I love this shoe. It provides good support, is VERY attractive and comfortable. I'm trying to buy more in different colors but Zappos seems to out of stock in my size. I'm looking forward to email notifications when the shoes will be back in stock!

After having problems getting the correct shoe, and by the way Zappos customer service was great to work on it three times, I got this originally ordered shoe and I left on my Ireland trip three days later! I wore it on the planes, walking cement streets and hills on the tour. It was very comfortable, and nice looking! Several compliments too. For me , my orthotics fit in, the toe box was roomy, strap adjustable so even though it was wide for my narrow foot it was comfortable and the heel did not slip. I also have the metallic strap heel pair and they are a favorite. I wear a size 8 and ordered a 39.

Bought these for a trip and wore them all over Europe - walking up and down some pretty narrow and steep staircases, keeping up with my 25 year old daughter, and never once felt uncomfortable. I've never paid so much for a pair of shoes but the reviews convinced me, and I agree. Totally worth it! (I also did what the #1 reviewer recommended and got the smartwool peds - works perfectly!). Now I've been wearing them to work and still very happy with them.

I wear an 8½ and based on the reviews, I ordered the size 8. I found this too small. Zappos was fantastic with my return and had the size 9 out to me in a few days. The 9 fit perfectly and they are very comfortable. I love my Naots!

This is a fabulous shoe! Nice construction, great materials, so comfy. I disagree that it runs large. My regular size fit perfectly on my left foot. Sadly for me, the right shoe was a bit short...not the shoe's fault. So disappointing.

I bought my first pair of Naot Kirei shoes 5 years ago and have never had a pair of shoes last so long and continued to look good. I just bought another pair and wow, they are great! I have problems with spurs and pronation but with these shoes I can walk comfortably. I am especially fond of the Kirei but do have others.

I love these shoes. Comfortable right out of the box. I wish the other colors were not suede. I'd buy more. Definitely worth the money.

Beautiful shoe with good support. Unfortunately, all Naot shoes run small for me. I need a size 44, and the company is limited with closed toe shoes in this size. I could not keep these shoes for this reason, and am limited to the Naot sandal because of size issues.

This is my second pair of Naot Kirei shoes. They are very comfortable and supportive. I wore my first pair so much that they simply wore out. The inner soles absorb sweat, and can get a bit odorous... But, all in all, these are a great shoe, with good arch support and are comfy for long periods.

Cute shoe and love my Naot sandals. Unfortunately had to send right back. The top of one of the toe boxes was too tight at the start of my upper foot.

I bought these shoes for a recent trip to Europe. I only wanted to bring two pairs of shoes: one for walking and one dressy pair. I wanted something that looked cute with skirts and would be good in the rain. I probably looked at 20 pairs of shoes before settling on these. They were perfect. Comfortable from the first day and adorable with slacks and dresses. I heartily recommend them.

I was looking for some shoes that I were a bit feminine and could be worn with a skirt but could endure a lot of walking for an up coming Europe trip. I have (thanks to Zappos) ordered LOTS of shoes and read the reviews. This shoe I think is it! Comfortable from the moment I put it on, good arch support (I have a very high arch) and comfortable in the bunion area (I have bunions). It is pricey, but so are vacations and miserable feet = miserable vacation. I hope to to not revise me review. I have been wearing them and went for a short walk already and so far so good! (I wear a true size 6 and these fit spot on)!

Cute shoe, well made, but a little short in the length. I always wear a 36, but I could have used a half size larger. Very comfortable otherwise.

This shoe has so many admirers it hardly needs my help, but it's the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. After a year of post-marathon plantar fasciitis, I'm developing a new shoe wardrobe, and these help a gal feel cute, healthy, and well-shod.

I love these shoes! My foot is a little wide across the ball of the foot but narrow at the heel and I tend to have difficulty finding shoes that don't flop up and down on my heel. These shoes fit perfectly and I can wear them without socks or stockings. They also provide great arch support. I highly recommend them.

This is my 3rd pair of this style. Love this shoe! Super comfortable and supportive. Naots are wonderful shoes. Zappos service is the best!

This is an amazing shoe. I bought a pair in black and then bought another in case they quit making them. I also bought this color which looks great with jeans. The description says it runs big; I did NOT find that to be the case. I bought my usual size and they fit perfectly.

These shoes were comfortable from "day one." I can wear them all day long and not have sore feet. I've had surgery on both feet and these shoes provide excellent arch support and stability. I own four pairs of these. I sometimes wear a 42 in the closed toe Naots, but these Kirei fit me better in a size 41; I only wear them barefoot or with very thin socks. Love these shoes!

I have medium to wide feet due flat feet and one foot having a bunion. I usually wear 6.5 and the 6 worked great! First time buyer and I am now addicted! It's pricey but after going through so many different brands (Teva, Sanita, Dansko, Merrell, Born, Nautralizer, Chaco, Pikolinos, etc.) these may be the ultimate winner! Will be buying some sandals.

I work in a winery. We are expected to dress nicely and not wear clunky athletic shoes, but we are on our feet for up to six hours at a stretch, on a variety of surfaces that include grassy slopes that can be slippery. Naturally, high heels are right out, and regular flats just do not offer the support and comfort that you need. These shoes are endlessly comfortable and pretty, too, while also giving me security on all those different surfaces. Unlike Danskos (a favorite among food service people) the soles on these shoes are perfectly flat on the bottom, which I think is better for stability. The embossed design on the soles provides good traction. Inside, there is great arch support and clever padding that I think is even better than athletic shoes. The insides feel like suede, really soft and pleasant to wear even without socks or hose, which is how I wear them. The straps keeps the shoes from slipping off your feet the way normal flats could and I like that they are easily adjustable with Velcro. They breathe, too. What is not to love? Well, the price, maybe, but you get what you pay for, right?

These are my favorite shoes of all time. Expensive for my budget but worth it due to excellent arch support. In terms of styling, I'm not crazy about Mary Janes but with my narrow heel, they are about the only flat-type shoe that will stay now that double lasts are (mostly) a thing of the past.

The Kirei shoes arrived and as soon as I put them on, my feet felt great. The shoes are stylish and so comfortable. They are light and provide support for my feet. I ordered my regular size, and the shoes fit wonderfully. This is my first pair of Naots; however, they will not be the last. This is a great shoe in a great color: sterling leather/grey suede/gray patent leather.

I ordered these because of the amazing reviews and need a comfy supportive walking shoe for Europe. I wear an 11 but ordered a size 11 and a 10 based on reviews that they ran large. They did not! The 11 fit too snugly. My feet are medium wide so finding shoes are a problem. Mediums seem to be too snug and wide's are too wide. If your foot was a true medium then they will be great. Very attractive and supportive just a tad too fitted for me.

Very nice shoe. As a hostess I stand for hours. It is very comfortable and stylish to wear to work at a fine dinner restaurant.
