I have been buying Levi's for about 30 years now. Within the last few years their quality has really taken a nose dive. One cheesy thing was they switched from 7 belt loops to 5. The quality of the denim is not what it was. It feels thinner / cheaper. I recently purchased a pair of Wranglers (I have never bought Wranglers before). The quality of their jeans has leapfrogged Levi.

A great pair of pants. In a world of skinny jeans and hipster sensibilities, the 550s are a breath of fresh and nonrestrictive air. Loose enough to move around in, but not so baggy that you look like you're going to a Limp Bizkit concert in 1998. As a tall person with little-to-no butt to speak of, the 33W 36L fit great. I'll definitely be back for more 550s in the future.

The pair of Levis I purchased was exactly as described on the Zappos website. Zappos is the only source I have been able to find to get the dark blue 550 jeans in a 29 length. Great service, great product, at a fair price.

Perfect pants for me. I tried some 501s but too tight in the waist/thighs, and the 550s were just right - roomy enough for comfort but not baggy.

Zappos is awesome! The easiest, most efficient internet site I've ever ordered from. The jeans I purchased were at a significantly reduced price, same great quality, and best of all, I received the items on my doorstep the next day! Also, their return policy rocks (of course I didn't need to use it)! But, if I had, you can return it in their envelope postage free. Definitely plan on shopping here again!

I have worn Levi's jeans for over fifty years. The quality has been excellent over the years; however, it seems that the last two pair I purchased from a local department store must have been "seconds" or something. The fit was horrid, and one had pocket material so thin it ripped by the third wearing. The pair I just received from Zappos fit perfectly, was of top quality, was priced competitively, and arrived promptly. Zappos consistently exceeds my expectations.

Having searched everywhere for these Levis in the size my husband needed I found them at Zappos. They were perfect, shipping was fast and free. Zappos is now my go to place for everything. (We even looked for these Levi's in NYC and could not find them at the Levi's store).

The jeans are great! On a customer service note....Zappos is unbeatable! They go above and beyond. These arrived wrong and they asked me to donate to charity. They came wrong again a second time and not only did they get me the correct pair the next day, they credited my bank account. That is why I keep coming back. Thank you Zappos for having a customer service that is hard to find these days.

Levi's 550's, just as advertised. I have a difficult time finding my size locally (42x34). Zappos had them, price was great and shipped them instantly! Couldn't be happier. Thanks Zappos!

Zappos provided me 4 pairs of pants in my size. That in itself is something that has never happened at any retail establishment. Second, all of those pants fit! Another feat never achieved before. I will buy Levi's only from Zappos going forward and maybe other things too.

First we tried the Levi's regular 35x34. They were a tad too tight, so returned it and got the relaxed fit 35x34. This fits perfectly. But even better - for us, the Zappos delivery and return times cannot beat!

It's long been a challenge to find my size (31Wx34L) in stores so the last time I needed new jeans I used Levis.com. But this time not even they had my favorite black 550s. Zappos did, and they even shipped faster than expected. Same great service I've come to expect with shoes after many Rockport orders. Next time I'll check here first.

These jeans are great for those of us that are too tight in a 34" and too loose in a 36" - and the wash size is great.

Classic Levi's are always the best. My husband thought these were no longer available. We were so pleased to get the e-mail that Zappos had them in stock. Thank you Levi's and thank you Zappos!

Was very impressed with the "lightning fast" shipping. Website easy to use, even if you have to go back and forth and are 2nd guessing your selection, color, size etc. Ha. Will be back.

Good product, great price. Only place I could find my size. I did get one pair that was marked a 29 in the leg, but was a really a 30. Fortunately the Zappos return policy made it a snap to get another one that fit as it was marked.

My husband won't wear any other jeans! He owns a construction company and needs a looser fit than the typical straight leg fit of today. True to size and def recommend!
