The color Tumble Rigid is darker than the picture. Basically black. The jeans, however, are very comfortable and what. You'll expect that from Levi's. I got this and a pair of 501's and I enjoy my 501s a lot more. Believe it for not these pants calves are actually more baggy than 501's.

Great pair of jeans and an awesome value. Competitive with other designer jeans without the high price tag.

These are great jeans! Word of caution though. The Levi's 514 jean sizes vary incredibly! If you wear a 32x34 514 in the Khaki style, a 32X34 514 in the Graphite sytle will be completely different in terms of length and waist size.

Overall the 514 slim straights are great. This pair (overhaul) looked great on the webpage, but was different when I got it. I was looking for a simple one solid color pair of pants, but the overhauls were lighter on the knees and below the back pockets

These are a great bargain for a woman disgusted with cut, fit, and prices of girl-jeans. They are not perfect, but they are perfectly adequate.

I've been looking for a great pair of jeans for my husband. They're not quite as slim as I'd hoped in the legs and butt but certainly better than the ones he's been wearing.

I love Zappos, it takes less time to click enter and have it shipped to my house than it would for me to drive to the mall and buy this. Levi 514 fits good, it has less material in the crotch area. Sits low on the waist. But the material is thin! It has fake looking worn in wrinkles on the front pockets that look like crap! I'm 54, I grew up on Levi's and Wranglers and this is paper thin, no way I could wear this to work outside. Plus, all I want is a faded pair, not the worn out look, or the built in wrinkles or faded areas that come from years of wear. The pair I have now is the Blue Collar, yesterday I had the Indigo Wash that I already returned. This sucks! What's wrong with society today? Not willing to wait for the worn out faded look, which takes time. These kids got trophies for showing up to the field, they all passed high school, got into and out of college but can't find a job with out their mother's help, because they want to make $100K a year to start, and now they want to buy jeans that look like they are 5 years old and broken in. They want it now, not willing to wait for something real. Levi has 20 colors of 514 Blue Jeans. They all look fake! Fake wear, fake wrinkles, even fake stains. Even the standardize have fake faded stripes on the front pockets. Do you really think this fools anyone? If I was a millennial I would call my mother to have this fixed for me, but since I'm an old Boomer I'll either keep a pair that I don't like or just return another pair. But I like the fit so much I can overlook the thin material and hope I don't bump into a table because they'll probably tear. I gave a 5 for comfort, 1 for style because they look and feel like fake jeans and there is nothing lower than a 1. Every Jean gets a trophy!

I loved these jeans. I purchased back in Feb. but sadly enough these jeans are not very well made. The jeans have ripped in the rear as well as in the groin area. I have worn these jeans only a few times and they are among my favorite in terms of style and fit, but are made poorly . It would great if Zappo's would allow me to exchange them, but probably unlikely.

Levi 514's are some of my favorite jeans ever, and they fit me great. The only problem is, with the indigo wash, they tear in the crotch extremely easily. I've never had an issue with any of the other colors, but with this one (the lightest color I've had), I went through three pairs in three months. They all tore in the same place in the crotch, as if there's a weak spot there. Weak is right.

I have no clue how these are considered "slim." They are not a slim cut. They are baggy. The denim is very lightweight too.

Poor quality,please write it down and give it back to Levi's jeans.

These pants suck! The fit is decent through the leg, but for some reason they have a crazy long crotch, like 4 inches too long. I pull the waist up over my belly button, and it still hangs down a few inches. It creates weird wrinkles across the crotch and down the leg, and is uncomfortable. Why, Levi's?

Bought 2 pairs - within a week, the infamous crotch hole appeared in both. I love the style and fit of these, but will not buy these any longer given how easily they wear out.

I ordered several pairs of the 514s and this finish is total crap. I wore them today for perhaps the fifth time and they split open on the back. Des this have to do with the type of denim, or the way in which it is manufactured? I do not care! I ought to get my money back or a new pair of jeans. The gray colored ones and the dark wash seem of much higher quality.

I like the 514 fit and I really wanted the dirt rush color. Unfortunately, the fit was unusually tight and the denim lighter than my other pairs of 514s. I have to return it.

Horrible fit. Horrible, flimsly fabric. The product shrank well beyond normal expectations. Buy Lucky Brand instead.

My son loves the 514. I purchased him 4 pairs in August; however, I can no longer get the 29 x 36. My son is small but tall. Not all people are short, some are tall & slender. Not sure why I can not find these pants in the size I just purchased 4 months ago.
