Love this bag! Lots of great organizing helps and light as a feather (unloaded). I know I'll enjoy this for years to come.

This bag is great. It holds way more than it looks like it would. I've been in the rain with it and the contents stayed dry. You can carry by the handle or swing it over your shoulder which is a nice option.

I do a lot of air travel and this bag is exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect size with great features. There is a compartment for my iPad and iPhone. I love the water bottle pocket on the outside. My partner liked the bag so much that I gave him one for Christmas. Zappos, as always, was super great to do business with.

Perfect quality. Great size - can fit in all of my papers, scarf, etc. But light enough so that I feel like I am carrying just a purse. (In fact, I use it as an everyday purse/bag all-in-one.)

I used this for a convention and it worked great to hold my personal stuff, phone, papers, water bottle, etc. Even a sweater could fit as long as it wasn't too bulky. The reflective strip is great too for safety when walking at night.

Product received was not the same one shown in the video. However, customer service worked with me to try and resolve and was very professional and adhered to their time specifications. I applaud the customer service team that handled my call.

I looked at a lot of bags before choosing this one, but unfortunately, the MiniMass strap is not padded and it's not comfortable when carrying a 13" MacBook Air and a water bottle. Otherwise it's cute and functional, just not comfortable. I think I'm going to look for a backpack instead.
