Very warm and comfortable overall. First couple wearings needed some breaking in. Overall, I'm pleased with them.

These are great boots. Warm, cozy. Runs a little big. I have very skinny calves so the top part is a little too wide but I don't mind because my feet are warm at work.

Finally, a boot that fits my big calves with room to spare! I can tuck my jeans in and then some! Just got back from a trip to Prague, where I spent three solid days roaming the city in my Jennys. Through snow, slush, and ice, these boots performed great--my feet stayed toasty warm AND dry. Only drawback is the lack of arch support (and this is the reason I'm giving the boots four stars instead of five). I have very high arches and need serious arch support in my shoes--these boots just don't have enough for my feet. The problem is easily remedied by a pair of inserts, and maybe it's not a problem at all for most people.

Nice utilitarian boots. I bought them for my motorcycle riding, but also use them for everyday use until it gets below freezing. The liner inside is fine for chilly weather, but not truly cold- even with thick socks. They are comfortable, wide at the calf for tucking in jeans and look very nice. I'd love to see a model with a higher heel for a nicer chick look.

Very comfy and warm, decent in the snow and cold (I did spray them with waterguard). Only problem i have with these boots is that they are absolutely HUGE in the calf, could not wear these with tights or leggings, even with pants tucked in there is lots of space around the leg.

I needed a pair of boots for walking around Europe in the fall, and so I bought these Dr. Martens Jenny's. They are warm enough, especially if you wear them with socks, but if you skip the socks, I find your feet and the boots will get smelly pretty quickly. I did wear them for a week of walking around the Netherlands and Belgium (Low Country), and besides being a tad heavy after a long day of walking in the rain they were just fine. I would advise spraying a waterproofer before you wear them in the rain as they will let some moisture in, and for a lot of walking a comfortable insert is a good idea. I wear boot cut jeans so these are fine to either tuck in or wear over, but any skinnier of a cut and you will need to tuck them in. I wear/ordered an 11 and they fit fine.

Very comfy - These are very comfortable, great casual boots for fall. I normally wear a 7.5, so I ordered size 8 and they fit fine with a mid-weight or thick sock. I didn't rate them 5 for looks because they are very wide around the leg and they look lumpy under all but the widest boot-cut pants. Much better on top of your jeans.
