I loved the shoe; however, I have a high instep and it was too tight over the arch. Back they go, I will try another style and perhaps go up a size.

This is my 2nd pair of these clogs. I love them! They are very comfortable and made to last a long time. Zappos is an amazing place to get shoes.

These clogs were so comfy right out of the box. I wide foot, high instep, and bunions. The clog was true to size. I have several pair of Danskos and one other of Sanita. Somehow, the Sanita clogs are more comfy. Higher instep and a bit wider thought out. No break in at all with these. I am a special education teacher and on my feet all day. Wore these 6:30 am - 6:30 pm first outing, not problems! Wish they came in suede, I would order in every color. Highly recommend!

This is my fourth pair of Sanita clogs, first pair of open back. I probably would have gotten them one size bigger; I listened to the other reviewers and got them one size smaller than usual - stay with your regular size! They are fine though and I love them!

These are very attractive clogs (love the red color!). They do run small. I usually wear a 36 and had to order a 37. They are relatively easy to break in and quite comfortable once broken in.

First thing I noticed about the Sanita red Ingrid Oil is that it has awesome arch support. It\'s also very comfortable, good for wider feet, and doesn\'t chafe. I wear it without socks and it does fine. The red is a matte dark red. One shoe arrived with a few scrapes on the leather, but I suppose that can be forgiven.

I only wore Josef Siebel but started shopping for another brand when JS quit making my favorite shoe and I couldn't find another that felt as good. For some reason, Sanita interested me so I started researching the brand. I had tried Danskos but never bought because I couldn't find comfort in them, the arch support irritated my feet. I bought Ingrid red and so glad I did. My feet and legs never hurt while and after working long shifts on my feet since day one. I'm looking forward to buying another clog. Wish Zappos would carry a wooden sole. I'd buy it.

I love my new clogs! They are super comfortable! They felt great from the moment I put them on for the first time. They have very quickly become my favorite pair of shoes. And I love the color!

This is your basic, claasic clog that looks good with jeans and pants. It is very comfortable,especially if you do much standing or walking on your feet.

I love these shoes! I had a pair of these in the smooth, shiny leather style years ago that I absolutely wore out (after 10 years of wear in cold weather...). I have a few other pairs of the mules (closed-in heel style), but just had to have another pair of the clogs - love to wear them with jeans. :-) Very comfortable.

There is no question, this is the best shoe, ever. I have worn my old Dansko's (patent # on the bottom; by Sanita) for the past 10 years, no less than every other day on average. They are still good, but they truly have been through the ringer & I am still wearing them to work. I just received the new pair & thank goodness, they have the same feel. The Sanita Ingrid footbed contour is the same patent. The leather insole is black instead of tan. It is really perfect. I am an 8.5 and wear a 38 for this open back clog. I can't say the same about the Frye Harness Mule...very good looking but HEAVY & currently has painful pressure points. It's break-in period seems indefinite.

Amazing comfort! I will buy this brand again! Great support, flexible, and lightweight.

I received my Sanita Ingrid clogs today, put them on immediately and was overjoyed with the fit and the COMFORT. I ordered up a size as recommended by others and want to THANK all of you for this valuable advice. I'm now thinking that these Sanita’s are more comfortable than my Dansko slip-ons. Hmmmm. To be investigated further.

This is my second pair of these clogs. I have worn a black oilskin pair for something like 5 years. They are my go-to shoes, stylish but with great support. They actually still look pretty good after an amazing amount of use and abuse, but I decided to get a new pair, this time in the red. I ordered the same size as my black pair, but found they were a little smaller, so returned them (FREE - thank you Zappos!) and got one size bigger. They fit great and I know I’ll wear them as much as my black pair. For what it’s worth, my old pair were 38, the new ones 39, and I usually wear an 8.5 in typical lace-up athletic shoes. Note that Sanita is now the "original" Dansko or something like that. I also owe thanks to the staff at Zappos - I messed up on my online re-order and didn’t notice until it was complete. I called them (right away - they ship so fast I was worried it would already be processed) and the woman who helped me could not have been nicer. That has to be a hard job - I was impressed. Between Zappos and the Dansko/Sanita brand, can’t go wrong!

I have been looking for a pair of cute and comfy clogs and I have finally found them! I broke my foot years ago (so I need good arch support or else I get a lot of pain) and I am a teacher (which means I am on my feet). These shoes have proven to be comfortable all day long. I bought them because I love the earthy red color and I get compliments all the time. I originally ordered a size 39, since I wear an 8.5. The back of my foot hung over the edge. I sent them back for a 40 and they are now a perfect fit. I have been wearing the strap over the top as a back strap and it helps secure the shoe (as clogs often slide) when I am doing a lot of walking. The solid and thick soles have even helped me navigate the winter sidewalks!

I bought them in red and love them! I did order one size up and they fit perfect! Zappos is awesome! Quick shipping, fabulous customer service, and a great selection! I have both Dansko and Sanitas and I would choose Sanitas hands down.

These clogs are the ones I chose after much thought. Here is my Zappos story. I ordered these in a 39, received in 1 day, too small, called reordered in size 40, arrived the next day, Then, I thought that I liked them, but wanted them in the black box texture, called Zappos from work, and a lovely man worked with me saying that they didn't have that in my size, but would email me as soon as they got more, so I ordered the Sonia in black, got them the next day, realized that I did want the Dansko black box Ingrid, so I did the unthinkable, and ordered them from Amazon, got them 5 days later. By then, I realized that I really did prefer my original decision, black oil Sanita Ingrid, so I return Amazon's, and ordered my very first choice, they arrived in 1 day, and I am keeping them. Love them, love Zappos. They deliver so fast, it is scary; they credited my returns immediately, no word on Amazon return yet. Look up Zappos on Wikipedia, and read how ethical and wonderful they are to their employees and customers.

Love the shoes but I usually take a size 7 and 7 1/2 is almost a little small, it could be the fact that I have high arches. So many compliments.

I was recommended the Dansko Pro from a few of the nurses at work. Then I found that these were the original Dansko. I have a foot that is VERY hard to fit, narrow and fairly long. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8, so finding a fit in the Pro was not successful. I thought a backless clog might be my answer and I think it was. I have only worn them around on the carpet so far, but I love them. I do have to use the strap to keep my foot from sliding out when I walk, a result of my narrow foot. What I am most amazed at is Zappos. I ordered them one night about 8:00 and they emailed me they were upgrading the shipping (still free). I had the shoes by 3:00 the next day. I was so happy! I love ZAPPOS!

ZAPPOS IS AMAZING!!!! I ordered a pair of these Sanita's Ingrid Oil clogs and received them yesterday. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and they were a bit too small. I went on line about 5 PM last night to re-order the right size and UNBELIEVABLY they were at my door by 10 AM this morning! This is my first pair of Sanita's but I don't think they will be my last. These shoes are beautifully made, wonderful leather and SOOOOO incredibly comfortable. They make my size 12 feet look (almost) tiny!
