Perfect fit!

Like the real thing, these ARE the real thing. They are comfortable and have perfect "jeans" styling. And don't let the button-fly scare you away. The buttons are simple to use, and I think they are pretty cool, too. The best jeans on the market. Period.

So RELIABLE. Nothing in better w/clothing, then knowing Levis 501, always fit the same, and style never varies. Zappos/Amazon only 2 sites I have found, to purchase 501's, @$39.99. Stores/other online sites, cost $49.99 and UP!! Entire family wears Levis 501. Myself, husband, teen daughter. Husband wears only Levis 501/505 for work/casual, they are sturdy and last while. This is the 3rd pair of Sey Stretch 501 jeans I have purchased. I think they fit great. It is hard to find jeans that fit me, so I keep buying the ones that fit. The only thing I have to complain about with Levi's is you may buy the same style but different color and you end up with a totally different fit. They will fade over time washing, but hold up very well over time. Worth the price. I would recommend this for people who like casual and relaxed atmosphere occasions, if you are one of those people who wear jeans to outings or event.

Good classic quality jeans. Some say the quality isn’t the same but I have no complaints. The 501’s come in different denim weights, stretch or non-stretch. I think if you stick with 100% cotton and the heavier weight, the quality is much better than many other jeans. They’re the only jeans I can wear that don’t require a belt by the end of the day because they’ve stretched two sizes up. I think they’re pretty true to size but gotta say consistency is not one of Levi’s strong points so it may take a couple pairs before you find your perfect fit. The 501 is a true timeless jean, can’t go wrong, one of my favorites. Order these from Zappos and you won’t be disappointed!!

Hubby has worn the same size 501's for over 25 years. Only jeans he'll wear. His regular jeans were getting a little tight in the waist. The next size up would fall off him. I got him the 501's in a stretch and it's perfect answer to the problem. Same great fit and style with just enough give in the waist for him.

Okay, the product is perfect - 501s are all I have worn for many years. I have bought from another online retailer (Starts with an A, rhymes with gramazon) and have received what I am fairly certain were fake Levis. They didn't feel or wear like the genuine article. These are perfect. And the only thing better than the price and product was the customer service I received - had a pricing issue and opted to text - it was GREAT! Not sure who the CS person was, but (s)he took care of my issue immediately and carried on a great conversation. Zappos is the greatest!

I ordered these for my husband. He has always worn The Original 501 Levi's shrink to fit. I washed these in hot water,cold rinse. Put the Levi's in the dryer on hot and they came out perfect. The fit was true to size.

Levi's, what else needs be said. Love the color size and fit are true, very comfu.

The jeans are great! I bought them for my best friend but he is dumb so I had to return them.

Nothing seems as well made as the old days, but Levis come closest. 501 or 505, I wear both. Black color works best for me in most situations, looks a bit more formal than traditional blue denim. Expect the dye to bleed noticeably in the first few washings; my first lesson decades ago to separate my whites. Fairly durable, but wear out in the seat after a year or two of regular wear, and faster with any bicycle riding. When I was a kid the knees always went first. Never shopped clothes online until I discovered Zappos, a necessity these days as size and style inventories have declined in brick and mortar stores. Very convenient.

These look great on my husband, though they were slightly long on him. The one thing he did not like was that there is no zipper and they have multiple buttons. He tried several other pairs of jeans, but ultimately these were his favorite fit, so we decided to keep them. I really like the wash too as it can be dressed up or down.

The 501s are great. A tried and true favorite for years. The denim used on these is a bit thicker and seem like they will last a long time. No disappointment here and Zappos shipping speed is amazing.

These are the real McCoy. 501s are not relaxed. They are a regular fit with ample room for holiday expansion. They wash well, but don’t over dry them as they will tend to slightly shrink. These jeans have a button fly. You either like it or you don’t. I do. M

Just what my husband wanted as far as color and fit.

Of all the 501s I've purchased, the Black pair is the hands-down greatest pair of jeans I've ever owned. Am seriously considering building a statue in their honor at the center of my neighborhood, and getting a mayoral proclamation so we can celebrate them every year.

Man, my only complaint about the "Clean Ridge" style are I've purchased multiple pair and they don't all fit the same. I can still wear 'em, but some are slightly more snug than the others. (And no, I haven't done anything differently to them than the ones that fit perfectly.) Otherwise, they're the best pair of jeans I've owned in YEARS.

I've been wearing Levis 501s for most of my life. Over the years there have been changes, especially in how they are now cut. (slimmer, lower waist, etc.). They're still the only jeans I wear. I've found that, maybe because they're made in different factories and countries, each pair fits differently. So this is a review of my shopping experience with Zappos. I had to try 3 different pairs (all the same size) before I got one that fit well. Through two returns and time on the phone with customer service I have to give that service FIVE stars! Friendly and great service! I'll definitely look here first next time I shop!
