Excellent fit and service. I requested extra polish when they got scuffed and they sent some out to me.

I was certain they would be too small when I looked at them, but they were perfect. Very stylish too.

Naot seems to be getting inconsistent in its sizing. I've worn Naot shoes for ages, and the Kirei for about 5-6 years. My US size is 8.5, sneaker 9-9.5, depending on brand. The 39 in Kirei fit a little tight on my larger foot, but in the past, shoe and larger foot accommodated each other. My feet are sort of narrow, and the size 40 would have been way too wide in size 40. I decided to try the size 40 in this pair of Kirei because the larger foot has developed a few discomfort "issues". A pair I ordered about 4-6 months ago (40) was way too wide and long - -sent those back. Took a chance on this new pair, and it feels almost the same size as my old 39's. I'm keeping them as I needed a very small amount of extra space. Within a 6 month period I have noticed considerable difference in sizing between the same size and the same Naot styles. My suggestion is order up a size and see how it goes. Otherwise, the shoe is still, for me, one of the nicest all around styles Naot makes. It can be a little dressed up or completely casual - I have the grey sterling suede and it's well made -- good quality shoe despite sizing inconsistencies.

Reason for I chose the Kirei, I'm up on my feet working as a flight attendant and wanted COMFORTABLE and possibly fashionable walking shoes for my european layovers where I normally walk 9 miles in a day and taking New York transit from my place to the airport which takes about 8 blocks of walking.
This shoe felt like walking on a cloud. I looked forward to wearing this shoe. My feet are wider near the toes resulting in horrible calluses on both sides of my feet for regular shoes and I loved the toe area of this shoe.
The reasons I returned the Kirei were because of the steep price and the mary jane velcro all the way across the top of your foot vs just the end portion. Velcro is horrible if you wear panty hose.
I compared this shoe to the Vionic Serenity and Dansko Fawna, ended up going with Dansko because they were cheaper and what I needed.
I loved trying these shoes out and I don't think I'll ever get over how comfortable these shoes were. I am now sold on how comfortable they are and am looking for a more affordable pair of shoes from Naot to wear on my layovers.

I have dozens of Naot shoes, all cork/latex sole, polyurethane outsole styles have excellent arch support. The Kirei style which has the Koru insoles are very comfortable, with arch support, cushion, all around comfort. The Koru insoles can also be replaced which is a nice addition to a closed toe shoe that holds up well.
This is the first pair of Kirei and I will be buying another since they help my problem feet. There is no break in period.
I wear a 7-7 1/2 M and the 39 fits perfect.

I ordered a size 35 (4) Wide in the linen/champagne color and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 5 or 5 1/2 but these shoes run large so I ordered down a size. Their insole didn't work for me because I use arch supports but I substituted a pair of my own insoles and voila! the shoes fit like a dream. These shoes are beautifully crafted with gorgeous leather. They look great with both casual and dressy outfits. I'm so happy I found these shoes!

I have custom orthotics for Naot. I know my size and the type of shoe, so the fit is perfect.

Naot Kieri is my go to comfort shoe. I can walk all day without knee, hip or back issues. It is the only shoe that I now wear for everyday and travel. For travel it is extremely comfortable without have to wear an athletic shoe. I have several colors of this style (Linen is my favorite). I like the wide toe box (works for my one bunion). I just wish they could come up with something else other than a Velcro strap. It catches in nylons or other dress socks when wearing them.

Nice shoes. Wish they had worked for me. They were too loose in the heel, even when I tightened the strap as much as possible. Also the front edge rubbed on my bunion. I usually find Naot shoes really comfortable and I like this style. Too bad.

At first, I was disappointed because the strap across the top was not long enough. I was too lazy to return them even when Zappos makes it so easy. Eventually. I started wearing them. Within 2 days, they were perfect--molded to my feet and the strap is now perfect. They are one of my favorite pairs of shoes--certainly the most comfortable. I wear them several times per week.

I love these shoes!! I sized down as the reviews suggested and found that the shoe was way too small. So, I exchanged for my normal size and they fit very well. I’ve worn them with a thin sock and also with nylons, both are comfortable. My previous Mary Jane’s were danskos and I found them to be too clunky to wear with a skirt, the Naot’s look great with a skirt. I’m on my feet all day and these shoes are great. I highly recommend.

