These are really cute little shoes! I got them to wear to a trade show in Las Vegas with some pants that are not long enough to wear with taller shoes. They required no break in, and they have adequate padding under the feet. If you are someone who needs arch support, you will want to put an insert into the shoe. They are very cute, and look smart - I was a bit concerned that they would look like old lady shoes (I'm 32), but the little metal rivets make them look a bit more hip. And, I drive a stick shift car and tend to wear out the back of my shoes quickly - the backing on these comes in handy for me in a very functional way! My only complaint is that the synthetic material makes my feet get really sweaty in the shoes on a hot or humid day. I didn't notice this while wearing them in the air conditioned hotel trade show environment. Because of this, they may not be a great choice for someone living in a hot climate.

This is the first pair of flat shoes I can actually love. I have extremely sensitive feet with some arthritis and as a late 20-something it's hard to find stylish yet comfortable shoes. These are it. My heel doesn't flop out of them like other shoes of a similar shape. They are extremely comfortable and my feet breathe a sigh of relief. I'm going to buy them in several colors!

I was so excited to find a navy blue ballet flat and knew that Zappos would be my best bet. As usual, their search function made it very easy to find what I wanted. And the shipping was as fast as they say. Love the shoe. Have others like it and find that they are very comfortable even when walking quite a bit. They are also good for people like me with some bunion issues as they conform to your feet and are flexible.

As a teacher, I am always looking for a cute flat that is comfortable with support. This shoe is exactly that. As soon as I put it on I could tell that I was going to love these shoes. I got the natural linen, and was disappointed when I saw how much darker it was than in the picture. I exchanged for the leopard print. I want them to make a brown!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I put them on as soon as they arrived and wore them several hours. No break-in time needed at all!

Bought in May 2017 to replace a pair of cole haans I'd had for years. In the garbage by August 2017. Bought to walk crosstown to and from work. No arch support made walking uncomfortable after a while. The front of the sole kept catching in crevices in the sidewalk. There's no real structure to the shoe so your foot slides side to side in it. I just noticed the gigantic hole in the side of the shoe (see pic). Into the garbage it goes. Less than 3 months. Huge waste of $70.

I have given away 3 pair of black flats because they weren't comfortable. These AK flats were comfy from the start, stylish, versatile and just what I needed! I love dealing with Zappos. The price is the price with no shipping, and if need to return, simple. Thank you Zappos. Much appreciation.

These flats are adorable. I love the driver-moc sole for added comfort and support. I got the light natural color and they are tan with metallic toe with gold studs for a little bling. I returned the light gold pair which were too gold. Ordered a half size smaller because they were a little wide.

I'm a fan of the Anne Klein "Buttons" ballet flat and own several pairs in other colors/fabrics. They are very comfortable (no break in period for me) and have held up very well. The rubber sole is thicker than on many ballet flats and that adds to their comfort without detracting from style. The synthetic material styles are great for rainy days. Sizing is pretty consistent and true to size.

These are by far the most comfortable flats I own. True to size, toe bed is ample for a wide foot. I also own Michael Kors flats. These are more comfy.

Shoe is true to size and is very comfortable. I am on my feet all day and my feet did not hurt at the end of the day.

The shoe fits very comfortably. Both the length and width felt true to size. This shoe works with both jeans, pants, and skirts. Looking to purchase another pair in another color.

Very cute shoe! I ordered the blue multi, and while extremely comfortable initially, within a few hours of wearing them they began to feel very tight in the big toe area. I have had a problem and one surgery to deal with ingrown tonails so I am sensitive to this on both feet. You may not have this problem. I ordered these in three more colors impulsively when I first got my blue multi and found it comfortable and they were all very attractive shoes, but all fit differently from one another. Unfortunately all were too tight in the toe, and some were too wide. Anyway, I am keeping my blue multi to wear with my blue skirts. They look great!

I needed a cute pair of flats that I could wear to work with slacks that are too short for heels and with jeans. My college-age daughter helped me pick these out. They are very stylish and quite comfortable. On the negative side, they are just a tad too wide (I am a \'b\' width) but are very wearable. Also, I would like a little more arch support.

Cute and slipper comfy, fits true to size. But this shoe is all for looks and not durability. Vinyl is delicate, folds and forms to your foot. Sole is a light-duty driving shoe sole. Comfy enough for long walks, but probably will not hold up long if used that way. I got the silver/snake and it looks great.

Don't plan on wearing these every day. Although cute, they fall apart within one month of daily wear. My daughter got these to wear with her school uniform. We knew they wouldn't last long, but we expected more than a month.

Shoe were really cute, but they stretched after wearing them twice. I have several pairs I bought from another store and never had that problem, except for this pair.

I got these in gold because I already have them in black and I love them! They are so comfortable and great for driving. They do not cut me around the big toe, which is a complaint I have with a lot of ballet flats. If your foot is on the semi-wide side this is a wonderful shoe for you! So chic!

Love these shoes! I don't like ordering on line, sometimes they're not the size they say, but these shoes were right on the money and the size I wear! Wore them the first time for 6 hours and they were so comfortable. Great shoes, perfect fit!

Love these shoes! They are comfortable right out of the box. Very soft, flexible. Perfect shoe to dress up a casual outfit. Pewter color is beautiful. Ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly.
