Bought these 'house slippers' for a friend for Christmas, and they are getting rave reviews from the recipient. He reports they fit true to size and provide all the warmth and comfort he needs during this cold Chicago winter. As the buyer, I was very satisfied with the look and the quality of this shoe. The fluffy sheepskin lining is lush (I've seen other brands where it's somewhat thin and skimpy) and runs the full interior of the shoe, and the shoe looks like it will wear well. All in all, two happy campers on this Zappos purchase!

Fit like a glove. This is my second pair in about six years. Soft and warm both Winter and Summer. I can go out for the newspaper without getting my feet wet or cold. Frequently wear them all day. Highly recommended.

I've been buying these slippers for 15 years for my wife and myself. They are by far the best product on the market. We actually have two pair each, one for inside our home and one for outside. The outside pair we get better than two years of wear. We walk all around the neighborhood in these as well. So the usage is extremely high. I have bought on pair of a competitors that were $20.00 less, they were absolutely worthless! So, the price on the Acorns are completely in line in my opinion. In the end you get what you pay for. Honestly, we really abuse these slippers for outside usage and still get two years out of them. Sizing is point on. Needless to say I'm a life long customer.....

This men's slipper is incredibly comfortable and is perfect for a woman with a wider foot (most women's shearling slippers do not come in wide sizes). It runs a little small, so while I normally wear a men's size 8, the size 9 was perfect.

I have working border collies and am quite familiar with sheepkin and sheepskin products. This is by far the luchest, best-made, most comfortable sheepskin slipper on the market. Drawbacks--puppies love these slippers; wearing them in wet grass and trying to dry them out in the dryer is not advised.

It is the best. My husband and I do not want to change them when we go out, I am ready to sleep in them. Yes, I am woman, but after trying my husband's bootie, I bought for myself exactly the same, only smaller size. We love them.

These are warm and stout enough to get the mail with no problems. I am a first time buyer but it will not be the last time that I buy these slippers.

These slippers were my first Zappos purchase, I was afraid of the whole, ya don't get to try them on thing. Well, my fears were allayed, the process was easy and the slippers a delight. With the lush pile inside they gave a warm, comfortable fit with out being snug...and the foam inside sole is truly like walking on a cloud. Love my new slippers!

This slipper is very uncomfortable. It's hard to believe, but there is too much shearling running down the middle of the footbed. It feels as though your feet are straddling a shearling fence and my foot tends to slant outward so that the slipper is distorted. I thought if I wore them for a while, the padding would flatten out, but that has not happened. So I'm back to wearing my older Lamo shearling slippers. I don't feel right returning the Acorns since I've had them for more than 4 months, but I discourage anyone from buying them.

These slippers were a gift to my son, who had been yearning for them for years. He is thrilled with them and says they are everything he wanted in a slipper. They are soft and warm and the shearling is thick and full. They fit him perfectly and we expect that he will get years of wear from them. I have a pair of the Acorn women's slippers in the same style that I bought many years ago and they are still in excellent condition.
