I love Zappos! Never heard of Baffin, took a chance and I love them! They are on my feet as soon as I come home! Very warm for cold winter nights or days.

I was looking for something to keep my feet warm. The Baffin Base Camps do that very well. I got a pair for my daughter and granddaughter too.

I got a pair of these to wear inside when I work at home and it is cold (not sure how anyone could think these are outdoor boots). Well, they definitely keep your feet warm! They look a little goofy-like short moon boots, but that is because they are technical booties made for function rather than style. They have a shearling type insole, which is nice. The lining is a soft nylon; they are comfy without socks or with. The sole is sort of a tough nylon; they would be great for car camping as well as snow camping. Or as warm "slippers," like I use them for. Best of all -- the cost; they are super cheap for what you get, I think. I wear a size 6.5 in shoes; I got the medium. They are loose, but not bad at all. You can put an Ugg shearling insole in them to make them fit better. All-in-all, a really good purchase with no regrets, especially for the price!

These are the lost awesome purchase I have made! I usually wear uggs around the house for warmth but hate to cook in them cause I usually spill on them. Got these to wear around and I love them! They are warm, toasty and lightweight.

Very comfortable and warm. Cannot be worn outside because of no sole. Very good for people with sensitive, sore, or swollen feet.

Fantastic. No need for any socks, just slip them and your feet are toasty. Great buy.

I got these because my feet are always freezing in the winter and I wanted an insulated bootie so I could toss a hand warmer in to warm up my feet. These definitely do the trick. They keep my feet and ankles snuggly warm. The bootie is crazy wide in the foot so it looks a bit ridiculous on my feet but it fits the hand warmers nicely with still a lot of wiggle room. The ankle part is snug so no air warm air gets out. And the sole feels reasonably durable - not for walking outside but comfortable enough indoors. Traction on the heel area is already wearing off after 2 weeks so may not be the best if you have slippery floors.

I got these slippers for home use, and they are so cozy and lightweight. They are warm, but not too warm--comfortable barefoot or with socks. There is an unusually comforting feeling from the cushion around the ankles. I like these, vs. the smaller "Cush" version, because the toggle at the top of the foot keeps them feeling secure. Personally, while the cloth on the bottom is pretty tough, I won't likely wear them outside. That said, I think they would be amazing to wear while at the campsite, after a lot of hiking--understanding that they might wear a bit. I would not however buy these for style! They are very wide, and I look like I have big bear paws! But overall, I am very happy.

These are really slippers and not boots. Great for around the house on cold days when you bundle up to keep the gas bill down. These are not boots at all. I'm not happy they are made in China but kept them because I couldn't find any made in the States.

These are very warm and I'm happy so far (had them a few weeks). I also have a pair from EMS, and these are superior because the inner sole is soft and insulated. These fit a little more snug across the top of the foot. I usually wear a men's 9 and was afraid the XL would be too big, but it fits well. They're a little bulkier in appearance than the EMS ones, but they're house shoes, so who cares?

The base camp bootie is warm and well made. It runs true to size (unlike other brands that seem to run very short) and is made in larger sizes (up to XXXL) to fit big feet like my size 48. It has arch and ankle adjustments to adjust to fit to your foot which works very nicely. It does not have the light weight or compressability of a down bootie but will remain warmer if damp. I would definitely recommend this to others who need a fiberfill bootie.

Found these shoes to be as advertised, very soft and easy to wear right out of the box. I have difficult feet to fit yet these are great.

This boot is so comfortable it feels like you're walking on air. The only downside is that it's not waterproof. Boot is great for snow, but not puddles.

I do not like the base camp version as much as my Cush bootie. These have a harder sole. I had the Cush bootie for 8 years and wore them to shreds… I’m returning and buying the Cush bootie. They are super warm and great on my cold feet.

Does my third pair of these Base Camp slippers. As soon as I began wearing this pair they started to come unraveled at the top where the material clearly was not finished correctly. I do not recommend this product to anybody. The material on the bottom of the soul where is out inside a house within days and they become very slippery. Don’t waste your money on this product.

I wear these with "Heat Warmers" super-thick socks, so I got L. I normally wear a size 10. These are the only slippers that keep my feet warm in colder months. Even the Baffin Cush Booty doesn't keep my feet warm enough. My toes get ice cold. I'm pretty sure I have Raynaud's. Thank God for these Base Camp slippers!

Love these boots. Had a similar pair last season which are still in great condition. Happy to have this size and color. Very comfy and warm. Not for outdoors but perfect around a cold New England barn house with cement basement!

These are high quality booties and likely very warm. That said they are very wide. I measured the circumference of the pair I purchased (size MD -US Women's 7-8) and it came in at just under 15" around. The sole measures approx 6" across the width of the bootie.

this is the second pair of these that we've bought, and the "soles" wear out too quickly though he doesn't wear them outside very much maybe just to go get the paper

These are not meant for wearing outside; they are house slippers. And as such, they are awesome! They are basically down sleeping bags for your feet and ankles and keep them toasty warm. I particularly like the high sides because I often have cold ankles. Get them big enough so you can wear them with wool socks if you need to. I wear a woman's size 11 shoe and the size XL works great for me. I bought a pair in 2016 and are just replacing them now (4 years later) because they are wearing out on the bottom, inside and out. I love these slippers.

Ordered the slippers because my husbands feet are always cold. He has even been sleeping in the slippers. He is really wheel chair bound so he doesn't walk about much. not looking for a arch support just a warm slipper

The fit is accurate. I am a women's size 9, and the large was fine. The bootie is not a shoe but rather a loose slipper with a high fit up to my low calf. As a result it is a little roomy inside with a comfortable loose fit. It would be great for a winter hut trip, or moving around outside on a camping trip. You can wear them in the house, but they are a bit bulky for a house shoe and felt cumbersome. I would rank this as an outdoor activity type bootie, be it camping in the winter or summer, or skiing into a hut. Quality is excellent. I am returning them because they are a little more bulky than my intended purpose as a house shoe.
