Nice track jacket, the free next day shipping is awesome. I bought this mainly because of its looks, but comfort is not bad either. It certainly got the '80s style and is very dope.

I ordered a Medium. My normal size is M to L. This jacket is not too long as mentioned by others. Although it is not as short as vintage is concerned, it is certainly not long. Others have suggested that if you want it short, you should order one size less than your normal size; but in my case if I had ordered one size smaller than my normal size it could have been too tight. I think this is a newer version of Firebird, which has retained the slim-fit style of the old times but cut down on length; the older version of Firebird is longer; I own one and it was at least 4 inches too long. Cool jacket really.

Both jacket & matching pants run large. My husband is normally a medium, but had to exchange for the small in both jacket & pants. He is very happy with the set.

Retro track suit - I was invited to a retro 80's party and wanted a comfortable retro look. I had a pair of the original adidas sneakers, and they went well with my new track suit. I was a hit at the party and very comfortable. The suit came in quickly and on time. This wasn't my first order from Zappos and it certainly won't be my last.

Incorrect sizes - Nice jacket but make sure you choose it one size smaller. I had to have it tightened and shortened so that it looked neat.

My measurements: 5'7" /145 lbs with a lean/athletic build. I wear a 38 short in a suit jacket/29-30 waist. I purchased the small. I love Adidas originals, but I do not love this jacket based on the fit alone. If I were a short torsoed, chubby kid this would be perfect. It's baggy for a track jacket as well as in the sleeves, and the jacket itself length runs short. It sits right at my waist kinda tight and tends to ride up which is very annoying. Additionally, if I want to zip it up all the way, which I do with all my track jackets, it's almost suffocating. I own the Adidas originals adicolor jacket, and it fits completely differently: much like a normal track jacket. I've heard people say they designed the fit of the Firebird jacket based on the original old school jackets, but that's a bunch of BS. I own 2 old school jackets, and they fit nice and snug, as they should. Many of you are probably thinking I should've bought the Medium, but then the sleeves would've been way too long and even baggier overall. Track jackets are meant to be more of a slim fit. In conclusion, I don't like the fit, but I'm willing to tolerate it because the look is style at its best.

I love the classic 3 stripes; always have, always will. Especially when it comes to anything old school from adidas. I bought this jacket to rock with my Rod Lavers because the navy/white scheme goes really well, but I couldn't get over the fit of this jacket. Maybe it was the size of the jacket, but because the waistband is so slim it creates this "balloon" effect, leaving excess fabric above it, which made for a awful look. Like I said, it could have been the size, but my other track jackets are all large with a stretch waist band and my others don't look anything like that. Also for track jackets, I tend to prefer a more slender, straight fit. I'm not hating on Adidas; it's just this particular piece didn't work out as I had hoped.
