I love these shoes. Unfortunately they stretched out. I would suggest going half a size smaller. I added an orthodic insole and it worked great. They are very stylish and comfortable.

Really like the neutral colors of this shoe. Fits well. I don't like the sole of this shoe-part of it is rubber and the other is felt-like...weird. It makes it slippery when walking on hardwood or tile floors.

Very comfy and cute. Runs true to size. Only complaint is that the innersole has a tendency to stick to the bottom of the foot.

Very cute and comfy flat. My toenails do poke up a bit through the fabric, but I do not find that problematical. There isn't much cushioning so I am wearing those stick on "petals" I think they are called. Nice for a variety of occasions.

These are great, comfortable flats. The bottoms are little slippery and the silver material covering the toe scratches easily. Otherwise, they are nice shoes.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and cute, too. I have them in many colors for different seasons. They only last about one season because they are not leather.

I bought the pewter buttons shoe in size 10. I am usually a 10 or 11, and for this shoe I have to take the liner out for it to fit comfortably. The toe box is very shallow (you'll make a point in it with your biggest toe if the shoe is too small since the shoe material is not a hard shell), so I would suggest ordering up rather than down if you're usually between sizes. I use this shoe a lot, but I do not like the plastic-y material it's made out of (which makes a sort of plastic-y noise as I walk). I do like how flexible the shoe is and how useful it is with my wardrobe. I might buy it again, but in Black Reptile instead, which has a softer upper material.

These are very comfortable shoes, however they are not leather and thus looks a little inexpensive. However, they handle the rain/elements well. These are good shoe for basic running around.

Do not love them as much as I wanted to. Looking for a silver shoe to wear with everything and while this may fit the bill, I feel the shoe is not as sophisticated as I had hoped.

I bought these for my daughter, who says they are comfortable for school, but not for a lot of walking. They're very cute.

Very cute shoes. I wear a 6.5 or 7 so I ordered a 7 and they are slightly snug. I am going to wear them around the house for a few hours to break them in. I don't think they would be comfortable to wear straight out of box. They hurt around my heels slightly. I really think they will be great after breaking in. I am excited about wearing them with lots of outfits. They do not breathe very well but will be fine for fall and winter.

Be careful with looking at the soles in the picture before you buy. If you look closely, the denim one has sole pads that vary in color/texture. The lighter colored ones with some variation in the color are like a felt. Very slippery! The all rubber pads like on the blue herringbone do not have this and are "normal" in tread and grip. Just an FYI.

Loved these shoes. Very versatile. However, they only lasted a year. In fact I got an email on the year anniversary that I got these shoes from Zappos that I may want to buy another pair. Very good marketing- since they finally broke on that day. At the price I bought the shoes I excepted them to last more than an year. So I am on the fence about buying this brand again.

I had shoes that were this exact same style from two years ago that I had worn out and was so excited to find these. Unfortunately they must have changed a little something because these rub my feet horribly and I can't make it more than a couple hours at work (I'm a high school administrator) without band-aids all over my feet. I would rather wear heels and know I'm going to be uncomfortable.

I was surprised when I received the shoe to find that the insert was about 5 times too large for the shoe! I ordered a 7, and I'm certain the insert was for a size 9 shoe. There was no room for my foot. It was a pretty shoe, but Cinderella wasn't getting into this slipper.

These shoes are very comfortable and stylish. They run true to size. Only negative is the fabric on the toe area is so thin that they show a bump where my large toe is.

What a ridiculous little shoe. I really liked the look on-line, but so wide and large once it reached me. Also, the pattern (I got the blue/black houndstooth) was almost impossible to discern and the shoe just looked like cheap vinyl. Should have passed - too bad I really thought I would like it.

They look good but they have zero support (I have a high arch) and after a bit of walking in them, my arch was hurting so bad. :(

I was disappointed in this shoe when it arrived. I thought it would be better quality. It's very flimsy and too flat for my taste. I will be returning them.

A sad disappointment. The cut of the shoe is wrong for my foot. My foot is wide at the knuckle of my big toe. Even though the shoe runs large the seam cut into my big toe. Very uncomfortable. The shoe would suit someone with a narrower foot. In addition to the comfort/cut problems, the styling was not to my liking. Much cuter in the picture than in person. The shoe is plastic-y and cheap looking.

This shoe provides absolutely no traction. You'll slip and slide all over the place. I'm really disappointed in it, it's much more orthopedic-looking than it appears in the pictures.

I really liked this shoe a lot - comfortable and really cute. However, I'm giving 1 star overall because the raised portions of the sole that come into contact with the ground when you walk are covered in a strange, fuzzy almost flocking-like material that is incredibly slippery on smooth floors like wood or stone. Just walking around my house I almost slipped three times. I walk, very quickly, through midtown NYC on my way to and from work and am 100% certain I would bust my butt in these on any remotely smooth paving/floor surface. Super cute, but they had to go back.

Size and comfort are as expected. Style (color and design) is indeed fine. But quality is a solid. Thumbs down. The insoles are thin, cheap looking, and cheaply constructed. Without eye strain, you can see that the edges are not glued down. I do not believe this is an anomaly because I ordered the shoes in two sizes. Both pair had the same problems. With so little attention paid to the interior of the shoe, I have to question the overall construction. Anne Klein appears to be trying to rest on the laurels of their history instead of preserving the quality by which they originally earned their laurels.
