Omg I thought I had a kid size so definitely go two - three sizes bigger if you are hippy. In the end it didn't matter because the bottom were too dated. Not the popular low cut. Love the top but not for large breast. Athletic shapes do best in this suit.

I normally wear a size 6 and I got the size 14, as per the reviews. The bottoms fit great, however the top was a bit loose (for my 36C). Haven't hit the water yet, but it really feels and looks good!

I bought this suit for a biathlon (swim/run). While the suit is comfortable, I wish the top was a little more supportive. I usually wear a 6 but ordered an 8 due to the other reviews saying it ran small. Even though I am using this suit for racing, I am glad I went one size up because the bottoms are VERY snug. All in all, a good suit, but not the best.

It's a good swimsuit for laps but usually I'm a size 0 street and the size 4 was pretty tight in the bottom and not a super flattering cut...but for laps, it stays on and is perfect so can't complain. I had another Nike two piece maybe 8 years ago that was awesome - fit like a glove and had a flattering fit. This one is not like that one but for laps, it does the job very well.

I have a Nike one piece that is a size 10 (I'm normally a 2 or 4). It works well, but the chest is a little big because I have more in the bottom than I do up top. So I knew when I ordered the size 10 two piece the bottom would be great and the top would be a bit big. That is the case, but it's not something that makes me want to return it. The top will still stay on since it's a sports bra style and I'm more about making the bigger part of my body fit better. Haven't tested it in the pool yet but I love the one piece, so I expect them to be similar. I wish we could mix and match sizes like regular bikinis!

I don't think this suit runs small. I sized up one size and it was almost too big...the bottoms are a little more higher rise than we are used to in standard bikini bottoms, but I want a little more coverage for lap swimming. 5ft 8in, 140 lbs and size 10 worked for me but a size 8 might have been better. Love how comfortable the straps are.

Holy cow! You people weren't kidding! I usually wear an 8 & an occasional 10. I kept the 14, & it is a little smaller than I would like. It is a good motivator to hit the gym/pool!

Great suit, but runs small. I'm 5'3", 125lbs and got an 8, but usually wear a size 2 or 4. The 8 is snug but fits well. I like it because I have two little boys and when we go to the beach or pool they can hang on me without pulling it off. This is definitely an athletic suit so if you are looking for something to accentuate curves this isn't it. Definitely flattens out your chest.

Very nice and comfortable swim suit. I ordered this one size up in 10 and it fits good. I swim in the ocean every day and the only downside is that it gathers some algae in the mesh inside the top. There is a gap from above.

I bought this suit to use for swim training for a mini triathlon. I have a long torso so it is hard to find comfortable one piece suits. This is very comfortable and I get tons of compliments on it. My only complaint is that there is no lining/padding on the top and it can be a tad bit see through. I learned that the hard way when I came out of the ocean and my daughter informed me! But I do love the suit and recommend it.

All the other reviews say to size up. If you are a pear shape like me, you need a size down on top and a size up on bottom. I'm a 34a/32b and I got a 6 because of the reviews, and while on bottom that was the right choice (I usually wear a 2-4 in jeans and the bottoms are a little snug), for lap swimming which is what I bought this for, I'd prefer a snugger fit up top so if you are a 34a/32b a 4 might be better.

I really like this suit. It has a cute sporty look, and stays put while swimming laps (no booby spill over). It does run really small, though! I wear a 4-6, and the 10 fits right (maybe even a little snug in the chest). I recommend ordering 2-3 sizes up, trying both on, and returning the smaller 1. I ordered an 8 and a 10, and I returned the 8. Still a good buy, though.

Cute suit but it should have been obvious from the model that this is NOT meant for busty ladies. Probably only appropriate for a B cup or smaller. The top was barely hanging on to these DD gals! Still was worth trying on a whim thanks to Zappos' great shipping and return policies.

Cute suit, but it runs super small. I ordered two sizes up from my normal suit size and it was still too small.

Great suit but it is cut very small. I would recommend going up 2 sizes. (The size 4 fits like a womens 0 and the size 6 fit like a snug womens 2)

Agree with other reviewers- it is at least 2 sizes smaller than what I would normally wear. I am usually an XS on top and S in bottoms in Nike. I’m a 32B and usually a size 25/26 pants. The top fit well but the bottom was too tight - even after going up 2 sizes and ordering a size 8. Unfortunately, the top would be too big if I returned for a size 10. Back to the bathing suit drawing board...

I liked the swimsuit overall. But it runs so small! Extremely small. I am 5'3" and wear a size 2/4 in jeans and a medium in shirts. I fit into a size 10. It fits tighter than normal swimsuits!

This is way too small! I am a size 8, and my seven year old could probably wear this. They are so tiny. They are cute, but too small.

I'm 5'9", 130lbs, 32A, size 6. Really cute & athletic suit but had to return it. The top fit great but the bottoms had incredibly tight waistband. Could have gone up one size but the crotch part of the bottoms was already baggy. I don't know why we can't just have athletic and comfy bathing suits!

The suit keeps everything in place. But like the other reviews it runs very small. I had to go two sizes bigger. The top is good but the bottoms are not very comfortable and still a little tight.

I got this suit with the intention of using it for active water sports and water parks, and it is perfect for either of those. It stays in place really well and is comfortable. The other reviews were definitely right about sizing being way off - I am 5'6", 125 pounds, 34A, normally wear size 2-4 pants, and the size 10 of this suit fits perfect. The reason I give it only three stars overall is that I only got to wear it a few times yet somehow managed to tear a hole in the rear. The material is mediocre quality, which I really did not mind initially given that it is a relatively inexpensive suit, but the fact that it tore so easily was frustrating. So if you decide to buy this, do it with the understanding that although it is comfortable, functional and not too pricey, it may not last very long.

I'm usually a 2 in woman's clothing so I ordered a 6, as recommended and it was still too small for me. Also, in the picture the swim suit looks purple but it is actually a royal blue.

This swimsuit is perfect for laps in the pool - it stays in place and is made of thick, durable fabric. However, it runs extremely small. I usually wear a size 4/6, so ordered a size 8 after reading others reviews on here. The 8 was still too tight so I had to exchange them for a 10. Also, I am very small chested and the 10 is still quite tight on the bust so I can't imagine how others could fit into this comfortably. Apart from the very strange sizing, it's a great swimsuit.
