I am absolutely in love with these boots! They are so comfortable; I look forward to wearing them everyday. I would compare the feeling to walking on clouds. I bought the khaki suede and find them to complement my winter wardrobe of jeans, cords, and sweaters well. They do a run a tad big; however, that adds to the overall cozy fit, since the design places your toes higher than your heel, you need ample foot room. My expectations of this boot were beyond surpassed. I would definitely purchase these in another color, I adore them so much!

Earth is my favorite brand, but these boots are very large and boxy, as well as very stiff, which means that I couldn\'t pull the laces tight enough and the boot slipped on my heel. I think even a half size smaller would not have worked for me, but if you have wide feet they may work for you. They did appear to have good arch support.

Very cute style plus warm and comfortable! They seem to run large so plan on thick socks or try a half size smaller. The leg opening is larger than I preferred it to be, but you can pull the ties tighter, so it\'s adjustable. I chose the peanut color with black around the bottom edge and over the toe and it makes your feet look smaller! I sprayed them with leather waterproofing right after opening and they look fine. I have bunions and only buy Earth shoes now because I get total relief -- since the weight of the body is more on the heel than on the front part of the foot.

This shoe was really comfortable with my bunions. It felt a little large when I went with my 8 1/2 true size. I sometimes order up, but thought I almost could have used a smaller size - though my toes probably would have bumped the rubber that comes over the toe box. Great quality, awesome sole, but it was neither a boot or a slipper and I just don't have the slim ankled pants to show off this awesome style. Plus from the top angle down (my view), I didn't like the shape of the shoe; kind of clunky, and my wide toe box was doing something funny to the look. Oh, and love the arch support. I have low arches and this did not bother me. The shoe was very comfortable to drive in and almost drove the car on their own - it was weird and so relaxing. The negative heel made them feel a bit clunkier, as I'm a runner and like to be springy on the balls of my feet. I would try shoes from this company again because they were truly comfortable.

I don't really like these shoes. They are nice and warm, but they lack support around the ankle, making them a little hard to walk in. Granted, I got them 1/2 size to big for winter, but the area around the ankle is still a little flimsy. I also don't like that the heel is lower in these shoes. That's on purpose and supposedly helps with posture, but I prefer arch support and a little raised heel. Why did I keep them? They are nice and warm, a must in MN winters, and the traction on the bottom is great. They also keep nicely and they look nice.

I really wanted to like this shoe, but it was much more bulkier than I expected. The shoe made my foot look really wide, and it is impossible to tie the laces tightly. It would be a great lounging shoe, but I was looking for a sleeker winter shoe.

I would not tell a friend to buy this boot. Arch support okay. They are warm, but they are not dry. My feet got wet in very little slush. Plus the heel is strange.

I am a "survivor" of plantar fasciitis and have been desperately looking for boots that are comfortable with good support (I have high arches to make it worse). Ordered different 3 pairs of boots after giving up at the store, and this by far was the winner. The negative heel effect I found to be minor and the support good. I wore Fit Flops all summer. They were very comfortable from the get go (I have feet that blister easily) and nice and warm. They are not snow boots as they do not have a continuous flap to keep snow out and the one thing I do not like is it is hard to tighten them up and keep the laces from coming undone without double knots which make them hard to slip off. But if you don't mind the "slouchy" loose look, that is fine. My fashionista sisters both commented on how cute they were. Good walking boot for cold weather and cheaper than Fit Flop boots.

I love these boots! They are both funky and functional. I wanted a warm boot that didn't sacrifice style. These boots feel great on, esp. for my high-arched feet. I wear an 8 1/2 in a running shoe, but an 8 was fine even with a heavy sock. I have received many compliments on how cute they look with jeans tucked in. I've looked at many different boots, but I think these are the best all around for the money.

Love these boots! Very comfortable, brings relief to my bad back, very good traction. I bought the leather, I think the suede would be provide more warmth. Still warm with wool socks. Thanks to Earth for a womens size 12!

