Still breaking them in but so far not a comfortable as my Reebock DMX MAX walkers.

Great shoe, stylish, comfortable. Excellent impact absorption in heel due to "Abzorb" materials. Good support for neutral positioning of foot. I had to use a stretcher to make the 10.5 EE fit, though I usually wear a 10 E. If I bought this shoe again I would order a wider 4E.

Nice shoes, seem like they were a little small all around, I went up 1/2 size. Took a few days to really break in and become comfortable but now I wear them just about every day. Look good and feel good. I'm pleased.

I had to return these shoes as they said extra wide but they were very narrow. They were very nice looking shoes though it was too bad they didn't fit. But as always Zappos makes returns so easy!

I thought it was a great shoe at first, now they are falling apart after only five months! A lot of money to pay for something that didn't last too good!

This shoe is just a super walking shoe. Great arch support. I wore out the insides before I wore out the soles.

Received this shoe several days after ordering, and after having worn it for several weeks now, I can say this is one of the better shoe purchases I've made in the last couple of years. I bought this to replace two New Balance I've had for a year, and which had broken down completely. The arch support feels wonderful, and I've been able to walk around in this shoe for 10-12 hours without feeling any discomfort.

I have rarely bought shoes outside a shoe store, but I need extra width, and I wanted a waterproof shoe. Zappos had several good choices and I have had good results with New Balance products, so I held my breath and ordered. The shoes are great and the delivery time was amazing.

Good shoe overall. Not real stylish but fine for a work shoe. Believe the reports that the shoe runs a half size small.

Had to reorder a wider than usual, because the regular size was tight. The wider size is very comfortable. Zappos service is excellent. Had the shoes the next day.

I have very wide feet - 11-1/2 4E in a New Balance 993. However, this shoe was much narrower than my duck shaped feet. Be warned if your feet are wide.

I've owned a couple of these because I pronate. They are comfortable. But the bottoms don't hold up so well. They wear down too quickly.

A little stiff at first, but eventually became more comfortable. I walk long distances to work in the city so comfort is very important. These also don't breathe very well, leading to foot odor after taking them off after the end of the day. Otherwise pretty happy.

This is the 2nd pair of New Balance that I couldn't wear due to being too small, and I ordered size 15. Never had this problem until the past year or so. A size should be a size.

First time trying this shoe. Have been a NB fan for years. However, this one is tearing up the backs of my ankles. I have had them for several weeks and they were scrapping them until they bled. Have to use two layers of socks plus band aids. Then they shoes are good. The backs are higher than any of my other shoes. Otherwise, they are a good walking shoe. Not totally convinced these are the way to go. I would exchange them, but have been walking about an hour per day on trails for several weeks, so they are not in pristine condition.

The 4E extra wide that I was sent was not wide. It was very narrow. I could not even get it on my foot. Extremely annoying and time wasting to have to return it. Phooey!

Mother of Pearl! I had to recheck my order to make sure I chose ground shipping. They sent me these shoes overnight. I ordered them on Saturday, and they were on my porch today. And I wasn't charged for it! How awesome is that? And the shoes? They fit like a glove. At first I thought they would be too narrow, but they conformed to my feet like they were making love to them. I have worn them all evening and can't think of one complaint. I am not one for hyperbole, but I can't seem to avoid using it. Everything was right. The shoes, the service, the pleasure.
