Order 1 complete size smaller than you normally wear - I ordered this shoe in my normal size and ended up having to re-order twice due to the shoe being very large. I wear a size 6 1/2 and in the end a 5 1/2 was the perfect fit. Other than that this is a great shoe.

Great shoe - Comfortable right out of the box. Like the look a lot. As a teacher, I appreciate the all-day comfort!

Comfort - Very cute shoes. Have had many compliments. Comfortable and sturdy. Suggest buying a 1/2 size smaller- they do run large. I have a narrow foot, but these fit PERFECTLY. It’s the first shoe I have been able to wear without socks. Bought 2 more pairs of Privos-different styles-but I'm just as pleased.

Great shoe! I bought these shoes in white and liked them so much I ordered the same pair in black. I get lots of compliments on them and they feel great. I'm on my feet all day and I can really tell the difference when I wear these shoes compared to my other flats and sandals.

Cute!! I bought these shoes in black and they are SO cute and comfortable I love them! The only thing that bothered me for a while was the small metal buckle on the strap of my left shoe--it dug into the top of my foot for a while, but after I wore them a bit they were fine. These shoes are true to size--I wear a 6 1/2 and bought a 6 1/2--perfect. And they really protected my feet walking on cobblestone streets in Italy--the insides are very soft and well cushioned. Excellent shoes!

Great look - This is a very comfortable shoe and because of the velcro strap, I was able to make it narrow enough for my very narrow foot. I did order a 1/2 size smaller based on previous reviews and it fit fine. The heel is a little wide, but heel inserts took care of the problem. Privo is one of my new favorite brands!!! Much better than "big white tennis shoes" for traveling...this style goes with pants and skirts, and looks cute besides...even with my 9N (although this is an 8 1/2M!) foot!

Super cute and comfy - I love the look and feel of this shoe. It's super cute, comfortable and offers the right amount of support. I have very narrow size 11 feet and this shoe is wonderful!

Another Great Privo! This shoe is very comfortable and very stylish! I get tons of compliments and everyone wants to know where I bought them. I love all my Privos and this new pair is no exception!

Most comfortable ever! I just bought my 2nd pair for a trip to Europe which included much walking. These feel like you're walking on air, right out of the box! Like other reviewers, I sized down 1/2 size - usually wear a 10 and the 9 1/2 is perfect.

Love the shoe! I liked this shoe immediately upon opening the box. The shoe is very cute, does not make my size 10 foot look any bigger, and goes well with jeans, shorts, khakis...It is lacking a little on arch support, but is still very comfortable. Initially, it felt a little loose, but the shoe sort of hugs your foot when you walk, so there was no problem there. This was my first time trying the Privo brand and I am sure I will try other Privo shoes.

Love the Privos! This shoe lives up to the Privo reputation of being comfortable and stylish. My only reservation is the strap was a bit tight on one foot after I wore it a while, but that is probably something specific to me. Other than that, it is a really nice casual shoe that can carry itself from shopping trips to casual workdays.

Wonderful shoes - Zappos sent my shoes overnight and I was able to enjoy them immediately. I wear them to work for a sporty look with my khakis. I cannot believe how many compliments I receive and they are truly comfortable.

I have bought every color they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have brought from Privo. Wear them to work with my scrubs and get compliments every day!!!! Getting ready to order my second pair of white one. I wear no other brand any long. If you are one your feet. Get them, so worth the price. Ask my husband, no more complaining about my achy feet.

My grandmother loves them - She has two different colors and finds them to be very comfortable. According to her they run a bit larger then the size indicates, but not overly so, if worn with a thicker sock you wouldn't have any issue. She hasn't had them very long, but my impression is that they are durable. Her grand daughter has a pair of the same and likes them very much. I answered for the questions below regarding width, arch and orthotics, but only because there was no option for "don't know."

Great Shoes! These shoes are very comfortable and I had a lot of compliments on them. I am not a dress up kind of girl, they are sporty and can be worn with a lot of different style of clothing.

Privo Acacia - I am very happy with this shoe. I bought them for a trip to Italy and they were extremely comfortable. Others said they ran big, but I found them to be true to size. I wear an 11 and have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes. These were very cute with pants and skirts and I wore them for hours at a time with no problem. I'm very happy with them and of course with Zappos service - they arrived about 26 hours after I placed the order.

High Marks For This Privo - While in the past I have found Privo shoes to be much cuter than they are comfortable or well fitting, this style breaks the mold with high marks for looks, fit and comfort. I have purchased two pairs!

Cute and comfortable! These shoes are GREAT! I am on my feet all day for my job and no more aching feet. They are amazing and I can't wait to buy more Privos. I bought several different styles of Privo to see which one I liked best and while they are all comfortable, this style was definitely the most cushiony and supportive. Really cute too.

I first bought another Privo shoe - a loafer type. It was comfortable, but boring. This one is both comfortable and cool to look at. I liked it so much that now my daughter and I have matching Privo Acacia shoes.

Love the cushion feel!!! Wonderful shoes. This is my THIRD pair. Very soft and supportive insoles, great alternative to slippers!

Great looking and comfortable shoe! The fit is great and being on your feet all day is not a problem with these shoes. They're cute and sassy and I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.

Walking On Air! This shoe is so comfortable you will feel like you are walking on pillows! Also, it is so cute, my daughter wanted a pair just like them. NOTE: We both normally wear a 10 and needed a 9.5 which fit perfectly.

Heavenly, but too small - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I've tried on in a long time - thought I'd wear it with jeans or with yoga pants. The green color looks gorgeous in "real life", too. Unfortunately, these were about a half size too small - I normally wear an 8 1/2 and will exchange these for a size 9.

Cute, comfortable shoe - I was looking for a comfortable shoe to wear to work since I'm on my feet all day. This shoe fit the bill and was surprisingly more stylish than I expected. I'm in between a 7 and 7 1/2, so I ordered a 6 1/2 and the sizing was perfect. Privo definitely runs big!
