What a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Zappos. Their customer service department is the best I've ever dealt with. It was a great experience!

High and a bit uncomfy, as the body of the shoe is not very flexible nor forgiving. But that's not expected for shoes at this price point. And they are hot! Overall a good value. I often need to size up a half size to 7 with pumps because my feet are wide-ish, but these fit just like other Steve Madden shoes in my usual 6.5 (same as I wear in flats and sneakers).

I bought three pairs of these shoes for Christmas/bridesmaids gifts for my girls for my upcoming wedding. All girls reported the shoes were true to size. The blue is beautiful! It's more electric in person than this photo shows.

I was unsure about the Taupe color at first, but it is wonderful! The shoes fit true to size and are just glamourous! It is a classic shape with a nice heel height. If you are use to pumps, then your feet will do fine with these. I'm still getting use to them, but I don't wear heels a lot and totally worth it!

Woo, these are fun shoes! They fit me true-to-size and are relatively comfortable for such a high heel. I wear a lot of heels but I think these are the tallest I have. I have worn them to meetings and out in the evening, but not all day - I would imagine your feet would get a bit tired wearing them for a long time, because of the heel height. An arch or ball insert might help. I have the midnight blue, and I think the color is slightly brighter blue than the computer image shows, but it is still a deep, rich color. I've gotten compliments every time I've worn them! One thing to note - USE SUEDE PROTECTOR! I'm on my second pair of these shoes because I didn't protect the first ones - their color faded dramatically!

Great heels for office or jeans! The hidden platform doesn't make you feel like you're walking around in stilts. You may want to get some cushion for the ball of your foot, as your foot will tend to slip if wearing them all day. I got so many compliments that I bought them in black suede too! Sexy shoes!

The photos don't reveal how beautiful these shoes really are. They're classy, very sophisticated and sexy. I ordered them on a Sunday and expected them to be delivered in 5-7 days. I received them on Tuesday (just 2 days) and I will be wearing them tomorrow!

I have the purple suede from last year and just bought the black patent, but now have my eyes set on the red patent. Clearly, a good buy.

They are so pretty, just a little stiff. Okay walking in them once you get used to them; standing around in them gets a little painful. I'm hoping they feel a little better once I break them in a little (stretch out the toebox) as my toes are a tiny bit cramped, but they are really pretty & I get a lot of compliments. Dithered between the 6 & the 5 1/2 but when I tried on the 6 in a store, it would have slipped off my heel even with heel cushions, so they are true to size. I am addicted to Steve Madden shoes - I think this is my 7th or 8th pair - hard to find shoes in a 5 1/2 anymore, so glad someone is making pretty shoes in my size!

I love these shoes! Based off the name midnight blue, I expected the shoes to be darker, but they're more of a royal blue. Overall, the shoes are fabulous! I get tons of compliments on them and so far have bought 2 pairs.

Love these! Great gray shoes for fall. Platform makes them much more comfortable. Looks very well made, and the suede is of good quality. I can wear them barefoot and with tights or hose, and they stay on. I did put grippers on the soles and inside.

Beautiful shoe! Color is a little more muted than the picture, but still gorgeous. One note - I ordered up a half size, based on the Zappos note in the information about the shoe. No need to do that. I had to exchange for my normal size.

I love these shoes. I also bought them in the plum suede last season and immediately regretted that I didn't buy the black patent version right then. Now that they are back, you need to get a pair! They look great with tights and the hidden platform looks more classy than the exposed platform, therefore making them work appropriate, too!

I bought this in suede Lilac color and it's the most comfortable shoes ever! Imagine walking all around Vegas dragging a stumbling friend and dancing all night. I figured "I'm going to have blisters!" However, I did not have a single blister, nor did my feet hurt at all. I heart these shoes.

These are my new favorite platform heels! Very comfortable and stylish. I love the shape of the platform and it makes them easy to walk in. Toe shape is very cut too.

Gorgeous heels! These are a great alternative to the Aldo Fawson pump that's sold out. They're comfortable and actually easy to walk in considering the height!

I bought these in the Royal Blue last season, and just bought a pair of black suede. These are not wear all day shoes, but I can go a few hours in them standing. Walking is difficult because they're just so high. I also wear gel inserts in the toe box to prevent the balls of my feet from hurting after a bit of standing, and that helps too. They look great, emphasis on the look. Not the most comfortable shoe.

Amazing! This shoe is amazing! Beautiful and pretty comfy considering the height of the heel. I'm usually an 8 or an 8 1/2. I ordered an 8 1/2 and it fit perfect! A little snug at first, but after wearing them around the house for ten minutes they broke in nicely! Highly recommended.

In love with this shoe! I absolutely love this shoe! I have been looking for this color shoe (blush) for the longest, but when I go the department stores, size 9s are impossible to find. These are my new faves! This shoe will go with every color outfit imaginable. Zappos service? I ordered three pairs of shoes on a Monday and these the next day. They all arrived on Wednesday! Wow!
