a 5 stars!

This purse is soft and smooshy and feels like butter, only one nice flap strap = no slippage!

Marc Jacobs does it again - The bag is beautiful. Soft and so comfy to carry. Perfect size for everything I need to have in it. This is the second one I have purchased and it was hard to give up the first but I was able to do it because I just changed colors!

I adore this bag! I ordered the bag around 8pm and it arrived at my door by 4pm the next day! Ridiculously fast! Zappos, how do you do it?! This bag sits so perfectly on your shoulders no matter how bulky your jacket is! All the pockets are great and I love this lining! And the zippers are so cute! I love it! I would definitely get it in another color but that might be too much. It's my new fav!

Marc Jacobs Totally Turnlock Faridah - I saw this bag in Nordstrom and fell in love with it. I am a super picky purse person and I can tell you this bag rocks. The leather is very luxurious and the size is more than perfect. The design is great which adds practicality to a great look. I got this bag in the Saffron color which is perfect for spring with the bright colors being the trend. I get lots of compliments. I bought from Zappos because Zappos has the BEST customer service - hands down.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from Zappos, but never felt compelled to write a review before getting my Faridah bag. I LOVE this bag. The leather is ridiculously soft. I am normally not a fan of slouchy/hobo type bags, but it just sits perfectly. I had seen the Teri in a department store and loved the leather, but didn't like the design of that bag quite as much - with the two straps it just didn't sit comfortably on my shoulder. This bag fixes that with its single strap design. Size is perfect - big enough to fit what you need, without being unnecessarily large. I ordered the denim and the light french grey and would have liked to keep them both - both gorgeous colors that will go with almost anything - but given the price tag I decided to keep the denim. It's a great shade of blue and perfect for spring. I highly recommend this bag. Yes, it's expensive, but the quality of the leather is above and beyond anything you would get in a cheaper bag, and I like that it is subtle and not splashed with a giant logo. I've received tons of compliments on it already. Highly recommend.

Excellent bag, amazingly fast delivery - This one is a gift, but now I want one! The leather on this is exactly as others have described- unbelievably soft. I have carried many other designer bags, but never one with leather that feels like this. The service at Zappos is incredible- They must have sent it out the door (at 1 am?) as soon as I ordered it online.

Fool's Gold - Smart Buy - There are so many reviews here that I need not add to how great this bag is -- roomy, soft leather, nice design, etc. --- but I can add that this 'Fool's Gold' color is a GREAT option to the shiny, sparkly metallics of the last year or so. It's a subdued/muted metallic and I would say it is a mix between gold, silver and pewter. A fantastic neutral for the upcoming fall and Winter Season. It absolutely goes with everything. You can not go wrong with this buy!

Definitely worth the investment - I was thrilled to receive this bag! It is very spacious, comfortable, and eye-catching. I can fit a lot of my daily necessities in this bag and not worry that I look out-of-style. The leather is very durable and soft, I am almost tempted to buy the other colors!

I love the MBMJ Faridah Bag! This is my second Faridah bag. The style is so comfortable to wear. The single strap doesn't slip off my shoulder. The front pockets provide easy access to phone and keys.

Eye-catching and so stylish - I got this bag in the cranberry color...just wonderful! I love it because it's especially different. How often do you see someone carrying around a big pink bag? It's such a great shade of pink and the leather is so so soft. Very spacious bag which is perfect because I like to carry my life around with me. Zappos was great once again! I ordered this bag at almost 9pm and got it the next day. Thanks so much Zappos! I appreciate it! :)

My new baby! I adore this bag! I saw it in a department store (way overpriced) and found it for less on Zappos! It got here in four days and I simply love it! It’s roomy, soft and beautiful. I will have this bag forever. It was also an anniversary gift from my husband so it makes it extra special!

Love this bag! I just got my Totally Turnlock Faridah in stone and I absolutely love it! Like other reviewers, I agree that it’s a lot slouchier than the picture looks, which is good because it really conforms to your body. The shoulder strap is really comfortable and sits easy on the shoulder. The quality and feel of the leather is what I love the most – it’s soo soft. And you can really tell that this bag is made really well - hardware and stitching are sturdy. I would highly suggest this bag to anyone looking for a roomy Hobo. The only challenge for me will be keeping it clean.

Beautiful bag - I'm a tiny thing and it's a little big for me, but I will use it when I travel, you can get lots of stuff in it. Very soft leather. Tried to get it at local stores and they’re ALL SOLD OUT. I remembered Zappos, who needs those guys when you can order at two and have it by two the next day? You guys are the very best. Thanks so, so much for your great service which no one else has these days. If you’re going to spend money, spend it with Zappos. They do care.

