Pleased with UGG's - I am very pleased with my UGG's. They fit very well. I am about a half size small, so they are true to size.

The Ugg's Ascot - Having a size 14 foot, finding that size slipper is sometimes a problem. With zappos I could just type in the size I am looking for and they bring up all the slippers that are available in that size. this is the 3rd item I have bought from them and I have been very satisfied with the service on each purchase.

Wow! My first pair...and boy did Ugg deliver. My lovely wife purchased my very first pair of slippers as a Christmas present. Great fit, style, and design. They almost feel like I have nothing on at all. They are very comfortable and warm (not hot). It outperforms the reviews we read here. Thanks to my wonderful wife, and Zappos!, I'm now a bonifide slipper believer!

I had seen the shoe in a catalog for the Holiday, but they were all sold out, so lucky me, I went to your Web-Site, and low and behold the Ugg's were available in the size (13) and color I needed. Zappos is great!

As always, Zappos shipped these in a timely manner. The shoes, however, were small. My husband always wears a size 10, in running shoes, slippers, boots, etc. and this size 10 needed to be exchanged for an 11.

A sturdy slipper able to be worn inside or out. Very warm and quite comfortable. Had a pair of Uggs that I wore for many years. They're really well made and I expect these will last for decades. A good size fit. The only negative is these slippers are a bit like a shoe with a sole made for outer wear.

Alana - I bought these slippers for my husband for christmas this year, he loves them. The only thing is dont wear them out side to often, the tred is not wide enough on the bottom. But other than that they are not off his feet.

Uggs Rule - Simple comfort. Its so easy to just slip them on and head out the door for class.

Great slippers - I recently bought the ugg ascot slipper for my boyfriends birthday. WE both love them. my only concern was that the insole of the slipper seemed to be coming unglued from the first day ans we may have to return them. thats always a bummer. Overall great shoes and great service

great gift! I got these as a gift for my dad and he loves them - the perfect house slipper for cold weather in Vermont. He wears a half-size and I ordered one size up, which he says fits him perfectly.

Very comfortable but can get hot.

Very comfortable and warm, great winter shoes. Unfortunately, they apparently aren't built for serious usage. The sheepskin has become seriously degraded under the forefoot area. Also, some of the sewn parts of the shoe have started unraveling, but nothing serious has come of it yet. These are great shoes while they last, but don't think you can wear them every day for more than one winter. In my opinion they are not worth the price. A pair of shoes at this price should last more than one winter.

After purchasing a pair of women's Ugg Coquette slippers for both my daughter and myself, I thought I would surprise my husband with a pair of Ugg Ascots. However, even after reading reviews that this style runs small, I only went slightly bigger (he generally wears a 10½ to 11 so I ordered an 11). On arrival, they were just too snug all over. As usual, Zappos handled the exchange to a larger size (12) with ease as the new pair appeared on our doorstep only two days after sending back the original pair. A perfect fit! Now we are all happy hopefully, for years to come. Yes, these are a bit of an investment/indulgence. But that being said, after wearing a pair of Ugg slippers, it is difficult to imagine settling for anything else.

Bought these as a gift for my son. He loved them - wanted some house shoes that were going to keep feet warm and these definitely do that. Since they are Ugg brand, am sure they will last a long time.

This is the second pair that I bought for my husband. He loves them and says how comfortable they are. They fit true to size. They are great to wear outdoors, too.

These shoes are amazing! They are very comfortable, warm and super high quality. I got some of the Ugg slides (my first pair of Ugg's) and they didn't keep my whole foot warm. These do, very well. Zappos's also sells new insoles if you need to replace them. Very nice!!

The most comfortable things I've ever put on my feet. They are a bit pricey, but made very well and should last a long time. Make sure to get a size up though as they do seem to run a little small. I normally wear a size 13, but ended up buying a 14 and they fit perfectly.

These are perfect for my husband. Got them for him for Christmas, then three months later one of the seams started to unravel. I was sent a brand new pair in TWO days, and just got the return slip in the mail and sent the others back for free. Kind of amazing.

The slippers are great but the sizes do not match my shoe size. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe size. I ordered a 9 and they barely fit. A disappointment is they were made in China.

These slippers are great: warm and comfortable. Highly recommended. I had to return for a larger size and found that the customer service representative I spoke with to be exemplary. Absolutely the best customer care I have experienced, bar none. One thing, it would be helpful to have US shoe sizes in the size chart for this product.

My UGS Ascot's are very comfortable, warm and well made. I would highly recommend this product but would warn anyone not to buy the Globe Astros slippers as mine ripped out in less than 6 months with very light use.

Whats not to love. Much better than the open backed UGG slippers that these replaced. Great bottom tread.
