These pants look & feel great

My 19 year old son has to wear khaki pants to work but finds the legs too wide in regular casuals due to his size. Wide legs make it difficult to climb a ladder to stock shelves. Loves the Levis 501 because they fit perfectly!

You can never go wrong with Levi's 501s. I'm 5'9, 160, 31 waist. The size 32/32 fits perfectly. The Zappos coupon made this purchase a super bargain!

I have always purchased 501 jeans from you for my son. I was surprised to see the jean's huge flaw in front by the crotch and the rear top pocket. These were not tight on him at all, in fact a little large that is why I was amazed in seeing how they wore. I needed to exchange these for another pair.

Zappos shipping is incredibly fast, although I had to return 2 pair of Levi's, they shipped the replacements immediately without question (free shipping back and forth). Those were the correct size. (Not Zappos fault, depends on where the Levi's are made as to the exact size, unfortunately.)

Favorite style of jeans. Nothing better than 501s. And they complement my Adidas shoes perfectly. Ordering more pairs now.

In the '70s and '80s, I liked Levi's and bought them regularly. However, by the late '90s numerous changes caused me to be somewhat dissatisfied. I had not noticed much difference in the earlier jeans that I had bought, whether button fly or zipper fly, they all were made about the same, fit the same and were of the same sturdy denim. The '90s era jeans came in so many different styles and were made of so many different types of material, they never fit quite right and they usually did not last too long. The prices were still high but my satisfaction was pretty low. It seemed like Levi's were trying be everything to everybody. In the next decade, I avoided Levi's completely because of complaints related to them moving production out of the US and my earlier observations about poor fit and durability. I tried lots of different brands but liked very few. Finally I went back and did some research and found that I had be stuck with imported Levi's but if I chose correctly, I could get jeans that were similar to my original favorites. That is where my purchase from Zappos came in. My research told me that 501s in the rinse or dark rinse color were like the '70s jeans. I could expect 10 percent thinner fabric and a thinner hem but the rest of the changes were fairly minor. Turned out to be true. These fit fine, look good and I am a happy camper again. I see no big differences in quality of the construction. I normally wear 31 x 32 pants so I ordered 32 x 34 to allow for shrinkage. The waist is good after two hot washings but the length is a bit long. I am hoping that additional washings will get them to shrink a bit more. The reduced thickness of the denim is noticeable but not that bad. Overall, I would recommend these to guys who miss the Levi's of old and have never been truly satisfied by the currently available Wrangler, Lee or designer brand jeans. Avoid the more modern styles and the various fabrics that come pre-faded and buy a sample pair to verify your satisfaction.

My husband is 6'4" and it is hard to find his size 501s in the stores. Zappos has them every time I need to make a purchase. The quality is consistently good and they arrive quickly. Thanks Zappos!

Searched all over town for the best price on Levi's 501s and was shocked at how expensive they've become. Decided to check with Zappos and was pleased to find the same item for cheaper. And as always, Zappos service was outstanding and shipping was free.

I am not the best at this but I found your exchange department to be very user friendly asked how the weather was in my state as he was taking care of the exchange.

Zappos was out of my size in the medium stone wash 501, so I opted for these. I buy 3 pairs of 501's twice a year. Yes, I'm that guy that always wears Levis. They seem thinner than 501's of past, but are actually a little lighter and bendable. I'll keep em'.

I wore 514's for years (a little too baggy) and 513's (a little too slim), these are a great fit right in between, nothing better than an original!

These are always a go-to classic. Flattering and comfortable even on me - a female. I bought them for casual wear and because women's jeans tend to have spandex or stretch material in them, which is fine, but sometimes, you just want a real looking pair of jeans.

I love Levi's 501s and they have been pretty consistent over the years. I am 5'6" and wear a 32/30 and I usually have a difficult time finding clothes that fit off the rack. 501s fit me just right. The waist is not too high and legs not too long. The cloth is fairly heavy, they are well made and I have always preferred the buttons. Zappos' price was better than most that I could find and free shipping sealed it.

Great quality, seems better material and fit than I can find of the racks. Shipping as usual is amazingly fast! These jeans are worth the money.

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong size, my fault...they made the exchange and sent the correct pair out before I could even return the wrong pair and they paid the postage both ways. I will shop here again...and the pants are what I wanted.

Found a pair of these jeans on a recent trip to NYC at a store that had no other colors available. So I went online thinking I might be able to find some. Found Zappos.com and bingo. They had 'em. The price was right. I bought 'em. I have 'em. All is well. I'll be back.

These pants are excellent in many ways. The button fly is quality stuff and the fit will really turn some heads if you are somewhat in shape. They are not the same rugged jeans I remember from my teens as I now approach 60, but they are still the best by any standard.

Hey, they're good pants. Everyone's wearing pants these days, you should totally get a pair. These won't do you wrong. They seem a little more full than the pairs I've had in the past, both in the waist and the cut, but that might just be me.