Great Value - Earth color just perfect for year round! Good size for travel and those days you need a little extra room. Being small person concerned might be too large but not case at all. Leather is very soft and bag light weight making comfortable on shoulder.

Love this bag! This is my first ever designer handbag and I just love it. The leather is so soft and conforms to the shape of my body. The details on this bag are excellent. I'm excited everytime I realize that I'm going to get to wear my new handbag out of the house.

Yum - I did plenty of research to find the "right" bag. This bag is not trendy with lots of bells and whistles so I felt it was the right choice. I plan on carrying this bag everywhere. Cool, chic!

A wonderful purse - I am a real lover of good purses, and have bought many over the years. This is a fine example of the art. It's big, but not grossly so; the leather is soft and pleasant to the touch, yet durable; and the many pockets are large enough and conveniently located, and make it easy to find things. I would have liked a tad longer strap, but that's just my personal preference; it does go over the shoulder easily. My only complaint is that when I purchased it, I thought the purse would be a true red. The color is actually closer to red/orange. However, the purse has become a favorite and I will carry it for a long time.

Totally Turnlock Faridah. I tried each of the Totally Turnlock Faridah, this one suited my needs best. I'm 5'3" and do not have enough shoulder space to accomidate the two large straps on the others. They also seemed to overwhelm my person. I found this one to be a better fit all around. The leather is quite supple and molds to your body nicely. I like the two large deep front pockets for keys etc.(things you need quick access to). The only negative thing I can say about the bag is the back zipper compartment is a bit small and will not accomidate your check book, other then that I very much enjoy useing this bag everyday, it holds a ton of stuff..

Marc by Marc Jacobs's Totally Turnlock Faridah in Stone - I just purchased this bag in stone and I have to say it is a fabulous color in person. The Faridah style is perfect for a person who carries a lot but likes a practical bag. I have the Softy in black and now this turnlock style and they are both gorgeous bags. The turnlock is lighter however and the leather on it is beyond soft. If you're looking for a bag for both work & play then I'd suggest this one as its beautiful.

Perfect! I had been looking for a high quality, somewhat large black handbag for a while. This bag is it! I have to agree with the other reviewer who said that this is better looking in person than in the photos. I wasn't completely sold on it until I saw it in person. I tend to carry a lot of stuff with me and this holds it all! One of the two pockets on the inside (there is an additional zippered pocket as well) holds a Razor cell phone perfectly, which is great because you don't have to fumble around looking for it when it rings. It is expensive, but it’s totally worth it because I know I will be able to use it for years.

Totally Turnlock Faridah - I'm in love with this bag. It's beautifully made, and the leather is soft and buttery. I bought it in black, and I know it's a bag that will continue to look great (if not better) as it wears. It holds everything, but it doesn't seem too big and bulky, and I'd definitely have to agree with the other reviewer that it looks even better in person. It's very slouchy. Zappos, as always, provided excellent service. I ordered this bag at 5 pm one day and received it the next day.

Hot marc bag!!!! I am very impressed with the marc Totally Turnlock bag. It is a great size for someone who carries a lot of stuff. I had been looking for a stylish and yet very practical bag that I could carry every day instead of constantly switching between bags and this is the one! The leather is soft and I love the front pockets. The bag is simultaneously utilitarian and sophisticated.

Great catchall - I bought this bag in black after I couldn’t find the totally turnlock hobo...lemme just say, I’m so glad I did. It’s a beautiful bag, very soft leather with the great scrambled b/w logo inside, and i find it much cuter in person than the photos (it's very slouchy and less structured than the photos present). Fits easily over the shoulder w/winter coat, which had been my main problem with some bags in the turnlock series. The shape is lovely too and I’ve received several compliments about this bag. I think I read one review where the reviewer disliked how roomy it is and complained her stuff would fall out. While this bag is roomy, which I love bc I tote a lotta crap around, I haven’t had spillage problems. There is a magnet closure in the middle which has mostly prevented this for me. the only complaint I might make is that there is no central pocket or zipper compartment, just one zip compartment on the inside lining (like most handbags) and then two small pockets on the opposite side for credit cards/cellphone (that are a little too wide to hold my small phone); so if you're looking for a bag with structured organization this may not be for you. This is an oversized bag with plenty of room for a water bottle and magazine, wallet, etc and I’d measure it a little more than a foot wide. Overall am very pleased with this purchase and true to the quality of all Marc Jacobs or Marc by Marc Jacobs handbags.
