These were a better value but wasn’t sure if the material was as heavy duty, but they were, so these are my next choice.

everything was great about these jeans.....only returning them because I ordered two pairs of the same by mistake! Classic Levis style with nice, rugged stitching and durable appearance. Thank goodness some things don't change!

My husband has been wearing the Levi 517 boot cut jeans for years. We ordered them from Zappos & received them quickly. The fit & feel was absolutely great & the price with the discount was cheaper than anyone else. We’ll definitely check out Zappos when we shop!

I purchased these in the past and was very happy with the fit and quality. I had to purchase new because of weight lose and they did not disappoint. Both the fit and feel did not change.

Been wearing Levi's 517 for 23 years, have tried other styles of Levi's plus other brands but the 517s just sent me the best. Used to do a lot of horseback riding and they were great for that. Material is a lot heavier than some of the current Levi's styles – they really wear well. I've had some pairs for 8 years, washed a lot and is still wearable. Sadly, after 50 years Levi's decided to DISCONTINUE this style (2019). Still available at Zappos and some other websites, so get them while you can!
