Yes please! I bought these originally for some hiking and boating trips, but I've been using them as my generic "adventure" shoes ever since then. You can roll up your jeans and wear them straight into the ocean, dry them out and use at the gym, hop into a kayak and not worry about them falling off or getting destroyed. Nice bright colors, and breezy and cool in warm weather. My minor complaints are two: Having gotten sand inside (through the mesh on the side of the shoe), it's near impossible to get it all out from the inside sole. Even weeks after my beach walk, if I wear these sans socks I can still feel gritty. The other complaint is in the cinching system, in that it's fast to get on, but maybe due to slippage or relaxing of the shoe material, I feel like I'm always tightening it. That being stated, I cannot recommend these enough. Zappos wins again for the selection of colors and sizes absent at my local stores, and shipping was ace!

This is a great shoe - This is my second pair of Techamphibians. They are a terrific all-around shoe. They have the great easy pull instead of lace-up and the heel is made to be stepped on, so you can wear it as a mule and they are water-friendly. I love them!

Awesome water shoe - Love, love, love them! I bought this shoe for me and a men's pair for my partner from another site (this site did not have his size/color available). We both love them. WOW! I can't believe this! I ordered this shoe about 8:30 pm last night, and when I got home today about 7 pm, it was here! No shipping charges either! I put them on and they are great! The width and heel are adjustable, so the size is perfect. They are very lightweight, which I like, and I also really love the way they look. Living in the heat of south Louisiana, the air vents feel good as well. This was definitely a good purchase.

Awesome Shoe - When I got my shoes, I tore the box open, slipped them on and ran out the door for a jog, they're great shoes, very comfortable, good traction, nice features like a heel strap and a pocket to tuck the elastic lace in. Overall, a good purchase and a great shoe!

These shoes ROCK! I live in New Orleans, one of the sweatiest, most humid cities in the world during the summer, and these shoes are so nice and cool! I love them! I work out in them and they are very comfortable. I am starting with socks, but will most likely switch to no socks after breaking them in. The color is awesome and they grip well on slippery surfaces. I will totally buy another pair from Salomon, and I will definitely shop with Zappos again!

My favorite all time Shoe! Hands down this shoe is my favorite! I walk dogs at my local shelter and this shoe is comfortable, I can wear it all day long and my feet feel grrreat!

My favorite shoe! I love this shoe. It's comfortable. It's good looking. It's versatile. It's almost the only shoe you'll ever need. I have 3 pairs! I didn't like the color of the first pair (green), but loved everything else so I got a brown and a white pair. I'd like to refute what I've read in other reviews about the comfort as a slide. It is actually very comfortable, but you do need to make sure that the back straps are let out as far as they go so that the heel will fall in. If the straps are not out far enough, they hold the back flap from lying flat and that isn't comfortable. Being able to wear them as a slide is one of the things that makes the shoe so great! It fits awesome as a regular sneaker, but when you just want to be able to slip them on and off easily at a whim, you can, too.

Love the shoe! My daughter, husband, and I all ended up buying this shoe and we all love it! Comfortable, cool, good support, looks good and decent tread. Great for hiking, water sports or just wearing around. We are very happy with our shoes!

Perfect Summer Shoe - I bought this amphibian shoe to replace the pair I'd bought two years ago and had worn out - mainly because I wear them almost every day in the summer. I love to work out in them (walking or running) outside, because the amphibious netting lets air through which is very cooling on a hot and humid summer day and I like not having to wear socks in summer. They are really great when I take my dogs to the stream nearby, because these shoes have great grip even when the soles are wet and the dogs are pulling on the lead! I did go down a half size this time, but my prior pair had been a bit large (I didn't order them from Zappos the first time so there wasn't the super easy return to change sizes so I lived with it). I wore them on a cruise last week and used them to work out, walk on the beach, hike and do a ropes obstacle course. The first couple of wearings needed socks to get them worn in, but it is so worth it. My feet tend to run a bit wide and these fit really great in width.

Solid 4/5 stars - I bought this shoe for hiking in Kauai since I knew I'd be kayaking and hiking in the same day. The tread is excellent when dry and provides plenty of traction. However, once the shoe gets wet, you will do a lot of slipping and sliding if you try to do any hiking, or walking on rocks in the river for that matter. I used this shoe for the first time dry when hiking and it did cause two blisters on both feet, one on the inside of my arch where the seams and the insole squeezed my foot and one on my baby toes. I was not wearing socks. The seams inside the shoe are not covered so they are quite rough on your feet. As for sizing, I wear an 8 in heels and most other non-athletic shoes so that's what I ordered. It fit perfectly. On a side note, I overpronate and was worried these shoes would be too curved to be comfy, but they are actually quite neutral and did not cause any ankle or knee discomfort.

