These are very comfortable and very much what you expect from Ugg boots. I'm happy with the purchase, and above all else am always extremely happy with the Zappos service and speed!

This is the first pair of shoes I bought from Zappos. I love Zappos now! They just earned another loyal customer. I did try on a pair at Nordstrom before buying from here. Unfortunately and fortunately, Nordstrom didn't have the color or size that I wanted, so I went with Zappos. I did my research. I checked the Uggs official website to make sure Zappos is an authorized distributor of Uggs. And they are. There are so many counterfeits out there. I really wanted to make sure I was getting the real thing. So, now that I know Zappos sells the real stuff, I'm never going back to other online shoe stores. I am a size 7 1/2 and I wasn't sure if I was going to go with a 7 or an 8. After reading about Uggs, I decided the 7 would be good for me. It's a great fit. It's very warm and comfortable. You don't need thick socks. I try to wear them sockless or thin socks as recommended. These boots have enough room to tuck in skinny jeans. My calves are 14 1/2 inches around, and these are comfortable and roomy enough. I love the look! I wear them with skinny jeans tucked in or flared jeans, not tucked in. Very comfortable and very warm. There's really no arch support, but I haven't had any problems with achy feet. I figure I can throw a thin arch support liner in there if I need it. I noticed that if my feet are super warm, the rest of my legs are also warm. During winter, the coldness of the ground travels up my legs if I have on any other shoes. So, this is great for me, somebody who has knee issues when the weather is cold. I wish I can get the black ones, too. I love these shoes.

These shoes are great! They are very different then regular looking UGG boots. I have gotten tons of complements on the style. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting the UGG boot cleaning kit because it works wonders! Enjoy your new pair of UGG shoes.

5 stars! I love these boots! I just received mine (less than 24 hours since ordering!), and I just love them! These are like a rugged, sturdy, leather version of the original Uggs, with rubber soles, instead of the usual foam-like Ugg soles. I noted that these are true-to-size, because they run the same as regular Uggs. I have many pairs, and these fit right about the same (I wear an 8 in both). I agree with one of the reviewers, that it is a little narrow getting the foot past the ankle area, but that narrowness creates a great fit around the ankle once the boots are on. Also, I have big calves, (I could never wear tall Uggs), and these still fit me. Get yours while you can, because I don't think they'll last! I can't wait to wear these out and about!

The Kensington was my first pair of Uggs. These are the most comfortable boots I own! They are very warm and cushy. It is refreshing to find a pair of boots without a heel, that are still stylish. The leather is soft and definitely needs to be treated before wearing these out in the snow. They do run a bit big, I'm normally an 8-1/2 or 9, and the 8 fits perfectly.

I love these boots. They are very comfortable and warm and I find myself wearing them a lot. As a matter of fact I am wearing them right now! I'm not a big fan of the Original Ugg Boot, but I love these because they are boots and I can wear them with pants and a skirt and look put together.

Size wise same as classic tall/short and a little bigger than your Knightsbridge/Sunset/Upside boot. I wear an 8.5 to 9 and they are roomy even barefoot. Excellent purchase! Also they look so cute with jeans and leggings, an edgy change from the usual Ugg boot and trust me I have many a pair! You will not be sorry. 5 stars all around!

I love these boots. I would never have thought to pay such a high price for boots. However, I changed my mind when I realized how toasty warm they really are. I teach in a mobile unit with little or no insulation. My feet were always cold. Now that I wear my Ugg boots to school, my feet stay warm and my hips don't hurt anymore due to the coldness and cramping in my feet and legs! (Sounds weird, I know!) I usually wear a 6.5 and I got a size 6, which is perfect. These are stylish and comfortable. Zappos.com is the best!

I'm not a fan of the UGG boots that look like malformed Eskimo boots. The Kensington has the shape of a motorcycle boot without the chunky heel. The Merino wool lining is super soft and cozy. I have been tromping around in them in the snow for a few weeks now and I can gladly report I haven't had any soggy socks. When I first got them, my arch was a little big to fit my foot down into the left boot. Snug as it was to get on, it's now stretching a little and easier to put on. The part around the foot is true to size to a tad bigger. It was just the neck of the boot that was a little narrow for my arch. Zappos had the best price on these and I'm glad I got them before they sold out in my size.

Love these boots! They look cool, fit great and I've gotten tons of compliments on them. And I love Zappos. They make it so very easy. Order, try them on, if they don't fit, return them in the same box. No shipping either way! And the prices are comparable to the stores, cheaper where I live because with Zappos I don't pay sales tax!

I'm very happy with these boots. They are very comfortable and they're right with most things that I wear. I usually wear a size 7 or a 7.5, so I got the 7 since they're worn without socks, and they fit well. I have a wide foot with a high arch. The only thing that would have made these boot better for me is if there was arch support in them.

Super cute! These boots are a perfect blend of comfort and style; must say they make your feet look big, but all Uggs that have the classic shape look big to me. But these are very well made, very comfy, all around a winner!

Great boot. Oiled Leather is waterproof (not sueded), and it was exactly what I wanted. Padding in foot bed is only sheepskin so not much softness there. Most Uggs have no arch support, but you don't buy them for that. 1/2 size it down, as they run a little large, but a thin sock makes them perfect! Love the style and Ugg quality. Always worth the money.

I love any of the Uggs with the Signature Ugg outsole made of EVA. I like the shape that this boot and any other Uggs have with this sole. I do order a full size down.

I love this boot. It fits good (I usually wear 5 or 5 1/2), it's super warm, I love the style and quality and it was shipped the next day for free! I highly recommend it.

Just got these boots today, and already love it so much. Tried it on, fits perfect. My sandal size is 7.5, boots size 8. Suggest to buy size 7 for perfect fit. So comfortable, and unique shape.

This was my first pair of UGG boots and I am blown away by them! I have heard many of my friends talk about how comfortable and warm they are. They were right. When I first put them on, I felt like I was walking on clouds. The sheepskin is heaven!
