I bought these for my 16 yr old daughter. They are perfect for her to attend fall sporting events. As the weather gets colder she will add the fleece Hunter socks.

Loved this boot, but it's way too narrow in the calf. It's impossible to wear with jeans or pants which is the point of the boot. Had to return.

I wore my Hunter rain boots for the first time the other day. They are great. They kept my feet warm and dry, and they are extremely comfortable. I read the other reviews and purchased the half size smaller. I normally wear an 8 1/2 but ordered the 8, and the boots were still roomy.

I love these boots! I normally wear a 7 in everything and wasn't sure what to order because of the reviews. I stuck with the 7, and they do fit great with socks, without they are a bit loose, but I think the 6 would be way to small. I kept the 7 and am very happy!

Hunter boots are awesome! They fit kind of big, so I bought the 7, but I usually wear a 7 1/2. They are great for the rain/winter! Good buy!

I just got my wellies yesterday and absolutely love them! I am 6'1 and wear a size 10 and these feel true to size. They are the perfect height and hit about 3 inches below my knee. I got mine in the black and was a little skeptical from the picture because I didn't want them too shiny. I will say if you're on the fence between the original and original gloss, go with these. They are the perfect amount and don't appear nearly as shiny in person as in the picture. I will say though that trying them on for the first time surprised me because they are snug in the calf. Now I am a runner and never considered my calves big. I think what Hunter is trying to do is prevent rain from coming inside the boot. I can still wear them with skinny jeans but I would recommend maybe trying them on in a store before buying if possible. I recommend these to anyone who is considering them...they are well worth the money!

I love these boots. I order the color teal, and it looks better than the one in the picture (a little more bright). I have received a lot of compliments on it, I was between this one and the purple one. It is very comfortable, I usually wear a size 8, and it is very true to size, it has a little extra room for thick socks. Also I have thick calves, yet I can wear this boots with jeans and they fit just right.

Perfect in every way! True to size as written in a few other reviews. Comfortable and perfect for splashing around in snowy/rainy weather!

Love, love, love these boots. I got the fleece liners as well for cold days. I like to use those and a pair of wool socks for snow. These let me splash around in the puddles with my kids. Would recommend getting the boot shine thing that hunter sells (someone else may have something similar for cheaper) but that easily shines them right up so they look new again. Definitely order a full size down from your normal size.

These boots are amazing! They are great in the rain and the snow as they keep your feet completely dry and comfortable. They look adorable with leggings or skinny jeans. I'm normally a 7 1/2 -- thought I needed to go bigger in size but ended up returning the 8's as they were too big. They don't come in half sizes so I now have a size 7.

Love these boots! I ordered other ones because I was trying to avoid the price of these. I went to other stores, got online. Wasted tons in shipping. When I finally did order them I was so glad. Worth the price! I wear a 10 and ordered a 10. I also bought the zebra print liners to go in them. The black and white look great with the shiny red. There was a little extra room with out the liners, so they fit perfect together. I get comments every time I wear them!

Zappos has never disappointed me in the past, and this time around, buying the Hunter Original Gloss boots in black, they exceeded my already high expectations. Shipping has always been relatively quick, but with these boots I received an email the next day that I was upgraded to faster shipping, completely free of charge. The next day. The boots were at my doorstep. I feel confident buying from Zappos because my purchase arrives quickly and if it not what I wanted, the return shipping is free and easy, which is a nice peace of mind. The boots are fabulous. I usually wear them all day and my feet are fine. I think they will last me a long time. I usually wear a 8.5 in shoes, and an 8 in these boots fit me perfectly. I thought they appeared bulky online, however, they are actually rather sleek and slim.

I love these boots! A friend purchased some a year ago and I had been debating buying a pair for myself since then. I finally just did it, and I couldn't be happier! I have used them countless times in this mucky slushy New England winter, my feet are dry and I love the way they look. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5, so I bought a size 7. They feel slightly bigger than a 7 to me, but not by much.

Received the boots the day after I ordered them. I love these boots! They are so beautiful, comfortable and very well made. I was apprehensive about spending so much on them. But they are worth the money. I'd previously purchased cheaper, plastic ones. Wasn't worth it in the long run. I have a bad back and I can walk in these boots all day and not have back/foot pain at the end of the day. The color is so inviting, lots of compliments. I am ordering the pink also.

I absolutely love these boots. Very comfortable and stylish. I also had a fabulous experience with Zappos. They are beyond speedy and I had to return my first pair and the whole process was super easy! No doubt, I would shop from here again!

I bought these for my daughter and she couldn't wait for the next snowflakes to fall in Georgia to wear them! Perfect.

Best wet weather boots of all time! If you plan to use them in cold or freezing weather be sure to order maybe a true size or 1/2 up so they will accommodate a pair of wool socks as well as the fleece liners. I love mine and use them in all conditions including -6 snow banks. I love the glossy black they are cute but not intrusive and I can always add color with the Fleece Liners. Zappos was amazing with all of their customer service and shipping as always.

I loved this boot after receiving it! It's perfect for the rainy weather and snow we had this year. They are high enough to prevent pants becoming wet and stylish enough to look great wherever these are worn! They do scratch/scuff a little easily, however Hunter advised to simply take a cloth to remove the scratches - it worked! I highly recommend these boots. I may buy another pair in a little larger size to accommodate the thick sweatpants I sometimes like to wear to fit into the boots. I love my Hunters!

I have thick calf muscles and these fit. I love these boots! I walk through everything I can now. You won't regret it! Felt very true to size with room for thick socks if you choose. I wear and eight got an eight. I'm five foot three inches and they don't hit behind me knee. Enjoy!

I love my Hunters. They are comfortable to wear and keep my feet nice and dry. I also purchased the Welly socks to go with them, and found that they are the perfect fit when worn together. Without the socks they run about half a size larger.

Love the boots! They are comfortable and great traction for the snow and ice. Not that warm but the inserts are great for that. If you are a half size I would recommend going a size down - I wear a size 8.5 and the 8 has plenty of room even with the insert. Though the reason I was sold on the Hunters was the inserts which they also recommend you go a size down - herein lies my only problem: the inserts are too small for my foot - by the end of the day they start to pull and hurt my feet - I wouldn't think that a fleece sock could be so restricting - but somehow it is. I haven't tried a size up on those yet but I am hoping they work out. Fingers crossed! Otherwise - great buy!

So far, I'm pretty sure I'm going to love these boots! I'm relocating to a farm in hilly North Carolina where these are sure to get great use. As most, I was a bit dismayed by the price, but if they last a lifetime, in the end it's justifiable. The Hunter Original Gloss boot is not quite as "red" as I wanted; I like more of a blue based red and these, to me, seem a bit more "orange red", although they are still red, that's for sure. Not quite as glossy as I had imagined, either. They don't make my feet look enormous (I wear a size 10), which is a miracle! I'm probably going to order at least one more pair in that dark grey and maybe the dark purple - those were my other favorites. But red is so versatile. Comfy, easy to clean, and how can you beat Zappos quality and service? Get these boots!

These boots are adorable in person. I am 5'2, and I was worried they would be too tall, but they actually hit an inch below my kneecap. I am usually always a size 7 in woman's and I got these in a size 6 woman's (US). The tag shows it is EU size 37. Note that other reviews are true and these do run large. I ordered a size down from my usual size, and they fit snug with the welly socks. Lastly, the red is a true, vibrant, tomato red.

Great traction and very comfortable for a rainboot. Hope to keep these for years to come.
