These are comfortable shoes and just right for the office. If I’m being picky, I’m not excited about the bronze colored and patent leather straps, and I wish the toebox had better room for the middle and little toes. My main issue is that the one pair of these really pricey shoes creaks and sighs as I walk. The other color doesn’t do this so it didn’t occur to me to try them before wearing them outside.

This shoe felt true to size but did seem wide. I had gaping on both sides of my foot even with the Velcro strap. Arch support was very good for my high arches. It was disappointing that the right shoe had numerous scuff marks in the toe area. Due to the width issue and scuff marks I am returning.

beautiful shoes - purchased previously and wore them until they fell apart! think my feet have changed somewhat now and these beautiful shoes no longer fit as they used to.

LOVE the shoes however, I had to buy a size up to have them fit and they are too big. I wear them in winter so I put wool liners in to keep warm without socks and they fit better but not ideal.

I wear between a 9 & 9-1/2 and the length of the 9’s on the Naot Kirei shoes fit me okay; however, without considering myself to have a wide foot, the regular (M) width on these was much, much too narrow and squished my toes together. They were also tight across the top of the front of my foot… All of these aberrations in sizing lead me to believe they would not, eventually, become any better a fit, over time - they were much too petite for a normal, healthy foot, in my opinion. I loved the red combo color but, sadly, they are going back and the search continues.

i already have 3 pairs of this shoe in different colors. it is a great shoe for my foot. But this shoe is at least 1/2 size smaller than the same size i purchased several yrs ago . The sole of my navy pair had chipped off and i wanted to replace them but decided to go with the gray. Also the suede at the toes had been scuffed and a little on the back sides, too. I would like to replace but am undecided about size to order. I will return these I received today

These fit ok, however, they are very light weight and didn’t seem worth the price. I returned them and got David Tate instead, very happy with those

I really wanted to love these cute Mary Janes. The suede is very pretty and the footbed is soft and comfortable (and removable for custom orthotics). However, the wide width still seemed very narrow - especially around the bunion area which is why I buy wide width in the first place. Super cute, just didn't fit my wide foot.

I almost kept these out of a set of 4 maryjane velcro straps that I tried from Zappos. But in the end I sent them back along with the other three. Here's why: While they were initially the most comfortable (compared to Clarks unhaven strap, Birkenstock Iona, and Naot Ta Dah), after I sat with them on my feet for a bit, I realized the front part cuts into the top of my foot. Plus they squeak when you walk on bare wood. And I didn't really like the style/curved toe-box. They are too smurfy looking to my taste.

I'm disappointed to be returning these shoes. I know people who love them and I was hoping to join their ranks. Unfortunately my "big" toe is not my biggest toe, and the shape of the shoe doesn't work for my foot. Trying a larger size isn't an option since I wear a size 12.

I really wanted to love this item based on all the reviews. It is cute, and for the most part, comfortable. The only problem is that it does not have a rounded front - it is cut at a pretty severe angle. This would work well for ladies who's big toe is their longest toe with all others shorter, but on me, all the other toes are scrunched up. So I'd say it runs 'short'.

Several reviewers mentioned this shoe ran large but I disagree. I ordered a 'typical' 40, which has always worked for me as a size 9-9.5, thinking this would work if it ran large. It was very small (short). Plus, I really didn't like it. I have a fairly narrow foot and am having real difficulty finding a shoe that doesn't gap in the forefoot and that is too loose in the heel. Sadly almost everything cute is a 'medium' width these days.

Why the hard edge of the velcro directly over the foot! Ouch! They ruined the shoe with this one simple mistake. Otherwise a quality shoe with removable sole for your orthotic. The toe box shape is a little odd. Orthoheel beat them out on comfort and style for me.

Best shoe ever, but not in copper color. My sister, my daughter, and I all own this fabulous shoe in black and we all have very different foot issues. The suede foot bed with cork and rubber sole give bounce and support all day. But, I have ordered the copper color version of this shoe three times now with no keepers. The construction is not up to par with price. Puckering where toe meets sole, one shoe sewn differently than the other, etc. Distressed look of leather should not equate to distressed construction. Stick with black, it's perfection!

I have worn Naot's Kirei shoes in size 40 medium for many years. I ordered the same size, and the shoes I received were marked 40 medium. Unfortunately, when I tried them on and walked around my house, I noticed that my heels kept rising out of the shoes. When I compared them to the two pairs I currently wear, the new shoes appeared to be the same length and width and the strap looks like it's in the same position. So, I'm really disappointed that this style and size no longer fits me.

This shoe felt significantly smaller than the Danskos I ordered in the same size. The style and arch support of the shoe were good but the fit was very small. Also, the shoes came loose in a box with no packaging. There was obvious wear to the shoes including scuffs so I would not have kept them (especially considering the price!) even if the fit was good.

I like the fit of this shoe. First pair had a squeak in one shoe that I attempted to fix. No luck. Exchanged them for another pair - same issue, so will be returning

I like the fit and arch support. A bit more cushion on the foot bed would be nice. However, I have a squeak in one shoe that developed after a few days of wear. I got them just before a trip, so out of necessity have worn them several weeks, so no return. Disappointed in the quality.

I loved this shoe and would have kept it but even with tightening the strap as far as it would go my heel kept slipping up out of the shoe. Otherwise they fit fine.

Although these shoes seemed to fit they were stiff and uncomfortable they had no give unlike the Rari by Naot which are soft and very comfortable I liked the colors and style and regretted having to return them

I wear a true size 12 medium, complicated by hammertoes on both feet. Neither the medium nor the wide would offer the comfort all rave about. Pressure on toes too uncomfortable. So disappointed.

A number of reviewers said that these shoes run large and recommended ordering down one size. I ordered my regular size and found them to run very small--I couldn't even get my foot into them, so I returned them. Too bad, because the shoes are cute.

Cute shoe, but it is too short for me due to the shape of the toe on the shoe. My second toe is longer than my big toe so this particular style, shape of shoe didn't work for me. The size is the same as what I always order from Naot. I really like my other Naots, comfortable and good arch support. I'm disappointed I have to send it back.

I am looking for shoes that provide more cushioning and support than my favorite Mary Janes that are becoming worn out. With all the positive reviews I was sure these would be the answer and ordered them in the black and volcanic red colors. I ordered my normal size which turned out to be quite small. Zappos happily and promptly sent out replacements in the next size up. The shoes appear well made and are beyond cute. The volcanic red color was gorgeous. Sadly these shoes hurt my feet! The insoles are actually poorly cushioned and the arch support fell in the wrong area of my foot, causing pain. I tried walking in them on the rugs in my home, hoping the insole would conform to my feet as they are advertised to do, but this did not happen. The straps, even when adjusted loosely, dug into the top of my feet with every step. The straps are not made from the same soft leather as the shoes. They are extremely stiff and have no side goring so they do not move and adjust with your feet as you walk. I feel like I received totally different shoes from the ones that are receiving such glowing reviews. I normally do not have picky feet. This is the first time that I have gone in search of comfort shoes. I had high hopes for these adorable shoes but ended up having to return them.
