Not the fanciest looking shoe in the shop, but oh so comfortable. I originally bought this shoe in the brown and then of course, everyone needs a black! I wouldn\'t have bought the second one were I not so impressd by the first. I live in the city, don\'t have a car and walk everywhere. Flats can sometimes be too flat without support and I wanted a slight elevation and a more versatile look. I\'m also now 7 months pregnant (so comfort is critical) and haven\'t really worn anything else for the last 3 months - casual, dressy, I wear them for everything. I usually struggle buying shoes that fit properly and work so I\'m very happy this match was made!

These shoes are great! I tried them on in a shoe store, and knew immediately I had to buy them. I have been looking for a comfortable pair of black shoes for work. I am a teacher and on my feet all day long, for several years. These are the ones! There was no breaking in period, they fit perfectly with my orthotics, they are super comfortable and I love the little 1.5 inch 'heel'. I couldn't be happier with them and I will probably order a second pair as back ups when these get old and worn.

Great shoes. I really love the way they look and can't stop checking them out; they're exactly to my personal style tastes. The strap across the top took a little getting used to since I don't usually wear this mary-jane type shoe, but after a couple of days they're as comfy as any shoes I own. The arch support is great and they have a little sort of invisible heel in the back that isn't too noticeable, but adds some flattering height. In just a few days these have become my favorite shoes; they go really well with jeans. Thanks, Zappos, too, for the incredibly fast delivery, as always. Merry xmas to me!

I bought these to replace my worn-out pair of Merrell Plaza Bandeau. These are okay, and similarly comfortable, but the toe box is narrower. I prefer more room for my toes and just don't like the look as much as the Plaza Bandeau. So, back they go. I love Zappos great return policy!

I bought this shoe for travel because its shape is more elegant than shoes you might normally rely on for travel. It did seem to have the cushion and comfort I was looking for, and the tread was definitely up to smooth, cobbled streets, but it was a larger fit than I expected from my normal size, 7.5. I had to return it because it was slipping off my feet! I think I will still get it in a smaller size for the reasons mentioned above. It is a classier looking shoe than a lot of options, even though it did look a bit clunkier on than in the picture.

I like these shoes. They are dressy enough to wear to work and sturdy enough to walk through light snow and/or rain. The strap on the left foot binds, but I think it may be my foot.

This shoe is much clunkier on the foot than it appears online--the base is wider than I expected. It is true to the pictures, but I was expecting a little sleeker look. Also, after several hours of wear it hurt my feet as much as a ballet flat would, so I question whether it was actually supportive. It also made them sweat a lot (I don't wear socks). My suggestion would be that you wear them extensively inside your home/office (6-8 hours in a row) so that if these problems occur you're still able to return the shoe.

The look of the shoe is great. I ordered half a size smaller and they are still loose, could have order a whole size smaller and they would have fit better. It is weird because I have a pair of Flaunts in brown suede and they fit differently. Overall a great shoe just order smaller.

These were very comfortable except for where they rubbed on my bunion!

I loved these. They are super cute. I ordered a half size larger, but this was not necessary. Returning for my usual size.

I bought these for a 16 day vacation in Romania. It was pretty hot there and I did a lot of walking. I didn\'t wear socks and my toes got blisters because my feet sweated in the shoe causing lots of friction. Also the dye turned my feet black. I love \r\nMerrell ortholites and took this pair out of the box based on past success. I\'d suggest a pair without the cute strap for serious travel shoes.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Italy. Look dressier than sneakers and are fairly comfortable. You do need to wash the insoles frequently as feet tend to get damp inside the shoes.

The Flaunt is very comfortable, but it does not seem like it has any arch support. It is so much more comfortable than the Plaza Bandeau, which was horribly uncomfortable.

Light weight shoe with great heel cushioning and arch support but not as comfortable for a long day of walking as I had hoped. I've had plantar fasciitis and mild bunions. I usually wear Merrell Jungle Mocs or running shoes with mesh tops. The shoe is comfortable in the morning but the toe box feels a bit tight at the end of the day. This shoe is much more fitted and stylish than my usual fare. It is probably fine for someone who does not do a lot of walking. I don't think I'll be wearing them to on my trip to Europe.

Great shoes! I'm on my feet all day as a high school teacher...no problems with sore feet or legs at the end of the day when wearing these. The heel height is good as I need a little lift so pants don't drag on the ground. I also have Merrell Petunia (higher heel) and these are more comfy. Thought they would be a little clunky looking but I like them better in person.

This is a very comfortable shoe. However, after wearing it around the house for a few hours the strap was really uncomfortable across the top of my foot. I decided to return the shoe, rather that risk blisters. I usually wear a 7 to a 7 1/2. I fit a 7 in this style.

I have had foot problems for several years and was down to only 3 pairs of shoes including sport shoes. This pair fit the bill for a nicer looking shoe that still has support, comfort and a bit of a heel, also needed. It's good for walking, standing, and it's cute!

Just not as comfortable as the Merrell clogs. My feet were tired after just a few hours walking around. I will stick with clogs that are just not as dressy but way more comfortable.

Love the fit and comfort of the shoe (have to get a half size larger than usual) but disappointed with how they held up. The strap buttons both popped off in less than a year, and the heel is worn through. I do wear them a lot, but expected them to last much longer for the price.

The heel is too high for the type of shoe. They are loose. But they look cute with jeans.

These shoes look really cute on but they're not as comfortable as I'd hoped. They rub awfully and get quite hot, unlike other Merrells I've got. They also feel pretty heavy compared with other walking shoes, not light at all. After a day in them my feet are sore. I'm persisting because the style is great, am hoping they'll break in eventually.

If you have flat feet, these will be good for you. I had to exchange them because I already have high arches and they did not mold to my feet as Merrell's should.They are cute in an orthopedic way, a bit clunky for me at a size 8.
