I purchased these slippers as a gift for my husband, and he loves them. They are super comfortable. If you are between sizes, definitely go with the next size up - these run on the small side. Speedy delivery and great customer service from Zappos (as usual).

Brought these for my husband because his feet are always cold. He absolutely loves them. I had read the reviews about the size running small so I ordered a size larger and the slippers fit great. I love the next day delivery by Zappos. Keep up the great service!

Got these for a Christmas gift to our son. He likes them. He usually wears a 10 1/2; we ordered an 11, which fit him.

My husband really likes his slippers. I was so glad that I read the other reviews. He wears a size 11 and so I got him a 12. They were a little tight with heavy socks, but they might stretch a bit and barefoot they are great! I Love Zappos' service!

I got these for my husband's Christmas. Had ordered his regular size and had to exchange for a size larger. He LOVES them! Zappos exchanges are easy and customer service is wonderful!

Customer service was great since I had to return these 2 times for the correct size. They run small. A womans 12 equals a men's 12. Women's not available in a 12. The returns were fast even at the holiday. The slippers are wonderful and a quality product.

My husband loves them. However he wears a 13 and I am having to return them. They are a little small!

I ordered 3 of these for Christmas gifts. All wore 1/2 sizes, so I ordered up to the whole size and all 3 fit perfect. They all loved them - soft, warm, yet with a sole on the bottom. A big hit!

Just gave these Ugg Ascots to my father for Christmas-- they are delicious and he loved them. The leather is rich, strong and supple, and the interior lining is soft and plush, as expected. Highest rating!

I bought these for my husband, he asked for a pair of slipper and I debated between several well known brands, but chose UGGs based on a pair I had and liked. When I was reading the reviews I noticed that some people said they ran small, since my husband is a size 13 I went with his true size, unfortunately for us they do appear to run small. I called Zappos yesturday afternoon around 4, and told them I wanted to return the 13s and get 14s and the customer service rep was fantastic. She explained the free return shipping and said we should receive the larger pair in two days, she was wrong, they were delivered this afternoon! My husband tried them on and hasn't taken them off since. I'm very impressed since he generally goes barefoot because his feet get hot, but not with these slippers. The traction on the bottom seems great, and he was very happy with the feel of the inside. I personally love the color, since he'll walk with them outside at some point and the darker brown will mask any markings he gets on them, unlike the lighter colorings.

These are excellent slippers! The quality of workmanship is the best. The suede is very soft and the lining is very thick. There is very little arch support, but just what would be expected from slippers. We had searched for slippers for quite a while, and we are glad to have found just what we wanted here. I purchased a similar pair for each of us.

Love these slippers. My normal shoe size is 11.5 so I ordered a 12. They were too small. Re-ordered a 13 and they fit perfectly.

Looks great; nice warm slipper. I'm not sure if the wool on the inside will compress over time: it's starting to show signs on that a month after ownership. Listen to everyone who says to buy large. I'm a 10, 10.5, and got a 12. It fits perfectly.

I bought these for my husband who wears slippers the entire time he is home. I was hesitant to pay a lot for slippers, but these are such excellent quality and highly durable, they are more than worth it. We had to get a size larger than his normal size.

This purchase was the second pair of Ugg slippers. The first pair were so comfortable that it was worth repeating. They fit very true to size and provide warmth on cold days or cold floors!

My Ascots arrived in today's mail. First Uggs I've owned. They look great. At first they seemed very tight on my bare feet. I have wide size 10 feet and I ordered size 10 Ascots. After wearing them around the house for a couple of hours they are stretching and conforming to my feet. It's in the low 20's in Anchorage today and I wore them on my front porch, with toasty warm feet. I also bought the Ugg care kit and I plan to weatherize them with the sheepskin protector. But that would require 24 hours for them to dry, and I don't want to take them off! I already ordered a pair of Ugg classic short boots.

There is one major problem with these slippers: they are so darned comfortable that I keep keep forgetting to take them off when I leave the house. Also, my teenage son has taken to 'borrowing' them when I'm not around and he would not normally be seen dead in anything I wear. I take a 10 in a shoe and ordered these in an 11.

Love these. This is my second pair. The first lasted just under four years. Well worth the money when you look at how long they'll last! I love getting the next day as well, they have a hub near me. Everyone knows 14s are hard to find...not here. Great all around. Thanks again (for about the 16th pair of shoes now).

Like these a lot, but they seem to run small. I typically wear a 9.5 and I bought a size 10. They're very tight, but they're starting to stretch. I've had similar slippers before so I'm pretty sure they'll stretch and be just fine, but definitely think about buying a size larger than normal.

Not only does my husband love these slippers, but my kids fight over them each day and night (ages 10, 8, 6). Of course they don't fit them but they all have nicknamed them...Heaven!
