There is no charge on returns and if it needs to be returned, the turn-around is usually the next day, which is so convenient. This was my daughter's fourth pair of Uggs. It is easy to love these boots as they are so comfortable and look great with just about anything you could wear. Even though the price may be a little steep for some, it is definitely worth the investment, so I keep coming back to UGG.

Love my new boots.. both pair. The boots are warm, comfy and are the best quality I've ever had.
I purchased the cleaner as well just to be sure I keep them in the best condition.
I also love that we get a bag for them when not in use!

I have been using Ugg boots when I watch my kids' soccer game, and they keep me warm no matter how cold and windy the soccer field is. So I finally bought ones for my youngest son and they are perfect. When he has to come with me to pick up his brothers late at night, he puts on pajamas and boots, then he is ready to go. I do not need to have him wear socks or jacket, which I really like.
