Beautiful shoes! Kirei has Naot's great fit and good arch support (also great metatarsal support). These are comfy and cute at the same time. The three leather look - patent, suede and leather - dresses up this shoe so it is more versatile than just a jeans shoe. I have a narrow heel and the heel on the Kirei does not slip. The strap is a good width and placement gives a secure fit. Unlike some Naot Mary Jane styles, I don't have a lot of gapping when I walk. I plan to use this shoe for travel. It is lightweight and won't take up much room in the luggage.

This is my second purchase of Naot Kireis (color vintage/gray/pewter. I knew they would be comfortable right out of the box and they are. I was surprised when I opened the box and looked at the leather, though. At first, it looked as though they were scuffed and for a moment I thought they'd already been worn. But, looking closer I saw that the leather has been deliberately made to look that way. The color varies from lighter to dark. After a while, I got used to this look and decided to keep them. From a distance, they do look a bit worn and I wonder what they will look like when they actually have been worn a bit. However, I still think they are cute and SO comfortable.

I have 4 pairs of this style and am totally disappointed in this shoe. Ordered the first pair and the fit on the side strap was wrong and stuck out. I reordered and got a pair of shoes so poorly dyed they looked like they were years old. Both shoes were also tighter than my other shoes. What is going on Naot? I love these shoes, my old ones that are fantastic. Please do not change your quality. Sending these back and hope for better results with another color.

These shoes are AMAZING! I was prepared to return them if they werent perfect because they are a bit pricey, but they look and feel fabulous. I have one foot that fits size 11, the other is a size 11.5-12. These shoes were great on both feet, netting out at what felt like a perfect 11.5. i have high arches, the arch support is great. The Red is beautiful.

See my review name above? Yeah, that’s how much I don’t like shoes. I’m super-picky because I have finicky flipper feet. They are wider at the front (just on the edge between regular and wide), narrower at the back, I have low arches, higher top bones, and if my shoes don’t have just the right heel, my Achilles’ tendons start hurting. Now, with all that in mind, this is one of my favorite pairs of shoes. I ordered a wide because I knew Naots tend to run narrower, and these are perfect. They look nice enough to wear at work or with a smart casual outfit, and they feel good enough all day that I forget I’m wearing them. The insole that came with them was already pretty good, but I love the fact I was able to remove the standard footbed and replace it with my custom Superfeet insoles. Bottom line, the shoes have made me a Naot fan. I’m just sad that there aren’t more options for my big feet.

These shoes are so comfortable! I often have trouble with shoes hurting my big toe, but I don’t have any problem with these! I love the colors (I bought the navy and champagne). They have great tread. I am elderly and that is a real plus. I generally wear a 9.5 and ordered a 41.

Disappointed. The wide fits like a regular width. It is so hard to find anything stylish and comfortable for wide feet!

These are adorable flats, comfy as slippers yet dressy, and they make my feet feel happy. I have metatarsalgia, flat feet and narrow heels. Pumps slip off my heels, and most shoes, besides joggers fitted with my orthotics, make my feet ache. Not these! Kirei felt good right out of the box. The foot bed is so comfortable I didn't need my orthotics.

I bought these in black and taupe. Love these mary janes! They are incredibly cute and stylish. Felt great from minute one to all day and evening too. I live in Florida and bought them for winter. They are perfect. I kind of wish they did not have a strap over top and were slip on, but they feel so good on my feet its not too big of a deal. The black can go very dressy, I wore my black ones to a holiday party with black pants, my feet did not hurt one little bit the whole night. The taupe color is so neutral it goes well with almost any color, I wear them with jeans and khakis.

Naot Kirei is exceptionally comfortable - no breaking in. I have a narrow foot, but with the adjustable strap, it fits perfectly. Love the grey suede/leather combination. As always, am so happy with Zappos service. They are the gold standard!

These are fabulous shoes-- comfortable, supportive and very pretty. The velcro straps enable you to adjust the fit to your foot. They can be worn for everything from everyday to dressy occasions.

Strap is high on the foot and is too short for my feet, which tend to swell. It closes fine, but doesn't totally conceal the Velcro. Strap needs to be longer for where it's placed.

The most stylish shoes I've found that are comfortable and accommodate my orthotics. Wish they came in more high-style color combinations.

