I have many pairs of Uggs and have never had a problem, until now. I find that they are very hard to get on and off. I wear a size 6 and have small ankles and they are very hard to get on. Once they are on, they are very comfortable. If I knew they would be so hard to get on and off, I would not have bought them.

Fit is true to size, but these bad boys are nearly impossible to get off! Didn't have as much of a problem getting them on, but I nearly twisted my ankle off trying to take off the boots. They are really cozy, but the hassle is not worth it...especially for the cost of Uggs. I wear size 10/11 normal width.

These were bar none the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on out of the box. I wear a 7.5WW in a shoe that 'fits' according to the measuring device. Finding stylish boots in specialty sizes is difficult even with an excellent site like Zappos. So anyway, I tried these on at a local shoe shop in an 8 and they fit like a snuggly warm glove for my feet. I'd even say 'perfect.’ I wanted to buy them in the worst way, but I had to walk away because I needed function as much as comfort and style. I live where ice is more an issue than snow and the traction on these soles is practically non-existent. Had they been more modestly priced I might have purchased them anyway, but I just couldn't justify it when I felt certain I'd slip and bust my bum the first time I stepped on ice.

I got these boots and even though some of the previous reviews I read said they were too tight to get on I did not have a problem although I have narrow feet and little ankles. Unfortunately, my toes touched the top of the boot and would eventually rub over time. They are really nice on and look great. Sadly, I had to return them. I ordered a different pair of Uggs which hopefully will fit better. Zappos' shipping was super fast and the return was so easy. Thanks for such great service and no hassles!

Love the look of these boots but returned them for now due to how tight that leg ankle area is. I am a petite 5 ft tall women who shouldn't have trouble fitting my legs into a shoe. I returned them hoping they will bring them back next season but with a wider leg since this seems to be a frequent complaint with these boots! Favorite looking Ugg by far!

This is a very nice Ugg boot. The vamp and inside of boot is cut very small. Ugg recommends going a 1/2 size smaller. I take an 8 1/2, so I ordered a size 8. I cannot get the boot on. The vamp cut is very tight. I think it would be better to go 1 size larger in this style boot. Need to return.

These boots would be awesome if one could actually get their foot into them. I will admit, I have a wide foot, but even my skinny, narrow-footed 12 year old daughter could barely push her foot into these. They had to go back. Too bad, they are so cute and so warm.

We love these boots; however, they are way too small - even ordered up when thinking through sizing. Will order another pair.

I love the looks of these boots. I ordered these last year and had to send them back.I couldn't get my foot past the ankle area. I offered them to someone who wears a whole size smaller and she couldn't get her foot in them either. The boot needs a zipper on the side. I don't know how you ladies are getting your foot into this boot.

Clumpy and not waterproof - if you have wet snow, say no to these shoes. I live in Chicago and they are awful.

I assumed my second pair of Uggs would be great for the winter. However, the third time I wore these, they became soaked, and I do mean soaked. Sheepskin is absorbent - still drying (4 days later). I expect almost any boot can handle walking the dog on the sidewalk in a 2-3 inches of snow, but not these boots.

I can't get my foot into this boot. For the money, it should leap on to my foot. I refuse to struggle with it. Back they go. Fail!

I was told these boots run true to size, so I order a size 8. They were very roomy in the foot area, so a size 7 may have fit, but you might have a little problem squeezing your foot into the ankle area. \r\n I returned these boots-I did not like them at all for the price. They look much cooler online than in person.\r\n I might order the Mayfaire boot, but I am worried aboutt he zipper holding up on that one.\r\n I might just give up on Uggs all together.

Absolutely love these boots!! Super comfy and warm. They run big and went down a size based on others reviews and they fit perfect.

The boots are great; very comfortable. All the buckles make them different from the regular Uggs that most wear.

These were a Christmas gift for one of our daughter-in-laws. She loved both the style and comfort of the boots. While visiting us over the holiday season, she wore the boots everyday whenever we went out.

Usually wear an 8 in UGGS, but this style seems to run small. Ordered a 9 and they are perfect!

I live in these boots! Got them a year ago and still going strong. I wear them with leggings, skinny jeans and boot cut jeans. They are truly versatile and very waterproof! I wear them in the snow all the time and they are not ruined and keep my feet dry for the most part. Sooooo comfortable!

I spent so much of my time hating Uggs, but once I received these, I have completely changed my mind! Traditional Uggs are so ugly due to the weird shaped toe, the folded down cuffs, and the girls that wear them in the summer with skirts. But now I understand why everybody wears them -- because they are the best boots in the world! They are a little tricky to get on and off, but do ease up the more they are worn. I would not size down in these (at least if you are size 12), as they fit my feet just perfectly and sizing down would've caused them to be too small. I never wear socks with my boots and my feet never sweat in them, despite how warm they are. They do look a little "Frankenstein"-ish, but when they are on your feet, they are much cuter. Since they are Uggs and so "in" right now, you can wear them with anything and not feel ridiculous. Most people don't even know they are Uggs until they see the label, due to the unconventional buckles and nice rounded toe (the aspects that makes these boots awesome). I am so happy!

I was really worried about ordering the correct size, as the stores where I live don't carry these. I am usually a 6 1/2 or 7, and the 7 fits great. I could probably fit in a 6, but with socks (if it gets that cold) a 7 is great. Yes, they are a little difficult to get on, but with some pulling it was no problem. Much easier to get off than on. They are so cute; I am very happy. Can't wait to wear them!

These boots are great. I wasn't sure what size to order because of mixed reviews so I went with my normal size, 10, and they fit perfectly. They were a bit clompy when I first started wearing them. But like any good quality shoe, they look and fit better after you break them in. Been wearing for about two weeks now and I don't feel like I'm clomping around anymore. I sprayed on a waterproof coating. Slightly snug in the ankle when putting the boot on but nothing I couldn't handle. Very warm! Sturdy boot!

Very cute and stylish. I'm not a big fan of the traditional Ugg boot, but this is perfect. I can wear this boot with or without socks and still have my feet stay toasty wear. Very well constructed and will wear this shoe for many snowy winters to come.

I love the boots. At first they are hard to put on and take off, but you have to wear them for a couple of hours and they become softer. I also should've gotten them in a half size smaller. I got them in less than 24 hours with standard shipping, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend these boots to a friend as well as buying things from zappos.com.