These are great... once you find the right pair. I tried six pairs before deciding on the second pair of burnt copper that I had ordered. The first pair I tried seemed like it had been worn for quite awhile-- the strap was stretched out, and the insole worn. I also tried the champagne, two pairs of the blue suede (the first had a very uncomfortable buckle), and the brown leather. I really wanted the blue suede, but I just couldn't get the patent leather strap and sides to soften up; I tried lots of massaging, but the strap still rubbed in a way that I know would've caused blisters. The brown leather was very comfortable, but the lighter colored toes looked kind of strange. The brown suede ended up being both comfortable and attractive. I've worn them all day with several miles of walking in the heat, and no blisters! I tried pretty much every other comparable model Zappo's offers (Dansko, Clarks, Taos, Keen), and the Naot Kirei was by far the most comfortable; and it's a bonus that they're cute and dressy enough to wear to work!

These are wonderfully comfortable. The velcro is very secure and can be adjusted to fit different widths, or even during the day as your feet swell. I loved the metallic Grey Pewter (which really has a touch of gold) much more than the black suede leather combo. I thought the latter looked a little goofy. So those went back and I kept the pewter.

Love Naot and Kirei comes in WIDE! Amazingly supportive footbed and high quality details. Made in Israel, these are some of the best designed and crafted shoes for people that care about foot health. Alas, I am returning them because the toe box design does not fit me. The inward taper of the toe presses on my big toe and my 4th toe. My squared foot with wide toes will not fit Naot even in a large size. Disappointing.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I have bunions and use custom orthotics in my shoes. These are stylish and comfortable shoes that can be worn for work or play. I have worn this same style in different colors for over four years.

Fabulous shoe! I just had a knee operation & needed support to help me walk naturally & this shoe does it perfectly. Definitely an investment shoe you won't be sorry to have purchased. I have a shallow foot but fits perfectly for a B fitting too. My job requires me to be on my feet a lot & I'm so glad I bought them plus no blisters!

I'm a senior citizen and I hate shoes. I literally hate them. If I'm not barefoot, I'm wearing running shoes. I bought these as a "quick release" for my travels. Things like temples, shrines, etc. These Kirei's are fantastic. I'm not a girly kind of gal. I'm 5 9", overweight, with a size 9.5 foot. Not only could I wear these right out of the box but they had a comfortable feel. They fit me as size chart suggested. I wear with thin socks cause I don't want stinky shoes.

These are great shoes. I have never bought from this brand before, but they are super comfortable - clearly high quality materials. Style wise, I cannot decide whether they are totally "me" but they are so comfortable I do not really care. An extra plus: They make my size 11 feet look smaller! One note: Given the message at the top that they run big, I ordered a size down and they were too small. They do run true to size so ignore that message.

These shoes are fantastic. I wear wide width and thankfully, I fit in them. So they're definitely not for a narrow footed woman, but regular and slightly wide width should love them. The back at the Achilles is pliable so no blisters here! I'm also very excited that the insole is removable and I can insert my custom orthotics (also probably what makes them wide enough for me). The shoe bed is deep enough for your own insole or orthotic. A well made shoe, I think. It straddles the classy, dressy, and casual enough to wear with anything. If you need a classy walking shoe, this is it.

This is a terrific shoe and I return my pair with reluctance. The prices of higher-end orthotics-friendly shoes is such that I can only afford one dress pair, and I ended up choosing the Aravon Maya Pump instead of this style. However, it's very comfortable and cute, and I may yet get a pair of these! I wear a 6M in dress shoes and find that a 36 fits me in Pikolino shoes, so I took the chance and ordered 36 in the Kirei. The fit was ideal for wearing tights or nylons or trouser socks, but it wouldn't have done for heavier crew-type socks. A larger size would be better for that.
I have very high arches (cavus pes) plus a host of problems in my right foot--plantar fasciaitis, neuroma, capsilitis, and lots of ball of foot pain. I was able to fit my custom orthotics in these shoes, but found the standard cork insole was quite comfortable.

These shoes are so comfortable! Initially when they arrived I was wary of the high back rubbing against my heel, but there has been no problem. I wear them with my jeans everywhere and take them on vacations. They are a breeze to take off and put back on at the airport security check. I can walk all day in them without having to put my orthotics inside.

Just received a pair in black. I can only add to the raves below. They fit great, the style is flattering. I live in Texas and wanted something that would be as comfortable as a summer flip flop. This is it! As for sizing, I don't agree with the recommendation to order a size down. I wear a size 7 1/2-8 and went with 39. My foot isn't wide, but I have a high instep, and they fit beautifully. Not too tight; not too loose. Plenty of toe room. I'm going for the shiitake now!

I have a broken sesamoid and need to wear custom orthotics. I love that most of Naot's shoes have removable insoles so I can use the same orthotic insole between different models. They are wide enough, without looking cluncky, so that the orthotic does not deform the shoe and deep enough that my heel does not slip. I use a custom dress-shoe width orthotic with a hard arch and built-up heel to correct for pronation.