Techamphibian - Very sporty and fun to wear. Perfect for boating and the beach. I love the way you can wear it as a slide or a regular shoe.

Great for traveling - I bought these shoes for a trip to Costa Rica. It was wet and muddy there, but these shoes cleaned up easily and dried up well. I found that I was more comfortable wearing socks if I was going any long distance. Even though I live in a dry climate, I plan to make these shoes a regular pair for hiking. They are so lightweight and comfortable. Also, as always, Zappos was great. My husband also ordered these, but they didn't suit him. Zappos shipped both pairs REALLY FAST and easily returned the pair my husband didn't keep.

Got me thru my busy shift - Today was another busy day at my nursing job but I did not think about my tired feet even once-- thank goodness.

Techamphibian - Great summer shoe. Went on a vacation the day after they arrived, they really allow your feet to breathe on long air plane trips and while walking in hot cities! Obviously if it rains you need a different shoe as the mesh won't keep water out. A great combination between a water shoe, a Teva open sandal, and an athletic shoe. The multiple color combinations also make it a great choice.

What a great find! Salomon Techamphibian - These shoes are light, great looking and functional. The toe bed is plenty roomy. At first, I thought a little too roomy, but tightening with the heel straps made a huge difference. They are a fabulous shoe. P.S. I have always had good luck with Salomon shoes!

Buy these! The shoes are really nice in this color and fit true to size. I can even wear them with or without socks and they are incredibly light weight. The shoes got here FAST and I'm now hooked on Zappos!

Love it - These shoes are great for water sports, and they're just all around comfortable. I wear a 9 in New Balance sneakers, but got the 8.5 based on other reviews and they fit well without socks.

Love this shoe - Very comfortable-even the first few times wearing them. I didn't feel any spots that rubbed anywhere. Very airy. I can feel the wind rushing through them when running. I usually wear them without socks and they never smell bad or feel wet. I like being able to step on the heel if I need to slip them on quickly. I think they look good, too.

Wonderfully Versatile Shoe! My fiancé and I each bought a pair of Salomon's Techamphibian for our island vacation. (His in Detroit/Lake/Light Grey; Mine in Light Clay-X/Light Grey/Eucalyptus) Both colors looked great. I wore mine with shorts and capris. We wore them in the water, on a boat, on the beach, and hiking in sandy/rocky areas. We love them. I originally bought 1/2 size smaller based on reviews, but had to exchange them for my actual size. My actual size allowed me to wear socks if I wanted. I wore this shoe both as shoes and sandals on the trip and it was really easy to slip in and out of them. I love the laces. The mesh allowed the shoes to dry quickly. We are very pleased with our purchase. (Note, this shoe does not have a lot of arch support.)

Love it! I have had this shoe for awhile now and have used it for everything! Casual w/jeans, hiking in Costa Rica, working out, running, biking. In the winter I sometimes pair it with socks, but prefer to wear it barefoot. It's very adjustable! And the look is very cute. I usually wear between a 9 and 9.5, and the 9 works perfect for me. I also have wide feet and this shoe presents no problem.

Great shoes - Great summertime shoes - can be worn as sneakers or slides - convertible shoes. These shoes are light and airy and cute!

Excellent shoe - Just received these, have been wearing them every second since. My sister just ordered a pair for herself after trying on mine. For me, they have fantastic arch support and fit like a glove. I've never been so happy with the quality and comfort of a shoe. The air flowing through them as you walk feels great. WELL WORTH the money.

Great shoe!! I love these shoes. I wear them all the time. It's so easy to slip them on and go. They're really comfortable and look great. I get compliments all the time. I have the pink ones and I'm considering getting another color too. Order a half size down - I had to return my first pair. These feel great, but they are in no way too small.

Techamphibian is the best water and every day shoe ever!!! This shoe is SUPER. So good I even wear it in 5k runs. The strap in back gives good control over small ankle girls for controlled fitting. It washes great and dries quickly. And you aren’t dealing with tripping over laces. I LLLLLOOOOOOOOVVVVE them.