LOVE these boots. I wanted an ankle boot that was warm, could handle dog-walking conditions and had some style...I was not disappointed! My only concern from reading the reviews was if they were true-to-size. I am a size 8 and thankfully the length was good. They're a bit roomy (wide), but I wear wool socks and appreciate the roominess. I ordered the black because most of my boots are brown...love the red stitching detail with the black boot.

I have high arches and heel pain. These shoes are wonderful! They have the arch support and minimum heel impact. They are different to walk in, but I am used to the "shape up" shoes and it was an easy adjustment. I can walk in these without pain. All my shoes have special inserts, but not needed with these. They feel like walking in slippers (once you get used to them). Also somewhat warm for winter. I love these shoes and have been wearing them every day since I got them about a month ago. I wear a 6.5 and they fit just right for the arch support.

I love these boots! I live in the mountains so I wear them several times a week. They are almost as comfortable as my slippers yet they have excellent traction on snow and ice. If it is very cold I have to wear warmer socks as my feet get cold. I would buy these again without hesitation.

I live in snowy Utah. These are excellent boots for walking the dog on winter days. It took me a while to get used to the "earth" sole, but the overall quality is excellent. They are so easy to slip in and out of because of the front flap folds down. Very warm and I like the sporty look. Traction excellent, so much better than my Uggs which are useless in icy conditions.

The boot looks good and I wish it fit! It's tight across the instep/arch and too long. I usually wear a 9.5-10 and ordered both sizes hoping one would be just right. I read they were running big but I wanted the ability to wear a heavier weight sock. I may try the 9, but the tightness across the arch is a concern.

The Bridle Brown leather is very nice quality and I like the contrasting fur. Only problem is that it runs big... a half size. I will have to send them back and exchange.

After wearing Birkenstocks for years and being unable to find a winter boot I could actually stand to walk in all day, a friendly Zappos customer service rep put me onto this boot and I'm in winter boot heaven, from the first time I put it on. Ahhh...Yes! Just what I was looking for! I ordered a half size bigger than my normal size and with a regular pair of socks, they are a perfect fit. I normally wear a wide width but this B width gives me plenty of space. Furthermore, my feet aren't sweating, just comfortably warm in my drafty office building. Thank you.

The footbed design of this boot is a little different by supporting the ball of your foot and dropping your heel, but very very comfortable! I can even shop in these babies.

These booties are gorgeous! I've wanted a pair for more than a year, but my size was unavailable in the dark brown colorway. These boots are very comfortable. I thought I would use them for my winter commuting, but there is no way I'm wearing these on the El: Far too pretty to wreck. For whatever reason, I imagined that the suede/leather would be thicker and the boot heavier, but there isn't anything clunky about these. I find the Earth shoe to be very comfortable to walk in, and I've had no adjustment or 'new shoe' injuries. I wear these to walk my tireless dog, and I wear them to run all my errands (on foot) on the weekends. I wear them with medium thick Smartwool socks, and I have plenty of room. These boots are not something you would wear in sloppy or deep snow, probably. The sole is great for regular sidewalk snow and not more than 3" deep snow. Because of the closure, I think that deep snow trudging might result in snow coming over the top and inside the boot. These are great boots for casual wear; they are warm and comfortable. I want mine to last a long, long time, so I am choosing to not use them for city commuting or sloppy weather. I will wear my durable Sorels for the train and mile walk to work.

Super cozy and warm! It does fit 1/2 a size larger if worn with thinner socks, but just right with winter weight socks (I like the flexibility of differing fits). The negative heel took a bit getting used to, but feels great! This boot is a bit difficult to get snug around your calf because of the ties.

Just got these today. Awesome!! I'm a 9½ to 10 and the 10 fit perfectly. The 'reverse heel' is a bit weird at first but the shoe does wonders for my high arches, almost feeling like they are stretching my feet over the arch and that feels great! Very lightweight; not clunky at all. Let it snow!!