These shoes are so comfortable they needed no breaking in. I ordered them for a weekend of walking and sightseeing, and they were blissfully comfy, with no rubbing whatsoever. I was so impressed with this brand that I ordered the "Flirt" sandals and will never buy cheap shoes again! I'd much rather invest in a few pairs of well-made, comfortable shoes than a closet of cheapos that give me blisters or pinch or rub. I feel good about shopping at Zappos since it's virtually risk-free. I have an average width foot and found my normal size 6 (a 37 in this style) a perfect fit. Can't wait to try more shoes in this line!

I have purchase 5 pairs of these in size 38. I have a wide toe area, and usually wear a W width. However, even though they are marked as a medium, they fit perfectly. The only downside is that the stitching between the leather and the suede on the front of the shoe has pulled apart after only a few wearings. It's like the stitching didn't catch the suede properly.

I have an older pair of the Kirei style in taupe and was excited to get these in black to replace a pair whose sole broke down. Unfortunately this new pair is visibly shorter than the pair I have and thus uncomfortable on my feet. Had to return.

I've been wearing Naot shoes for about 20+ years. I have the Kirei style in all the colors, I like the Koru collection, and these fit me best. And I wear a size 35 (4) and that's not easy to find in any brand. I've been tempted to buy the green for a long time but since I've bought some green clothing for fall/winter, now I needed them to join in the fun in my closet. I also have many, many pairs of sandals and 4 pair of boots. My feet are worth the cost of these wonderfully, comfortable, put them on right our of the box shoes.

A lot of reviews said that these shoes were great for people with bunions, and that's true. I loved the way they looked, and I loved that they are shaped so no one would even know I had bunions. I could tell how comfortable they were by the way they fit on my left foot. But I have two hammer toes on my right foot and they rubbed on those toes. I just knew deep down inside that they weren't going to be entirely comfortable. I'm so sorry to have to return them.

Oh wow, these are so comfortable. I bought the 40 (size 9) and they fit perfect. My foot is a little on the narrow side though I always order regular, and these still work wonderfully as the Velcro strap can easily be tightened or loosened as needed. I think these are more comfortable that any tennis shoe I have ever worn. I plan to wear these on my trip to France in the spring, and will most likely buy another color as well. I would have never thought these would be this comfortable, much less be very cute on too. Tried them with black leggings and jeans, and they look cute and classy. Not a bulky looking shoe, it is streamlined actually. I am attaching a photo…..over look the Christmas leggings.

This is a nice shoe: actual leather, arch support, comforable in the bed, which is removable. They feel really nice, except that extra piece on the heel irritates my heel, and the strap turns a bit due to the way it's configured, and digs into the skin of the tops of my feet, so I had to return them.

I have several pairs of these shoes. The BEST kind of this style of shoe out there! My feet are sooooo hard to fit, I almost gave up on any kind of flat or dress shoe and thought I’d have to only wear running shoes with orthotics or Birkenstock sandals for the rest of my life! And that doesn’t always work!! Then I discovered these and am sooo happy! I can wear them all day and my feet don’t get sore. I have a weird arch (or placement where my arch is) that means that Ecco, Clarks, Keen, etc etc shoes never fit me. I have wide foot, narrow heel. These fit me!! And I don’t even have to order wide. I really like the Kirei and Matai the best and also have worn the Rome and Rongo. Some of the Naots in regular width are too tight on me but these styles work very well. I haven’t tried the boots yet but want to; I have a really hard time find a dress boot (hiking boots aren’t AS hard to find).

I have worn Naot Kirei shoes for several years, but Naot seems to now be making them a more narrow width. First I ordered medium width and they were too tight, so I ordered a replacement in wide width. They fit perfect! Naot, please make Kirei in wide width in all the colors.

I bought my first pair 10 years ago before a trip with a lot of walking. They were comfortable from the start. Those 10 year old shoes look a bit worse for the wear but still feel great. How many shoes can you say that about? I bought a pair in a different color 2 years ago and they are just as good. I have never owned more comfortable shoes.

Man, I wish this shoe had fit because I love the style and quality. The insole provided lots of cushion and a great arch support (for the 2 minutes or so that I had them on). However, the length was just shy of what I need. Life is hard with a ladies' plus-size foot. I wear a US 12, and find the typical presumption of a euro 42 match offensive (That's an 11.5 at best, dang you!). The 43 is generally a safe bet, but in this case, it just touched my second, protrusive phalange... but only on one foot?? Anyway, had they been $75, I might have kept them for sock-free use. But with a nearly $200 price tag, these puppies are going back. Too bad, because I'm really needing a pair of all-purpose trotters, and I'd dreamt of having found them.
