These leggings are amazing. They're super soft and incredibly comfortable. I agree with the other reviews: they're really long (I'm 5'9'' and they bunch on me) and are a tad thin. I'm not sure that I would wear them without a shirt or sweater over them, but that's how I planned on wearing them anyway so I'm golden Get these, they're great!

Everything was great, except I'm 5'4 have inseam 32 inches, and they were very long, but I love them for the soft fabric and I took them to my seamstress to shorten. I hope that helps.

Leggings are not typically where I would spend this kind of money. However, I wanted some good ones for an upcoming plane trip and for the season after that. These are now my favorite pants anywhere! I want to live in these! The quality is the difference in the material and how it moves with you. I am short and these gather a bit at the bottom but that added to the style when I wore them with some wedge ankle boots. Can\'t wait to buy more!

I just got these yesterday and I can't stop wearing them! Now I have to say that previously I've never spent more than $20 on leggings, and I'm a serious leggings person. I wear them constantly. But before I would end up with leggings sagging in the crotch and I'd have to pull them up or they would be itchy because of the fabric content (i.e. they were cheap). Well I decided to splurge on these after seeing the reviews and knowing how soft the material is on a Splendid dress that I own. Well, I didn't feel much better when the package came, because it was a little ball of black fabric inside a little clear plastic bag....for this price? But then I pulled them out of the bag and immediately felt how soft the fabric was, and I started getting excited. After putting them on...Wow! I was nervous about the other reviewers comments about the long length, since I'm only 5'3" and I have very short legs. However, the length wasn't a problem at all! There was definitely some extra fabric/length but it was really cute bunched all along the area of my leg starting about halfway between my knee and my ankle (maybe a little lower). Really, it just ends up giving the look of the ruched Splendid leggings that they sell for a little more. Not necessary -- save yourself the trouble and get these leggings! They're so soft that I couldn't stop touching them, even when they were on my legs! Buy these leggings! Just use the guide that's on the sizing drop down box. S is definitely a 2-4 and M is definitely a 6-8 (in jeans sizing).

These stay up! I am so tired of spending half my day pulling up leggings that ride down. They hold their shape all day, are super soft and comfy, but a bit thin for the cold winter weather in NYC. I will definitely purchase another pair. Or two.

I've been meaning to review these for ages. There are easily the best pair of leggings I have/will ever purchase (and I'm a super picky shopper)! I wore my black pair countless times last fall and winter and they're still in very good shape: very little pilling and seams all still intact. Definitely worth the money since they are so wearable everywhere and hold up very well (but don't put them in the dryer-duh).

These are awesome leggings. They are so smooth and soft. They are very stretchy, yet flattering.

I must agree with some other reviewers who say the black leggings run a bit long; but the charcoal pair fit perfectly lengthwise, and I'm 5'5". They are a bit spendy, but they're so comfortable and super soft!!! I love these leggings!

If you are looking for the perfect legging, these are the ones. Very comfortable. Quality fabric and construction. I am 5'5" so they had just a little "slouch" to the lower leg, but still work great with tunic tops and short skirts/dresses. Pair with boots or ballet flats and it finishes the look.

Worth the price! I have bought inexpensive leggings before. They are unflattering and you spend all day tugging them into place. These fit perfectly, didn't create rolls or a muffin top, and stayed in place. They are pretty thin, so I would only be comfortable wearing them with a long top.

Super soft, super comfortable leggings. They\'re somewhat longer than other leggings out there, and gather at the ankle, which is nice so you don\'t end up wearing unintentional crops. They wear well too, and don\'t end up bagging at the knee at the end of the day.

These leggings suprised me with their quality and their comfort. Fabric is soft and not overly clingy. I haven\'t worn leggings in the past due to fit problems. The only fit issue with these is that they are a bit long but I was expecting that as I have short legs. I wear them with boots so they length is a non issue. While I would not describe the color as Coal, it is a very nice gray. After laundering the leggings looked just as good as when they came out of the package. They have become one of my favorite items to wear.

I love these leggings! I am a size 2 and purchased the size small as suggested on the site. I think they run a little big in the length of the legs and the rise is a bit higher than I expected. They are super soft and comfortable and I do not think they will fade. The other brand of leggings I've purchased a bit is the "So Low" brand, but these are far nicer fabric wise. I hope Zappos stocks some more.

Supple, anyone? As always, Splendid has the nicest fabrics and you may be tempted to rip off these tights and try to wrap them around your whole body. Ultimately though, I'm returning them. They're a much lighter gray - a smokey color. Plus, I like my tights and leggings with more spandex/elastic in the fabric. But these are beautiful and comfortable. Yes, they are long... but that allows you some flexibility in how you wear them... over the ankle, below the ankle, and over the back heel, etc...

Super soft!! I want to live in them. They run big, at least one size. They are nice and long, great for me but probably too long for women with short legs.

Although rather pricey, these leggings are super soft and make me feel very cozy all day. However, these leggings don't provide complete privacy if you know what I mean. I wouldn't go out in public in them with a short sweater or top that shows off the rear for fear of showing off my underwear selection as well! I've washed twice so far, and I haven't noticed any pilling as a previous poster has. Overall great, but still feel a tiny bit guilty for spending so much on leggings!

These were the most comfortable and flattering leggings I've ever owned. Sadly, the quality seems to have gone down with this current order received, and the sizing seems smaller as well. I hope it's just this batch that is not as good as previous purchases.

I loved the leggings when I first got them. They fit well, do not sag during the day. However, for the price, I do not think that they should pill in the 3rd washing! Despite my washing them on the gentle cycle.

I was so disappointed! I am 4'8 and the pants hit mid-calf Also the material is very flimsy. I didn't return them because I had already worn them. Your shoes are great, but this is my second try at clothing. Not again. I can get 3 pairs of pants for this price in the girl's department at Target that are much better quality.

Love them! Easily my favorite leggings. I can trust splendid quality, and this is true of these. Soft, well fitting (I'm a large girl and took an xl) and made in USA!

These are so soft and comfortable! I am 5'5" and I find the length to be ideal, with adequate length so that they do not fit too taut over the knees while still covering the ankles. They are great under dresses, skirts, and long tunic tops, but I find them too thin and transparent to wear with anything that does not completely cover the bum area. However, they are still more substantial than tights.

These are very comfortable and soft but they are not leggings. They are footless tights. Very, very thin footless tights.

The splendid leggings that are “made in the USA” (on the tag) fit great, do not sag and retain their shape. I have 6 pairs. The exact same leggings (recently purchased 2 pairs from zappos) have “made in Egypt” on the tag, and they are awful. So disappointed. Huge and shapeless. The discription above says “made in USA and imported” I wore both new pairs because I assumed they were same as all previous purchases so cant even return down. Order at least 2 sizes down.

These are the best! They are thinner & softer than most leggings, so they aren't hot and feel great when dancing or working out. These leggings hug my legs and don't bunch up at the knees or lose their shape like many do. After many, many wash & dry cycles, they still look great. They don't fade, pill, or lose their shape, which is great since I wear them nearly every day for dance class. Another plus is the length. They are longer than most so they'll be perfect if you're tall. They're on sale so now is the perfect time to stock up!
