I buy Ugg boots every few years and this time I was very disappointed with the lining. Strange color and feel. My Ugg's in the past have been very comfortable to slip into and these weren't. I sent them back on Nov. 18th and haven't heard a word or received a credit.

I purchased a black pair and the color seems to be faded already

They really hate these shoes their nothing like the last pair I ordered. I very disappointed.

Boots were destroyed after left outside overnight and it was raining lightly. turned half white!!!

The inside lining of the ball of the right foot is bumpy and uncomfortable. She got it as a bday present a week and a half ago and is already complaining about this.

They are wrong size and I can't get ahold of anyone

I had to return them because it was a toddler size 8 instead of adult. And I haven't received credit from the purchas yet and it's been 10 days since the ups pickup

Worst experience so far! I've always ordered from you and have been very pleased, these boots looked horrible like they had been worn, they were outta shape had creases in them the material was dirty, they were just a mess! I Should get a free pair of boots!

Item recieved not as pictured ... Exchanged and same thing happened again! 1.5 hour wait on customer service line... Returned and will never purchase again

The fur lining in the left boot is nearly half the thickness/denseness of the right boot...extremely disappointed in this exchange

I had bought these grey classic uggs without trying them on because I knew my size. The first day i8 wore them the back broke and had a huge whole

The quality of these Uggs are not very well made. The glitter wore off of the boots is patches so the boot looks cheaply made. the binding across the front of the shoe is torn. For the money that I paid for these boots for a child were not worth it that I couldn't get a half of year out of the boots.

You sent me the wrong order. I received a 13 color tan and I ordered a 4 color black. I'm very disapointed and still waiting for my order. I've returne the wrong boots last tuesday. Order: 07515151

My husband bought me a pair of UGG directly in one of your store in Miami beach last october. I 've wearen them maybe a dozen times, I was really happe with them but I saw today that they are unstitched above a stitch on the front. Incredible and unfortunately as I live in Switzerland, what can I do? please tell me what to do in order to arrange this situation, thank you and best regards, S. Jardon-El Hiny

I ordered a pair of big kid size 6 classic gray ugg boots and never received them.

returned these 4 times, twice to one of your dealers and twice to you! they were all poorly made and three of them were defective. very unhappy and wont purchase again :(

one daughter loved them--but her sister is left out because she has wide feet! I do not understand why companies only make average shoe sizes--be better than that, and make wide/extra wide shoes!

I love Uggs, but this was the first pair I ever got that the skin on the boots were dirty when I first got them.

These were a birthday present to my daughter. She wore them three times and the stitching on the toes is frayed. She had a pair of cheap boots she wore for over two years and we didn't have this problem. Had I known this is the quality we would get I would have saved my money and bought her another cheap pair.

I was trying to exchange the product. I shipped the boots back to Ugg and received an email a week later stating that the new item I wanted for the exchange was unavailable. I called the 1-888 # that they supplied in the email and the Ugg Sales Person started to get an attitude with me because I requested that they put my money back on my creditcard. They said that they can not credit my card because it needs to go thru the exchange process within the warehouse which will take a week. I told them that this is not acceptable because Christmas is next week and this item is a christmas gift. Talk about a Grinch who stole christmas, they told me that their is nothing they can do and I will just have to wait. Not sure if I will ever order from the Ugg website again or call customer service either, those people need an attitude adjustment and a lump of coal in their stocking this year.
