Even though these pants are called "slim" they actually fit like original Levis. My husband wears a 32x34 and found it hard to find pants that weren't either too baggy or too skinny. Until now!

Levi's are really the only brand of jean I wear, or trust enough to spend my money on. These 514 slim straights are the ideal jean. Not to baggy and not to tight, so its not like you are wearing girls pants. I wear a 33x32 and am about 155 160lbs, they fit perfectly. Great color too, nice and dark! Buy them and enjoy!

I love these pants. I have three pairs of different colors and they fit perfectly. I am wearing a pair now. I am 5'11" and have a 33" waist. I am athletic and have slightly larger thighs than usual (if the way I fit most pants is any indication) But these fit perfectly. However, when looking at them in a mirror they look great, not large in the thighs at all. Especially given the relatively low price compared to other jeans, I highly recommend them.

Was hesitant to order jeans without trying them on. I have a couple pair of these and the ones I purchased on Zappos were just the same...perfect! The dark rigid color can't be found in stores. Definitely going to purchase another pair from Zappos! Awesome...as always!

Finally. A pair of pants that fits the ectomorph without looking like they are spray-painted on. Different colors seem to have slightly different fitting.

The Levi's 514 are the best pair of jeans to slip into either for a night out or a lazy day at home. They are true to fit and fit just right. The slim cut lengthens and flatters - and might even turn a head or two.

Best Levi's jeans ever! If you feel, like I do, that manufacturers cut clothes too big for the American market, then Levi's has the solution with these jeans. Make sure you wash them before wearing them, and wash every five or six wears after that. These jeans look great with boots, driving shoes, loafers, and even sneakers! Levi's, whatever you guys do, don't discontinue this product, please.

So much more handsome on my husband than his relaxed fit Levis! He has to get used to a lower cut waist, but really he looks great in them. In my opinion they are sized correctly and not longer, not shorter.

My husband is tall and thin. He has always had trouble finding clothes that fit. These were great right out of the box. We will be coming back for more!

Fits and feels better than the Levis 505. More of a straight cut than a slim. I have a medium sized build and these fit great - not too baggy or too tight. I'd highly recommend these if you're looking for a more up-to-date look without going the skinny jeans route.

Although I didn't order these for myself, I am still very happy with the jeans. They were for my son. Because of the wide range of sizes that are available on Zappos, they fit my son perfectly. He liked them a lot -- he wears them on casual Friday at his office. They are traditional, with a modern look to them. Perfect for the post college guy who has grown beyond the "baggy, saggy" jeans, but doesn't want to look like his Dad! Plus, I ordered them on a Thursday morning, and they were delivered on a Friday afternoon! Great service.

For jeans, this is the best fit out there. Not too skinny, because we all know skinny jeans and jeggings are for ladies, and not baggy at all. The only qualm I have with these is that the pockets are kind of hard to get into since it is a medium rise and these are slim jeans. The color of the jeans in the picture are accurate.

I ordered these jeans for my husband after returning a "Silver Tab" style of Levi's that had pockets that were too ornate. These Slim Straight 514's fit him very well and are a great color. I wish that the crease marks were not there across the front, but they are subtle enough to forget about. As always, very good Zappos service.

Fits me well....looks current, but not too trendy. I am not sure exactly how much I like the color (for me), but I am 36 and have yet to fully accept this dark jeans look. I think I look like a wanna be cowboy and that is absolutely not my choice. I have same jean in other color and very happy with that. Just carefully consider the color...challenge of online purchase.

My son loves his new jeans. They fit as described and photo provided an accurate representation of the wash color. Thanks for being one of the only places where I can find size 28X32! Zappos rocks!

Fantastic jean if you need a very short rise.

I bought these for my son who's just moving out of kid clothes into mens. The fabric is a little softer & less dense than traditional denim. They sit low on the the waist, just above the hips. They are looser in the butt & thigh than the 512 slim fit.
