I used to wear these exact jeans except I took size 32x36 and they fit great (a little higher in the back than in the front which was slimming from my point of view). I am a female, 6' tall, and used to be 145lbs. I now am 150lbs and thought that the next size up would be a little more comfortable. The extra inch at the waist was just right but for some reason the back of the waist is a little lower than the front which is exactly the look I don't like. My 32x36 jeans were purchased about three years ago and I don't know if Levi is cutting them differently or what has changed. I am still looking for a pair that will be quite a bit higher in the back the than the front.

Bought two pair. One pair was two inches longer than the other but same size.

Zappos service is fantastic. Always pleased with rapid delivery and easy returns. The fabric of these jeans is very stiff even after 2nd wash. Hopefully will soften with wearing + washing and hold the color. Fit is okay.

Great price and fast shipping on Levi's. No need to go anywhere else. I feel like the material in Levi's was better when they were made in this country, but too late to complain about that.

Purchased a couple of pair of Levis 505 Straight Fit -- two pair denim (Range and Highland), one pair corduroy. There is a wide variance in the sizing. The cords fit just fine out of the box (they are 80/20 cotton blend, by the way), but the denim pairs were too loose, relative to the cords, and one pair (Range) measured longer than marked. Let me say that I despise stores and crowds, so Zappos' free return shipping is awesome and totally necessary when buying online. If not for the "virtual dressing room" then I would have had to pay return shipping or at least haggle with the Returns Department of a store re: the defective items. Nothing like that here. Keep up the good work, Zappos!

The pants look great. The only thing wrong was they are not true to size as all my other 505's were. I ordered 33 x 32 and they were way too tight so I reordered them in 34 x 32 and they fit fine. This is the first pair I received that was made in China, perhaps this is the reason as all my other Levi's were made in different countries and they all fit fine. Otherwise I am very satisfied with them.

I ordered a pair in the "tumbled rigid" wash and they're some of the best fitting jeans I've ever had. Bought a second pair in the "range" wash and the fit was significantly different. I broke out my measuring tape only to discover that the range were a full inch and half shorter in the seat. Short version, beware of size inconsistency across the different washes.

I bought these jeans in Range and Highland. The Range fit great. The Highland felt way too tight. Depending on where they are made the fitment can vary. Other than that, good quality jeans for everyday wear.

I bought these jeans in silt (which looks kinda gray in the pic), but in reality it is more of a beige-tan shade. Fit & fabric is great, Zappos service and delivery was awesome.

The color of these jeans is great, and they fit pretty well, better than most I\'ve tried. My problem with all jeans is that I\'m built such that there\'s always some extra fabric round the waist in the back, so I often have to wear a belt.

These pants fit great (on my husband). Zappo's service was great. Everything about the transaction was terrific EXCEPT Levi's choice not to offer this classic jean in a true indigo. This color is dark, but metallic, like dark blue steel rather than cloth.

These pants are bigger than the same size pants I have gotten from Levis for years. The quality and the construction is the same but I have to keep hiking them up. I wish they were the same fit as before, because now I am between sizes in theses.

Levi's are always a good buy and the 505 Regular Fit is great for the mature man who no longer has the body of a twenty something. You can not find a better price or quicker free shipping and free returns than from Zappos. The perfect online shopping experience!

The pants are great; you would not expect otherwise from Levi's, but what is amazing is the speed of delivery from Zappos. I have no idea how they did it, but I ordered them late at night and the arrived the next day! And I did not pay any shipping cost. Just amazing. Thanks Zappos.

Pros: Good style and color even though it starts fading pretty soon. Cons: Somehow these 32 length are longer than same style and size Levi's that have always been getting, just different color. Again the color fading thing while is okay for now, not sure how bad it's going to get soon.

First, the good: These Levi's 505 Straight Fit jeans look great and are very durable, even after several washes. The bad: there's really not a lot of room in the crotch in these jeans. While the jeans fit fine everywhere else, they feel overly snug down there. To relieve that snugness, I have to wear the jeans much lower on the waist than I'm accustomed to. I wouldn't buy these again.
