I love these jeans. I've been looking for years for Levi's replacement to their low rise straights. I'm a weight lifter, so I have to buy a size up, but they fit great and I don't feel like I'm wearing bell bottoms.

Good ol' Levi's. There are so many denim options out there today, yet I always come back to Levi's. I sent these to my son in college. He's long and lean and these fit well. He's not a hipster doofus so they're not skinny jeans, but he doesn't look like he is walking around in his dad's jeans either ("relaxed fit"). These are somewhere in between and just right.

I have worn Levis 501, 527, 511 -- I've got many years in Levis. I like a jean that fits close -- the manual labor I do needs tough jeans that don't get in the way. The 514 is my new standard. The same jeans I need at work in are also fit to wear off the job.

Best fitting and looking jeans I have ever owned. I have previously worn Levi's Boot Cut but the fit on these is fantastic.

The 514 is perfect with the cut through the leg and sitting just below the waist. The denim and color wash seem to hold up very well, better than any retail brand at this price.

Well, my wife wanted me to get skinny jeans, but I couldn't really do a pencil leg and maintain a straight face. Fortunately, these jeans worked for both of us. Simple dark wash, looks nice with a coat. A little more snug in the tenders than I was used to (wore 505s previously), but the material is relaxing appropriately. I haven't bought a non-Levis pair of jeans since the early 90's, so I can't compare with other brands.

Love these jeans. If you are not a fan of jeans that make your butt look like it's closer to the back of your knees than your waist like so many jeans are cut today, then these are for you. Favorite pair I've bought in years.

My son who constantly wears sweats has had these on for the past couple of days. He seems to like them since he asked me to order another pair.

I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas because they're his favorite jeans. They hold up really well and look really good on him.

My husband loves these jeans! I love that Zappos offers odd-sized jeans because my husband's waist is between 34 and 36. I haven't even seen 35 waist jeans at the Levi's store! I also appreciate the great selection of lengths as my husband is 6'5" and most inseams are too short. These particular jeans are a perfect casual wash and the material is a thin, soft denim, perfect for our Southern California weather.

They fit and feel great. My wife loves how they look with a fitted button-down shirt. Need I say more? The only downside is they are a little pricey for what I like to spend, but the fit is worth it to me.

Great pair of jeans. Cut is just perfect -- says "straight" but has a little room to move without ridiculous "relaxed" look. I wear them with boots.

Beware! These are mens 514 SLIM Straight jeans meaning they fit tight in the waist. I'm 6' 185lbs and normally wear a 34w 34l. I could hardly get into these so I'm sending them back. Otherwise they are great jeans! Look awesome, too bad I don't fit in them.

Levi's is one of the few brands that actually fit and look great. I wear them casually, and wear them for a night out. Zappos has a good selection on their website to choose from.

My beloved boyfriend is 6'2" with a short torso, short waist, and very long legs. We buy these jeans for him in 32 x 34 and they always fit perfectly -- no penguin crotch, perfect length, and perfect fit -- slim and straight! I bought him three pairs in different colors and they all fit exactly the same. I think he's a total jerk for being able to order jeans so easily, but these are really great!

Wow. Is Zappos following me? I am wearing these jeans as we speak. They fit great. The cut has become a bit slimmer since my last purchase of Levi's Mens 514 Slim Straight. The wash is super dark which I love. I am thinking about purchasing a second pair and just alternating, or getting the dark regular jean wash.

These are great jeans. They are my favorite Levi's of all time. They are better than 501 in my opinion.

I could just scream! I ordered to surprise my husband, you shipped it the next day; and he has grown back into a size 36! We want this replaced with size 36/29 please.

The perfect pair... this is my third pair of 514's and first in a (relatively) lighter wash. In my opinion, 514's live up to the hype and offer a perfect balance between fit and comfort. The Indigo Wash is a great, classic look. I did find that the inseam might be a hair shorter compared to my other two pairs of 514's (all the same size).

Gorgeous deep, deep blue - probably the darkest blue Levi's has. Great 514 fit. Remember to wash in cold water though!

They are what they say the are. The only thing I would add is there is a little bit of a metallic shine in the pant. Nothing too bad but it's close. It just has a little shine.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them so much! The color is great, and the cut is really masculine. He is slightly taller than average and very slim, and the 29X32 fit perfectly. And yay Zappos for stocking that size!
