These run long. I am 5'6" and had to take the hem up about an inch on the medium size. The best thing about these pants are the zippered pockets. They keep everything in place while running.

Bought the matching jacket and it looks great together. Gets lots of compliments on it, but the pants aren't that long even though I got the medium (1 size larger than normal). I am 5'5" with long legs that are actually 31" inseam so they pretty much come to the top of my shoe and rise up if I just slightly bend.

Run large, usually a MD, fit was big. Not a real style maker, at least on me. The poly material was not a favorite. Hot, not worth the moisture wicking for me.
