Shoe is very comfortable. I like the look with jeans, almost looks like a boot so a little on the dressier side (for me).

I have another pair of Eastland shoes that I love. I ordered these in the same size, but they were so narrow and short that I couldn't keep them on. I ordered a half size larger and couldn't even get my foot into it because the opening is so small and the shoe doesn't stretch at all. Too bad, I really liked the style.

Great looking shoe. I was looking for a shoe boot in brown and this pair fit the bill. I wouldn't recommend them for a lengthy period of standing. I have a rather high arch support so they hurt my feet after a while but I have other shoes that are much worse! I received a lot of compliments.

Stylish and comfortable. This is a great shoe for jeans and casual wear. I like that there's a tiny bit of a heel. Super comfortable! I took them right out of the box and spent hours walking with no problems. Also a great shoe for orthotics; my shoe insert fits right in and no heel slippage.

This shoe was definitely a 1/2 size smaller than other shoes. I thought I could order my regular size and it would work. No way, too tight. I did like the look of the shoe though.

The shoes look good, but they're so narrow. I'm a pretty standard size 7 and these were tight and too snug. But Zappos shipping was awesome! Ordered them Wednesday afternoon and they were on my porch Thursday morning!

Sizing was way off! I have had many Eastlands in the past, in fact I am currently wearing some, but they are getting worn out so I wanted some new ones. It seems their sizes have changed and they do not fit anymore. I couldn't even get these shoes on my foot.

Unfortunately this shoes did not work for me. They were stiff and pretty tight.

The most comfortable shoe I've ever bought...and I have picky feet. I got them as alternative to clogs and wore them straight out of the box and walked 5 miles of city streets, a few of them cobbled. Love them!

I bought this shoe to travel out of the country. We will be doing a lot of walking! This shoe was comfortable from the moment I put it on. I anticipate it will meet my needs of a comfortable and stylish shoe.

Good looking shoe. A little hard to get on, but very comfortable. Zappos' service rocks! I recommend this shoe and shopping online at Zappos...you just can't beat them.

I love these shoes! They are a little hard to get on the first time (I wish I owned a shoehorn) but they are very comfortable to walk in.

These shoes do require a bit of breaking in and took me about a week to be able to wear them for a full day comfortably. They also run small, but stretch over time. After having them for a month now, it's just about the only thing I wear. They do scuff very easily, which I don't mind as I like the roughed up look. Just don't get attached to the shiny thing you get.

Comfortable shoe, even though I usually wear flats. Wore them all day right off the bat and they felt fine. Appear to be very well made. Highly recommend.

I really like clogs but most of them are so plain. These are beautiful shoes! But they do run narrow. I'm a wide but can sometimes make Eastlands work if I order a half size up, so I ordered this in my regular size as well as a half size bigger. In terms of the foot and toe box, that strategy would have worked for me. My problems came with the instep - it's just too low. I've found this to be a frequent problem with Eastland shoes, even in wide. They're great for someone with a low to average instep but won't fit over high-arched feet, regardless of width. If they had worked over my instep, I would have kept these in a heartbeat. If they had been available in wide, I'd have probably been willing to keep them and have my shoe repairman try to stretch them for me. But it's too risky for me with medium width shoes - there usually isn't enough leather to stretch far enough. I have to say, the style is gorgeous and would look great with jeans or cords. These are very well-made shoes with a flexible but sturdy rubber sole that will really hold up to walking. It really made me sad to have to box them up and return them. But, if you have medium feet with average height arches - this a great shoe for you.

Cute shoes but dreadfully uncomfortable! I could barely get them on my foot the first time and despite all the other positive reviews about the leather being soft and supple, I find them quite the opposite. They're stiff and feel like rocks on my feet. I'm so disappointed!

I love the look and fit of this shoe and have had them two months shy of a year. I now have to throw them out as the heel is hollow and the rubber must not be very thick on the sole and there is now a hole through the bottom of the heel. I wear these shoes to work often at a computer job. I am not hard on shoes or heavy so I guess it boils down to a cheaply made product. Save your money.

So sad that I have to send these shoes back. They do run small as all the reviews say. Not a problem. I did take a second pair of shoes to work until I got them broke in. About a week or so. I am glad I took a look at the bottoms after a few weeks of wearing them. I was mortified after less than a few weeks the soles were already showing as much wear as my Eastlands that I had for 1 and a half years! Who can justify keeping the pricey shoes that only last a month? Zappos seems to be wonderful about my problem! They asked me if I wanted my money back or a new pair of shoes. More expensive but I am going to try the Dansko Pro xp. I am on my feet busting a move all day and I need great shoes! Hopefully Dansko will fit the bill!

Comfortable shoe that fit perfectly. I have the brown pair of these too, but they seem more snug. The black pair are easy on and easy off. Love 'em.

Great shoe! Comfortable, stay on your feet, and a nice cushiony sole. Great for walking too and not too heavy. I bought in black and brown and wear all day and to the office. Sized perfectly, out of the box and on my way. Highly recommend.

Love these shoes! As others have mentioned, they are tight to get on, but that's one of the good things about them -- they hug your feet without feeling tight and don't flop around at the heel. Will be ordering them in black as well. The small heel is nice; it's blocky and stable and gives me a nice little lift.

A very good, basic shoe, got it in brown. Kind of looks like a boot. I wear a 7.5 but had to go up to a size 8 in this shoe, it was small and tight. The 8 was tight but has stretched nicely and is now very comfortable. The sole grips well. I have very sensitive feet and this shoe really feels good once it was broken in after about 2 times wearing it. Will go for the black next!

Perfect shoes for what I need. I wanted something stylish and good for riding, and these are all it, and the comfort is phenomenal!

Eastland is the bomb! I have three different styles of this brand and they all are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Can't say enough about them. A must buy!

Wow! Not only are these shoes stylish but comfortable too! Since they are leather they were a little fitted when I first put them on because they are leather but I just walked around the house in them to help break them in. Loved them so much I bought both the brown and black pairs. Love them!
