These are very nice but not as heavy as normal denim. Would like them to be more sturdy but still like them. A little loose in the seat for a slim pair of pants.

These are amazing jeans, my 2nd pair in a row. I've bought the more expensive, really high quality versions from the Levi's store in San Francisco before, and I've also ordered cheaper ones online that have been really thin. These are very close in build quality to the expensive ones, but at a really great price. They'll last years.

I ordered these last year. They fit a bit small, so increase the size. Unless you just have some alien body that doesn't cooperate with clothes well. For my exchange, I received it the very next day. Other than that, they were comfortable and wore them all day at a long event without an issue.

Jeans fit as expected from Levis 501. Size is correct. Will order again

These aren't my first pair of Levi's I've ordered.. My husband absolutely loves them.. I brought these to attend a white party and he wanted to look Nice but be comfortable.. I suggested Levis from Zappos without hesitation he agreed.. Zappos gets all. Of my money..

I bought these for my husband who is 5'9 and has an medium-athletic build. He normally wears a bootcut in most contemporary denim brands like seven, joes, or paper denim. The picture looks a big loose and baggy but I found the jeans to be a slimmer cut (which we actually both like), he also likes having a bit of stretch for comfort. We tried 3 pairs and this was the only one he decided to keep.

Levi's 501's are the only jeans my partner will wear. They fit well and are durable. Since I shop for his clothes, I am delighted to know Zappos carries them. He wears a hard to find size, so rather than go from store to store I just take advantage of the ease of purchasing via Zappos.

You can't go wrong with this pair of jeans! They look great! But watch out, they do shrink a bit in the wash!

The button fly takes some getting used to again but the overall fit and feel is great.

The 501's fit like a glove, they have always been and continue to be the most comfortable. Pleasant surprise, these were button fly, maybe I did not read the description closely, but I happen to like the button fly better. The only down side, I have already had a co-worker tell me that I am not suppose to wear white before spring, I kindly reminded them, this is Phoenix, we have no Spring-LOL....Great jeans - love Levi's

Theses jeans are classic and the customer service from Zappos can't be beat.

Fit great and wash great! These are my husbands go-to jeans for casual wear.

My husband is a die hard fan of Levi's 501 and no matter what I say or suggest he will always want a pair, for rainy days :) We ordered Dark Stonewash and received Medium Stonewash, and hated thw color right out of the box. But when he tried them on, those Medium Stonewash didn't look too bad on him so we decided to keep them. For those Zappos employees out there reading reviews -- please be careful when sending out jeans with similar color names. All in all, great classic jeans we've grown to love over the past 30 years :)

First of all wanted to say how awesome Zappos customer service is. First time using them and very impressed. I ordered a 32 x 34 fit really snug. A little too snug for my taste. Didn't know how much they would break in or how much they would shrink when I would wash them. So I had an exchange for a 34 x 34 and it was too loose. Finally had it exchanged for a 33 x 34 and it was perfect. Super comfy, not too snug and easy to put on, fit and wear. If they do shrink with a wash I would still be fine. For reference I'm 6'2" and 165 lbs. Slim build.

Excellent jeans. Fit is perfect (I've had a pair or two of 501s that were a bit too baggy). Also these have 7 belt loops instead of 5, so your belt doesn't ride up over the back of your hips like some. These have the stretch fabric, which I was a bit worried would come across like chuck Norris action jeans, but overall you don't notice any difference. Just a bit more comfy when your other 501s might bind up when you are reenacting West Side Story dance fights or Mods vs Rockers seaside brawls. These pants have been there before and captured the lessons learned!

Levi's 501 are the only jeans I wear. I love the fit and the button fly. The Lincoln Park "color" is really great if you are looking for a lived in style with a few holes and all. They are very soft. I really like the look, but in the end it just wasn't right for me.
