Well, the only reason I looked at these shoes was because of a review in Consumer Reports. Who buys running/walking shoes based on a magazine review? I have had so many problems with shoes because of wide foot, bunions, injuries, etc. I race-walk, and always wore running shoes. Lately all running shoes irritated my bad foot. I bought these sort of on a dare, just to see...knowing I could return them at no charge. Well, I was flabbergasted - these shoes were great! They are soft enough on the side not to irritate my bunion at all (even on long fast walks) and they are not too narrow (although I normally wear a D width) and my foot doesn't hurt! I am in love with these shoes.

I had my doubts when I purchased these shoes because all walking shoes hurt my feet. I was pleasantly surprised! They are light, padded in the right places, comfortable, and wonderful for the walking I do every day for exercise. I definitely recommend them for anyone wanting a great shoe for walking, or just spending the day wearing.

I love these shoes; perfect fit. I have a narrow heel and a wider toe area. They are very comfortable.

This sneaker is perfect for wide(r) toes and narrow heels. My high instep and high arch are comfortable especially after I relaced them with laces coming up rather than down through the eyelets and avoiding the lace loop halfway up the tongue. Great cushiony footbed and the dark brown/taupe color is perfectly neutral without being boring. Go up a 1/2 size if you are planning to wear socks - the shoe is ventilated enough to be cool in summer even with socks.

I have chosen this sneaker as a Consumer Reports best walking sneaker. It turns out it is right. I alternate this with other sneakers and try to have a specialized sneaker for each sport. It cuts on the possibility of athlete's feet.

I have been wearing these almost non-stop since they arrived yesterday, and they are wonderful. As I always do, I replaced the insoles with Superfeet. They have been very comfortable and stable, and although I have not yet done any dedicated walking in them, I believe that they will be very good. I put in a very long day on my feet yesterday, and at the end of the day my feet felt great. The brown color does look good with khakis, which are what I live in. These are definitely keepers, and Zappos' service can't be beat.

I only buy Ryka sneakers, this is my 6th pair and the most comfortable one I ever got. Lightweight, fits true to size, my European foot is wider, but medium width is fine. A pleasure to walk in. I walk on average 3-4 miles per day. Good for the warm climate too here at the Carolina coast. It\'s a nice looking sneaker.

These Ryka shoes are absolutely wonderful. The arch support is great and the medium width is perfect for my wide feet (with bunions). After trying about 20 pairs of shoes over a period of 2-3 months, I finally found the Ryka Radiant that gives me the arch support that I need. The Java Brown color is slightly roomier in the toe box than the White. It\'s a very neutral color which looks good with khakis too. I tried a half size larger, but it was too big in the Java Brown. The white pair felt tighter. Rykas tend to run a little wider, so they\'re perfect for my difficult-to-fit feet. I love the Ryka Radiant so I ordered another pair from Zappos.

Best shoe for women! Fits perfectly and the ortho insole makes them really comfortable. This is my second pair.

Have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have had a hard time finding comfortable shoes because of crooked feet and toes to exercise and work in. This is the best shoe yet, fits well in heel and doesn’t slip when I walk. Ample toe room and supports the ball of foot without a binding feeling. Good job the architect of this shoe. Do you make this in a golf shoe?

I stick with this brand because the fit is pretty consistent. The toe area is very comfortable and roomy-your toes don't hit the end. I need heel support because I am on my feet for 10 hours a day and these sneakers make it possible. My heel spurs haven't returned since I've been wearing Ryka's.

I love my new Rykas. I take Jazzercise 5 days a week and need a lot of cushion in the heel and these shoes supply it! I normally take a wide shoe but these are just fine.

These shoes are great - it's a different feel from other sneakers but I think I'm definitely getting the support I need. I wished I had gotten the high top style as I used them for kickboxing and I still feel like I need a little more side support (but that's because I had a knee operation). The sizing was tricky for me - the 8's felt like they were just too snug and the 8.5s were big - I stuck to the 8s and they now fit perfect.

I’ve only started walking about 3 months ago and finally decided to invest in a good pair of shoes. I love these! I overpronate and I would have preferred a wide, but they don't make it in this style. So, I've tried a few different pair of socks, adjusted the lacing and I've found the right combination! Customer service at Zappos is the best on the web! Thanks guys!

Ryka is my favorite company for all my athletic needs. It is true to size and gives me great arch support. Ryka radiant is attractive and was comfortable to wear from day one.

I bought these because of the description of this brand designing their shoes with a narrower heel. They are very comfortable and I especially like the look. Thanks, Zappos for carrying this brand!

I felt shoe fits true to size. I wear an orthotic and the insole came out easily and the orthotic fit well. Very comfortable for long walking...we walked 25 miles on our trip to Disneyland and Sea World and my feet did great in these shoes! One recommendation, relace the shoes when they come because they put laces in in such a fashion that you can't pull them tight. Even then, you do have to work the laces a bit to get them snug. Light shoe, nice look and great walking in them-will buy again...

I still haven’t figured out how Zappos got these to me so quickly! Incredible service!! I tell all my friends to use Zappos. I love it! The shoes are awesome. They are so comfortable. There was no breaking in needed. I took the advice of others and ordered a half size bigger and they fit perfect! They’re very light weight and the best feeling shoe I have ever worn. My feet still feel great after a power walk or a Zumba class. Highly recommend.

The shoes fit true to size and are very comfortable for working out, as well as being fairly priced. I had my doubts purchasing shoes without trying them on in a store first but I will be buying more shoes from Zappos.

I love Ryka tennis shoes. I also got the studio Rykas for my Zumba class and both the Radient and Studio fit like a glove. I also love the customer service that Zappos offer. Zappos is guilty indulgence.

Love these shoes! These shoes are exactly what I have been looking for, but didn't know which brand would deliver. They are comfortable from the start, no breaking in or getting used to. They're flexible and supportive. Zappos was amazingly fast in delivery. I ordered them at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday night and they were at my door the next day! I took the advice of others and ordered a half size bigger and they fit perfect! Lots of toe room. They're the best. I am now a loyal customer of Ryka and Zappos!
