I love these shoes and try to wear them any chance I get. I get so many compliments on them every time I wear them. I bought them to wear to NY knowing I would be walking a lot and didn\'t have any problem until hour 7 but I think that was typical of all the walking I did.

This shoe fit perfectly, no breaking in at all. It has a padded sole so you have a little cushion when you are walking. I like this because sometimes with flats the bottom of my feet hurt after wearing them. Just be careful; they are a little slippery on tile. I am hoping that it will get better when walking around in them after a bit. I just wish there were more colors left! I would buy several.

I am absolutely amazed by how comfortable these shoes! Great support for flats. As a physician I put in lots of hours on my feet and these are comfortable and look great. Second only to my Dansko clogs. Highly recommend.

I love these shoes! My feet are a size 5.5 which makes it very hard for me to purchase shoes at any retail store. They fit perfectly! very stylish and the colors allow me to wear them with just about anything. Zappos.com is my new favorite shopping site!

I own two pairs of these now (both the black and bronze) and I am in love. They are perfectly pointy without going overboard, incredibly comfortable, and look great with absolutely everything. The perfect go-everywhere shoe.

Best business casual shoes ever! I needed a pair of black patent slightly pointy shoes for work that I could wear over the treacherous brick and cobblestone streets of Boston--these are them! Not too pointy as to be dangerous looking, but definitely appropriate for work. I've been wearing them non-stop for about 5 days, and they feel like slippers on my feet. Not a lot of arch support, in my opinion, but they feel true to size and a nice medium width. The wide toe box is good if you have a moderate bunion. Highly recommend! One more note: the black patent shoe is not smooth--it's more of a hammered look. Just an FYI. The only reason I'm giving the 4 stars for style instead of 5 is because I have a policy against giving 5 stars to "business casual" wear. 5 stars should not be wasted on professional work items!

This shoe is so cute! It runs shorter than sized (about a half size small). The toe kind of curves up at the tip, just slightly, which you can't tell from the pictures. The soles seem a little slippery at first. I recommend the shoe - it would dress up a casual outfit or be good with a dressy one.

I love these shoes, however, they are not for a day with a lot of walking. But, if you are just doing a normal-type day, they are perfect. The sides are a little stiff and will rub against your feet. Nice complement to any wardrobe! I got a lot of compliments on them!

I was told about Zappos by a friend about 2 years ago. This pair of shoes is about the 15th pair I have purchased in that time. Like all the others, they are the of the quality I have learned to expect from anything I order from Zappos. Plus the added bonus of free shipping, and when I have ordered the wrong size, no problem! Returns are so easy. I would rather go to Zappos than to any shoe department or shoe store for my shoes. Greater selection, prices are competitive, (at times, even better) and so user friendly. No parking problems, can shop in my pj's, how can you can for more??

I bought the black in a size 8, my normal size. The width was fine but the shoes were a 1/2 size too big, I'm returning them for the 7 1/2. They are really cute, really comfortable. Looking forward to receiving them and trying them again!

These shoes are great! Good traction, comfortable fit, and they look really nice. I have had them for about a month now, worn them probably about 10-15 times, and they have held up really well. They seem really well made, which has been my experience with nine west in the past.

These shoes are great. They are so comfortable. It only took me about 1/2 a day to break them in and I did not get any blisters. I bought them in 3 difference colors because I love them so much.

Sigh. My review is a bit conflicted. I love these shoes. I got the black patent and they are fabulous - stylish, comfortable, rubber soles (I work on my feet all day). But I read a bunch of the reviews that recommended ordering them a half size bigger than normal so I did. I am normally a size 6, so I got 6.5. They were fine at first but after a couple of weeks they've stretched out so much that they slip off when I walk (even with Dr Scholl's!). And the real bummer is it's too late to take advantage of Zappos' great return policy because by the time they stretched out I had already scuffed them a bit. I should've listened to my gut feeling. These are leather shoes so they will stretch a bit to fit your feet!

These shoes are great! They have slight arch support, and the sole is thicker than most flats which gives more stability and helps with fatigue. Make sure you buy a half size bigger, especially if you have wide feet. Love the real leather too.

I bought these in black leather hoping they would be my cute and comfy shoes to walk around town. I wear a size 5.5, with my left foot being a solid 5.5 and my right foot being a bit smaller. Imagine the horror when I realized that my right foot had a little too much space, allowing my foot to slide around. The first time I wore them, after less walking than I'd hoped, the small bunion on my right foot had a nasty blister, since the edge of the shoe hit directly on it. I wasn't about to give up on these super cute shoes, so I purchased some non-slip ball of foot pads and non-slip heel grips so my feet wouldn't be able to slide around inside the shoes. What a difference! I can now walk around town with no blisters!

I love the look of this shoe. I have big, flat feet (size 11) with narrow heels; it's hard to find a flat that holds the heel well (most are too wide in the heel). I have a bunion on my right foot and this shoe doesn't fit well around it. I have to admit I haven't worn this shoe much yet; I ordered it as my summer fun flat (and it's not summer yet), but it fit well out of the box. Because I have flat feet I can't comment on the arch support; there's not so much that I notice it, but that's about all I can say. There's not a lot of padding in the sole, but then, it's a nice, light flat.

I really like the way this flat looks (I bought the white and black multicolored version). My only problem with the shoe is that the interior is a man-made material, which cuts uncomfortably into my foot at the base of my outermost toe. I also think the inner material will make your feet sweat--but these problems might go away after I break them in a bit. Overall, a cute but not terribly comfortable shoe.

These shoes were the perfect color to go with a navy blue sequined outfit. Loved the shiny patent finish. They were true to size for me, although they were a little tight in the toe (I have a c width). Unfortunately my puppy chewed them up before I had a chance to wear them with the outfit :(

I bought the black leather version in a local store last fall, having searched all summer for this exact style of shoe. A pointed toe ballerina with a soft, flexible, durable sole. They were so comfortable. They fit like slippers, needed no breaking in, and are just right for my office. They were so perfect, I decided to buy another color. I was thrilled to see so many options in my size at Zappos, it was hard to choose. I ended up with pewter, a really versatile neutral with a subtle metallic shine. Unfortunately, despite being the same cut as the black ones, the first time I wore the pewter, they chewed up my feet and left me with a dime-sized blister on my heel (thus the low stars on comfort). Even after many wearings and hard work to break them in, I can only wear them with a pre-emptive band-aid. I still adore the way they look, but am disappointed that the good luck with the store-bought black pair did not extend to the ones I bought through Zappos. It is probably due to inconsistent manufacturing practices. Maybe you'll get lucky.

I saw these in a store and loved them, but only Zappos had my size. However, I should have paid more attention to the ratings, because the sizing is small, making them too tight to be wearable. I am very disappointed because they are so cute!
