I must be in the minority -
I absolutely adore the look of these shoes and would love to keep them, but after my commute to work (on the subway), I now have blisters in 4 different spots! I know the size isn't the problem either because they fit perfectly. I guess they're just not made for my feet. I will say I still love Zappos though because I ordered these around 4pm and received them within 24 hours, even though there is no longer free overnight shipping.

So cute but way too big...
Based on other reviews, I ordered this shoe a 1/2 size smaller than usual. I was really excited because the shoe seems so functional yet is still cute. However, when I tried them on, big frown...They were way too big, feeling at least a whole size bigger than what I ordered. Even when I tried with my orthotics, they were more like flip flops than shoes. Oh well...I guess I have to find a different brand.

A little tweaking needed -
Floor of the shoe is a bit hard and bumpy, but under the top bumpy liner is comfortable. I bought them to take to Europe on vacation, and should have worn them much longer at home. They seem to require some breaking in, unlike several other tennis shoes I have purchased.

The Only Ones -
This is the only pair of Privo’s I have ever gotten that did not fit correctly. They were a 1/2 size too big, so I sent them back. I wore them at home to play cards one day and after wearing them for a while one shoe makes an awful squeaking noise. So I will have to return them. This is the only pair of Privo’s I have ever had any trouble with, at all!

Not Nearly as Great as I Hoped -
I was in search for that perfect pair of shoes to wear while I was pregnant and came upon these. I was so excited that I wore them out of the store - within walking not even for 30 minutes my heels were bleeding. I took them back to the store and exchanged for a smaller size - after my heels healed I tried my smaller size on and they were so uncomfortable and pinched everywhere.

Disappointing service and fit.
The length of the shoe was just right, but it was much too wide. If your foot is the least bit narrow these are not a good choice.
Beware of the postage free return policy. After three weeks, I am still waiting for my free postage return form which does not come with the order. You have to request to return the shoes postage free. Meanwhile the charge is still on my credit card.

CUTE shoe, but uncomfortable -
This shoe is so very cute but for me, they were extremely uncomfortable. After only about 20 minutes of walking I developed heel blisters and blisters on my little toe. This shoe definitely is not wide enough in the toe box and if you have wider feet or feet that swell after walking, I would not recommend these. These are for a regular or narrower foot. The footbed is very comfy, however.

These shoes caused bleeding blisters on the back of my heel so painful I ended up walking around the office in my socks by the end of the day. Its 2 weeks later and I\'m still trying to heal up.\r\nThis is my 2nd and last attempt at these shoes.

Whoops... I have several pairs of Privo shoes from Zappos, and love them. They are my \'go to\' shoes for errands, etc. I ordered \'Acacia\' from another company, and the fit is so radically different from my other Privos, that I hope their return policy is as good as Zappos. The insert is high in the heel with no arch support, and It\'s hard to believe that they\'re from the same company. They look good, but don\'t fit at all. Zappos, I apologize for straying from you.

I had high hopes for the Privo Acacia because they're great looking and look like they would be comfortable too. My problem has been that the back of the shoe rips up my heel everytime I wear them. The first time it was so bad that it went beyond a blister to bleeding. I thought that my heels just need to "toughen up" so when everything had healed over I tried again, only to have the heel on the other foot blister up. To this day, three months later, they cause me discomfort to wear them. Very disappointing. I should have given up earlier and returned them, so it's partially my fault that I'm left with relatively expensive, but nice looking, shoes that I can't wear.

Cute shoes. I really wanted these. I had three different pairs sent. One 7.5 and two size 8. The 7.5 was too small and both of the size 8 pairs were really an 8.5. Too bad.
