I bought these shoes to replace my old Skechers Work shoes, which after 3 years had finally worn out. I was wary of the appearance of these shoes, but they have turned out to be absolutely amazing! It feels like I am walking on pillows! I generally am on my feet at least 6 hours in a row for work, and my feet are never tired when I get home. They really do seem to have helped my posture, although I have not yet noticed any effect on my legs or butt. However, I have only been wearing them about 2 weeks, so I remain hopeful! Definitely recommend these shoes for comfort, not so much for appearance.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have EVER worn. I had to get a 1/2 size smaller than I wear, and they are perfect. We left for Vegas right after I bought them, and I was leary about wearing them full time, but I did. My feet never hurt once and my legs were not tired. I have had foot surgery on both big toes with screws put in them and these Skechers Shape Up shoes are the best thing that ever happened for my feet. I will always have these and plan on getting more. You will not be disappointed.

These shoes are like walking on sand. Most comfortable shoes in life. Once they are on you don\\\'t want to take them off.

I love the shoes! I have heel problems because I and part of the problem is that I lean backwards when I stand, putting most of my weight on my heels. These shoes help me to stand correctly and take away that pain. They are so comfortable that I look forward to wearing them.

Love these shoes. Usually buy 2 pair at a time. One for work and one for leisure. My legs and feet do not hurt at the end of the day. It took a little time getting used to them but now I have been a customer for about 3 years. Love what the shoes do for me, don't know what I would do if they quit making the Skechers Shape Up Shoes.

I work in the restaurant business 75 hours a week on my feet...these shoes were the best that I have found... the only downfall is The padding on the back inside heel area wears out before the shoe itself...

Very comfortable. I have a lot of pain in the balls of my feet. The Skechers have helped with this issue. I have found that getting used to the Heel to Toe motion has "trained" my walking style in other shoes as well. This is very beneficial.

Love the shoes and how it has helped with some foot problems that I have but have had trouble with the stitching around the small toe area giving out on the last two pair of shoes I've had.

These were recommended to me when I contracted plantar fasciitis in both feet by someone else suffering from it. These shoes are often my go-to when I have to walk my dogs but frankly they are too unattractive to wear almost anywhere else. My friend had a pair that looked better, nice colors. Skechers now makes this shoe (according to a retail store I stopped in to ask) only in black or white. So I like them for comfort but I can't pull them off in a professional office -- even with a painful foot problem. They do take some getting used to so break in slowly. It helps my plantar as it forces me to use my entire foot with each stride and so I avoid joint stress caused by changing my gait to avoid painful areas of the foot.

I was trying to buy the "older" walking Shape Ups that I have walked well over 500 miles in. I didn't realize how different they would be. They are very stiff, and not nearly as comfortable as the old ones and the soles do not grip the ground outdoors as well as I thought. I don't need them for work and they do not work well for walking.

I like the support of the shoes, but it does take getting use to with the rocking. My age has a lot to do with that (senior citizen). For a young person they would do very well and be very beneficial to them.

Very comfortable shoe. Looks stylish. I have seen some other black Shape-Ups (not work) and did not look good on person's foot. These look great and makes my feet fell some much better after 6 hours on feet moving all around.

They're not the most attractive shoes, but I selected these shoes because the black color sort of blends in with the dark business suits that I sometimes have to wear for work. My feet hurt when I wear the more stylish pumps and cute dressy sandals all day, so I wear these with my suits before/after/and in between meetings when I'm not with my customers or company executives. As I'm getting older, my feet are becoming less and less tolerant to discomfort. I really look forward to changing out of my heels and into these shoes every chance I get. These are my first pair of Shape Ups, so it feels a bit odd to walk in them. I definitely feel a change in my gait, but I haven't had them long enough to notice any difference these shoes might make in toning and shaping my legs, though.

Unfortunately, I tend to pronate and I felt the pronation a lot in these shoes. I compared the soles of these to my MBTs and saw that at the mid-foot, the sole is a lot narrower than the MBTs, which is why my foot could roll inward.

I love these shoes. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and work long hours. I put these shoes on the first day and the heel pain is gone. I will buy another pair when these wear out. If you are on your feet all day, these are the shoes for you.

Wow, are these great work shoes! The dvd that comes with the shoes recommends a slow break-in period, but I actually wore them all day the very first time I put them on. Since my calves (unlike the rest of my body) are already rock hard from walking on concrete during my 8 hour shifts, I did not experience any soreness. The arch support is excellent and the wide width allows plenty of toe room, though a bit more padding under the toes would be nice. Overall, I have found these shoes extremely comfortable and would definitely buy the Skechers Work Shape Ups again.

I had decided to try these shoes because of chronic back and leg pain usually aggravated by being on my feet every day at work. Once I became used to the different walking style they were great! The cushioned soles made a big difference in my level of pain. They also fit very well on my wide feet. My only complaints are minor ones. I would have liked all black without the detailing and the materials used inside were hot with no venting.

I purchased them because I read another review and they have lived up to the review - lightweight and comfortable. They do take a little getting used to, especially on uneven ground. I did have a few sore muscles the first couple of days, but it was what I expected. I'd give them 5 stars across the board if I was a big fan of sport style shoes and laceups, but I didn't buy them for looks.

I am not so sure about them helping tone my legs but I will say I stand up straighter and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever had! I stand on a hard floor for hours and I feel great! No more back pain!

These are the first pair of work shoes I have ever put on that immediately felt comfortable. I didn\'t have to change them after a few hours of work, either. I especially like the cushioned sole. It really makes a difference when on your feet all day. I will definately buy them again, and highly recommend them.

Great shoes to relieve stress on joints, for people who are on their feet all day. Walking in them definitely works out the leg muscles. I recommend them for people working in wet-floor environments working long days.

I bought these shoes for work because I need the slip resistant soles and I absolutely love them! I think they are rather unappealing to the eye, but the comfort more than makes up for it. I haven\'t really noticed any difference regarding my derriere and thighs but I didn\'t purchase them for that reason alone so it doesn\'t matter to me. I just wanted a comfortable pair of slip resistant shoes for work and found them. Awesome!

When I got my shoes, I wasn't sure I was going to keep them. After getting used to them, I love them. They have become my most comfortable shoes and I have a lot of shoes!

I have been wanting a pair of Masi's for years. I was not happy with the price. The Sketchers are more reasonable, although the Masi sale prices are similar to Sketchers. The Masi shoe has a bigger rounded bottom. I found it a little unsteady. The Sketchers are very comfortable, stable, and I can feel body parts I forgot I had. They do seem to work parts that have been unused for some time. I suggest you start out slowly in wearing them until you get used to them, but I do recommend them. I am normally a size 7.5 medium and I purchased a size 8 (not wide) and found them the best fit. I wear them all the time now and can’t imagine using other sneakers. I don’t miss my New Balance cross-trainers. I’m still leery of the lacing area. Most previous shoes with this type of set up break. I would prefer the laces to go through the leather and use metal O-rings. Time will tell.

This shoe is very pricey, but if you don’t want to go to a gym this is the ticket. I got the Zappos work shapeups and have been using them just for walking for now. I don’t know that I could make it an eight hour day in them just yet.
