I purchased this Nike slide for my son who usually fits in a size 8 for men. I'm glad I ordered one size up because the 9 fits perfectly.

I wear a women's size 8.5 and these fit the same. Men size 7.

I normally wear a size 9 shoe. Several years ago I bought the Nike Benassi JDI Slides in size 10. Here was the problem: the one-piece synthetic leather upper with a jersey lining was too tight when wearing socks (as in winter). I just ordered Nike Benassi JDI Slides in size 11 and they fit my size 9 feet much better. I do not have a high instep (The instep is the arched part of the top of the foot between the toes and the ankle). My advice is to order one or two sizes larger if you consider purchasing these slides.

Love these for adults and kids, and unless you have abnormal narrow or really wide feet the strap/flap fits all and ztays secure without stretching, it is cushy and comfy.
