Yes, comfortable but that is the only thing good about them. The quality of these shoes sucks. I owned them for just over a month and probably wore them 20 times all indoors (I work in a hospital trauma center) and they're already falling apart. You're better off buying a pair of cheap Walmart shoes than these.

I loved these sneakers when I got they. They are different to learn to walk in for a day or so, then you adjust and feel just how comfortable they are. Shame that's the end of the positive review. K-Swiss does not stand behind what they sell. In less than 7 months, the shoe has already fallen apart at the Tube. Once one breaks, it's a chain reaction as the rest of the tube rips off, rendering the shoe useless. The thing is, the shoes still have plenty of tread, and are in great shape. I contacted K-Swiss, who blew me off saying they stand behind their product 100%, but too bad for me. It's a real shame because they make a very comfortable shoe, but I'm not going to be buying them over and over because of either a design or material defect.
