Female. I bought this in 29/30. I did not wash them yet. I intend to not wash them until I really have to. They were comfortable on the 2nd day. Very cool look. Fit is perfect as I don't have much of a butt or waist. Will never go back to stretch or lycra.

Great fit, great price, and best customer service in the industry. You offer sizes that no one else offers (31 length). If you could teach Comcast and Verizon how to run a business, the world would be a better place. :-)

Husband loved these but needed smaller size. They sit right on his waist and are loose through hip & thigh.

I’m a woman, typically size 4 or 6. I’ve tried the 501 jeans for women and they are now so high waisted and narrow in the knees that, without any stretch, they’re just really uncomfortable to sit in. I tried men’s 501 for a lower rise and that part was good. However, a 28 in women’s 501 translates to about a 30 in men’s, so I had to return. I ultimately found the 502 taper jeans in size 29 were better. Mid-rise, a little stretch, but the pockets and other elements look more like the 501 jeans I used to wear. They’re a great boyfriend jean - they even nip in at the waist.

I will definitely buy this 501 again and again!

Like the real thing, these ARE the real thing. They are comfortable and have perfect "jeans" styling. And don't let the button-fly scare you away. The buttons are simple to use, and I think they are pretty cool, too. The best jeans on the market. Period.

Forever Classic Levis 501. Fit true to size. Love Them

So RELIABLE. Nothing in better w/clothing, then knowing Levis 501, always fit the same, and style never varies. Zappos/Amazon only 2 sites I have found, to purchase 501's, @$39.99. Stores/other online sites, cost $49.99 and UP!! Entire family wears Levis 501. Myself, husband, teen daughter. Husband wears only Levis 501/505 for work/casual, they are sturdy and last while. I have loved Levis 501 since a teen

This is the 3rd pair of Sey Stretch 501 jeans I have purchased. I think they fit great. It is hard to find jeans that fit me, so I keep buying the ones that fit. The only thing I have to complain about with Levi's is you may buy the same style but different color and you end up with a totally different fit. They will fade over time washing, but hold up very well over time. Worth the price. I would recommend this for people who like casual and relaxed atmosphere occasions, if you are one of those people who wear jeans to outings or event.

Good classic quality jeans. Some say the quality isn’t the same but I have no complaints. The 501’s come in different denim weights, stretch or non-stretch. I think if you stick with 100% cotton and the heavier weight, the quality is much better than many other jeans. They’re the only jeans I can wear that don’t require a belt by the end of the day because they’ve stretched two sizes up. I think they’re pretty true to size but gotta say consistency is not one of Levi’s strong points so it may take a couple pairs before you find your perfect fit. The 501 is a true timeless jean, can’t go wrong, one of my favorites. Order these from Zappos and you won’t be disappointed!!

Hubby has worn the same size 501's for over 25 years. Only jeans he'll wear. His regular jeans were getting a little tight in the waist. The next size up would fall off him. I got him the 501's in a stretch and it's perfect answer to the problem. Same great fit and style with just enough give in the waist for him.

Good, but not great. I have worn Levis since high school, and they have been great, until this year. I bought two pairs, and they were labeled about two sizes too small. Since the size I wear was not available, I got a refund. Fortunately, I found the correct size on Zappos, and they fit perfectly. However, despite fitting perfectly, the quality does not seem to be as good as normal, because the material is much thinner than all of the other pairs I have purchased over the last 50 years. Perhaps this is because Levis are now made all over the world. To steal a line from the movie, "My Cousin Vinny", "do the laws of physics cease to exist" in some parts of the world where Levis factories exist? :-)

Okay, the product is perfect - 501s are all I have worn for many years. I have bought from another online retailer (Starts with an A, rhymes with gramazon) and have received what I am fairly certain were fake Levis. They didn't feel or wear like the genuine article. These are perfect. And the only thing better than the price and product was the customer service I received - had a pricing issue and opted to text - it was GREAT! Not sure who the CS person was, but (s)he took care of my issue immediately and carried on a great conversation. Zappos is the greatest!
